Responsibilities: <ul><li>Take full ownership for sales growth and profit plan execution.</li><li>Define and drive business development strategies and growth initiatives, staying informed on market trends, competitor landscape, and industry activity.</li><li>Develop existing customers (stockists and Systems Integrators), promoting the full Fire portfolio and engaging key decision‑makers.</li><li>Target larger project scopes (Tier 1 / Tier 2), with a focus on Digital, Connected, and Cybersecurity-enabled fire applications.</li><li>Identify and win new business opportunities across systems and devices.</li><li>Facilitate and strengthen Systems Integrator partnerships, driving customer engagement, meetings, and events.</li><li>Collaborate with product line, operations, and country sales teams to achieve commercial targets.</li><li>Implement and manage customer and CSO pricing strategies.</li><li>Embrace standard processes and tools, including Salesforce and CRM pipeline management.</li><li>Travel across the assigned region and to the UK Headquarters as required (minimum once per quarter).</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience</li><li>10+ years’ commercial experience in the Fire Alarm market or a comparable Life Safety industry</li><li>Proven commercial experience managing large customers, especially Fire Distributors and Systems Integrators</li><li>Strong working knowledge of fire detection systems, technologies, and relevant standards</li><li>Fluency in Turkish and English essential</li></ul>

About the Role: <ul><li>We are looking for a seasoned Product Line Sales Manager to drive profitable growth of our Life Safety portfolio across the Benelux and Nordic regions.</li><li>This is a strategic commercial leadership role where you will work cross-functionally with country sales teams, product leaders, and operational stakeholders to accelerate market penetration and business growth. </li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own and deliver sales growth and profitability targets for Life Safety product lines</li><li>Develop and execute regional go-to-market and business growth strategies</li><li>Enable country sales teams to expand customer base and increase portfolio penetration</li><li>Drive opportunities in Fire Alarm &amp; Emergency Lighting solutions</li><li>Identify and build new business pipelines and strategic accounts</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned execution across regions</li><li>Support pricing strategies and commercial excellence initiatives</li><li>Promote use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and data-driven decisions</li><li>Lead engagement through sales reviews, events, and partner collaborations</li><li>Travel within the region (approx. quarterly or as required) </li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications &amp; Experience <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience</li><li>5+ years of experience in Life Safety or related industry</li><li>Strong exposure to matrix organizations and cross-country operations</li><li>Experience working with distributors, system integrators, and large accounts Key Skills</li><li>Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking</li><li>Proven ability to influence without direct authority</li><li>Deep understanding of Life Safety solutions and market dynamics</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset</li><li>Effective communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to drive performance through teams</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Grow sales (volume &amp; value mix), market share and weighted distribution within scope.</li><li>Drive ABC strategic commercial plans including but not limited to: new market/channel entry, geo-expansion, direct-to-consumer, new product launches, cross-category promotions, distributor management, trade engagement/loyalty, promotion adherence, etc.</li><li>Build integrated business plans to drive sales within scope and engage all stakeholders for execution.</li><li>Optimize portfolio strategy (SKU/channel/area mix) to attain maximum value creation.</li><li>Build the “ABC” brand name to give consumers compelling reasons to choose our brand over competing brands</li><li>Lead top-to-top relationship management with key customers in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Data-driven. Thoroughly understand SELL-OUT and SELL-IN data to derive insights &amp; identify opportunities to grow.</li><li>Ensure effective D&amp;A Management in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Ensure accurate/correct monthly forecasts are submitted ahead of deadline with the objective/ intention to achieve the forecast accuracy target.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree minimum</li><li>10 years’ minimum of Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development (FMCG/FMCG Distributor)</li><li>which covers both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Experience as Nation Sales Manager or related from MNC companies or global food &amp; beverages or consumer brands is preferable.</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities: Global Portfolio Strategy <ul><li>Define and implement a unified global portfolio vision to meet future consumer/customer needs for filters and beyond filters (combustibles and next generation products)</li><li>Direct multi category program and project management to ensure innovation efforts are focused towards building a healthy portfolio</li><li>Balance global consistency with regional customization to maximize market relevance and profitability.</li><li>Oversee portfolio lifecycle management, including launches, rationalization, and category transitions.</li></ul>&nbsp;Market &amp; Consumer Insights <ul><li>Lead global research initiatives to capture consumer trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory shifts across regions.</li><li>Translate insights into global portfolio strategies and innovation pipelines</li></ul> Innovation &amp; Product Development <ul><li>Drive global innovation programs, ensuring new products meet consumer demand and comply with international regulations.</li><li>Be the one stop shop for innovation – where commercial team and customers channel their initial ideas and requests before being formalized into innovation projects</li></ul>&nbsp;Cross-Regional Leadership <ul><li>Align regional commercial directors and managers under a global framework.</li><li>Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across markets to accelerate growth.</li><li>Act as the key liaison between commercial, operations and innovations teams</li></ul>&nbsp;Regulatory &amp; Compliance Oversight <ul><li>Monitor and interpret global regulatory developments impacting tobacco categories.