Role Description: <ul><li>The Project Manufacturing Leader is a Project Core Team Member, in charge of the industrialization of all client production lines involved in a project Value Stream, across several client plant locations when applicable.</li><li>The PML is responsible for achieving key targets in terms of Industrial Timing, Capacity, Quality and Production Costs in line with the Planisware Work packages and deliverables on time completion (or Project LeanPD milestones) requirements. Confirm the proposed Production System including traceability and conformity.</li><li>PML leads the assessment of any equipment refurbishment needs for the project relying on the appropriate internal or external experts and validate the effective equipment refurbishment timing and cost with vendors.</li><li>Job Description The PML identifies any Industrial risk, defines a back-up plan for critical processes and provides Industrial Impact on any Engineering Change Request.</li></ul> Process FMEA: <ul><li>PML participates in the definition of Key Product Characteristics (KPC) and Key Control Characteristics (KCC) He/She coordinates and leads the PFMEA methodology during program phase with active participation of Process Experts, including PLTL or Process Engineer.</li><li>Once the initial PFMEA is completed, ensure that actions are implemented with all updates included prior to handover to the Plant at Mass Production Trial (MPT).</li></ul> CER Committee: <ul><li>(Product Manager initially presenting because of Commercial discussion then Project discussion) PML ensures Capacity analyses are completed prior to adding new equipment to the project.</li><li>He/She optimizes Project Investment through Reuse, Bundling, Massification etc. He/She builds and monitors the detailed Project Investment List.</li><li>He/She prepares and leads the Project CER/Capex industrial Presentation, submitting CER request and approval follow-up after Project and Plant Managers have validated the investments.</li><li>Once CER is presented, he/she ensures timely CER submission/validation and follow-up in line with the industrial timing.</li></ul> Industrial Timing: <ul><li>PML builds, updates &amp; monitors the complete Project Industrial timing plan for tools, equipment, Packaging, traceability and associated processes to meet all internal (MPT) and external Customer milestones on time and right first time, from specification to final acceptance.</li><li>He coordinates Project Product Engineers and Supply Chain Engineers within the Project Team and track Plants readiness status in collaboration with the Plant PLTL.</li><li>The PML coordinates Traceability Implementation, Machine and tooling acceptance, tracking improvement actions with a robust PDCA where needed. About the Role: <ul><li>We are looking for a seasoned Product Line Sales Manager to drive profitable growth of our Life Safety portfolio across the Benelux and Nordic regions.</li><li>This is a strategic commercial leadership role where you will work cross-functionally with country sales teams, product leaders, and operational stakeholders to accelerate market penetration and business growth. </li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own and deliver sales growth and profitability targets for Life Safety product lines</li><li>Develop and execute regional go-to-market and business growth strategies</li><li>Enable country sales teams to expand customer base and increase portfolio penetration</li><li>Drive opportunities in Fire Alarm &amp; Emergency Lighting solutions</li><li>Identify and build new business pipelines and strategic accounts</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned execution across regions</li><li>Support pricing strategies and commercial excellence initiatives</li><li>Promote use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and data-driven decisions</li><li>Lead engagement through sales reviews, events, and partner collaborations</li><li>Travel within the region (approx. quarterly or as required) </li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications &amp; Experience <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience</li><li>5+ years of experience in Life Safety or related industry</li><li>Strong exposure to matrix organizations and cross-country operations</li><li>Experience working with distributors, system integrators, and large accounts Key Skills</li><li>Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking</li><li>Proven ability to influence without direct authority</li><li>Deep understanding of Life Safety solutions and market dynamics</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset</li><li>Effective communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to drive performance through teams</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing &amp; Experience Manager to drive brand visibility, storytelling, and guest engagement for the conservancy.</li><li>This is a unique, purpose-driven role that combines:</li><li>Marketing strategy &amp; execution</li><li>Event and experience creation</li><li>Content and brand storytelling</li><li>You will play a key role in bringing the conservancy’s story to life across all touchpoints—both digital and on-ground.</li></ul> Responsibilities: 1. Marketing &amp; Brand Management <ul><li>Execute integrated marketing plans to drive awareness and engagement</li><li>Create compelling marketing materials (brochures, campaigns, presentations)</li><li>Plan and deliver events, activations, and promotional initiatives</li><li>Track campaign performance and optimize based on insights</li><li>Manage marketing budgets and reporting</li></ul> 2. Guest Experience &amp; On-Ground Engagement <ul><li>Design and enhance the visitor journey and overall guest experience</li><li>Develop new experience concepts within the conservancy</li><li>Ensure consistent storytelling through signage, staff interactions, and content</li><li>Support and train teams on brand messaging and guest engagement</li></ul> 3. Media, Digital &amp; Content <ul><li>Manage website updates, newsletters, and content calendars</li><li>Drive social media presence and digital campaigns</li><li>Create engaging written, visual, and video content</li><li>Monitor performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions)</li><li>Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent across channels</li></ul> 4. Events &amp; Partnerships <ul><li>Plan and execute key events, exhibitions, and fundraising initiatives</li><li>Coordinate with partners, agencies, and stakeholders</li><li>Support partnership communications and joint initiatives</li><li>Manage PR and social media agencies effectively</li></ul> 5. Stakeholder &amp; Relationship Management <ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams (operations, education, finance)</li><li>Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors</li><li>Act as a central point connecting marketing with on-ground teams</li></ul> Requirements: Experience <ul><li>5+ years in marketing, brand, events, or agency roles</li><li>Background in FMCG, experiential marketing, hospitality, or NGOs preferred&nbsp;</li></ul>