</li><li>Ensure portfolio decisions adhere to international laws, trade agreements, and corporate responsibility standards.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering ,Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.</li><li>12+ years of experience in FMCG, tobacco, or regulated industries, with at least 5 years in global portfolio/category leadership.</li><li>Deep understanding of international tobacco industry dynamics, consumer behavior, and regulatory frameworks.</li><li>Proven track record in global strategic planning, innovation, and cross-market leadership.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures.</li></ul>&nbsp;Competencies <ul><li>Strategic global mindset with commercial acumen.</li><li>Ability to balance global consistency with local market needs.</li><li>Leadership and team development across geographies.</li><li>Strong influencing skills in complex stakeholder environments.</li><li>Ethical decision-making and commitment to responsible global business practices.</li></ul>

Role Overview:&nbsp; <ul><li>The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business development to achieve the sales objectives across the assigned countries in the region through effective distributor network, user demand generation. The role includes building and developing a high-performing local team and ensuring operational excellence to meet business objectives.</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; 1. Sales Management, Business Development to drive differential growth <ul><li>Achieve overall regional sales targets while ensuring growth of focused products and implementing initiatives to gain market share.</li></ul> 2. Drive Business Development to generate demand from users <ul><li>Co-create and execute plans for business development initiatives through demand generation modules for key products.</li></ul> 3. Competition Fighting &amp; Counteraction <ul><li>Assess competition in our key categories and implementing strategies to counter them with requisite plans</li></ul> 4. Pricing Management &amp; Margin Delivery <ul><li>Achieve targeted margin for focused products through mix improvement and implementing requisite pricing actions</li></ul> 5. Distributor/Importer Management <ul><li>Develop suitable distributors for business delivery and manage relationships while conducting appropriate performance reviews.</li></ul> 6. Drive Commercial Hygiene <ul><li>Manage receivables to ensure timely collections while minimizing financial exposure through appropriate payment terms</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in business.</li><li>Experience: 10-12 years in Sales &amp; business development roles, including 3-4 years in regional management.</li><li>Languages: English and French. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Oversee distributor relationships, shipment delivery, depletion tracking, and overall operations</li><li>Manage all aspects of On and Off Trade execution</li><li>Ensure timely processing of purchase orders, A&amp;P budgets, and claim settlements for operational excellence</li><li>Ensuring brand availability, menu listing, and appropriate pricing in on premise outlets</li><li>Monitor outlet level inventory and plan stock replenishment aligned with sales opportunities</li><li>Ensure products are correctly priced, ticketed, and displayed across unpaid shelves and paid elements (wall bays, gondolas, shelf in shelf)</li><li>Execute in store visibility initiatives and build impactful displays as per annual plans</li><li>Manage visibility and activation calendars, ensuring flawless execution of brand experiences</li><li>Plan, execute, and review gift pack promotions to deliver pre aligned objectives</li><li>Deliver merchandising services tailored to diverse customer needs</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with counter salesmen, bar managers, restaurant managers, and general managers</li><li>Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Self-motivator</li><li>Liquor Industry experience of 3+yrs</li><li>Ability to network and build relationships</li><li>Previous merchandising &amp;/or retail experience</li><li>Knowledge of retail activation planning/ management/ operation</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Excellent time management skills</li><li>Basic to intermediate MS Office (word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)</li><li>Ability to work varied hours</li><li>Knowledge of the Liquor industry and regulatory environment, and communication guidelines</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Supervise daily financial data entry in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and prepare and post journal entries along with general ledger account reconciliations.</li><li>Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, making necessary adjustments to capture all financial activities and facilitate the Record to Report process by supplying detailed financial data for management review.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of general accounting &amp; reporting analysts with 5-20 direct and indirect reports, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.</li><li>Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts, providing insightful reports and conducting financial variance analysis to deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making.</li><li>Review financial reports that ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations while collaborating with various departments to integrate financial data and streamline processes.</li><li>Act as the primary contact for statutory reporting, working closely with external auditors and consultants to ensure compliance and accuracy, and assist in audit preparations by providing necessary data and reports.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize general accounting &amp; reporting process</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant internal policy, accounting standards and regulations related to general accounting.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy</li><li>7 + years of experience in general accounting and financial reporting</li><li>2 + years in a management role</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate reports.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills</li><li>CPA designation</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Supervise the general accounting team with 2-7 direct reports, providing leadership, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment to drive performance and professional development.</li><li>Oversee daily financial data entry in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
