Responsibilities: Account Recruitment &amp; Management <ul><li>Outlet recruitment according to the Aperol On-premise channel plan</li><li>CCM “Perfect Store” co-creation &amp; execution within the relevant On-Premise perimeter (from visibility to consumer’s and Trade activation)</li><li>Maximize the pre-during and post On Premise consumer journey.</li><li>Jointly responsible for help guide and identify the right typology of POS/demand space for our brands. Identify the most influential outlets and venues where to build close partnerships and brand building activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for coordinating with POS suppliers appointed by CCM for implementation and execution of different activities contained in the marketing plans.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to the delivery of the On-Premise commercial objectives</li></ul> Brand Training &amp; Advocacy <ul><li>Deliver training sessions for Trade and Consumers at new and existing venues.</li><li>Act as the face of the brand, representing Brand values and lifestyle across all customer touchpoints.</li><li>Host On-premise Aperol activations and events to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement.</li></ul> Monitoring, Reporting &amp; Insight <ul><li>Monitor and report on compliance with agreed promotional programs and pricing guidelines.</li><li>Track spending and ROI.</li><li>Systematic venues auditing to confirm visibility, product availability, brand standards, opportunities &amp; challenges.</li><li>Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports according to KPIs provided.</li><li>Provide market insights and recommendations to the broader Team.</li><li>Work closely with distributors, agencies, and the wider company APMs Team to maximize brand impact.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Commercial Skills: Proven sales or CCM experience in beverages industry and/or hospitality.</li><li>Travel Availability: Willing to travel frequently within the country.</li><li>Independence and Priority Management: Ability to work independently and manage priorities across market.</li><li>Passion for the Industry: Enthusiasm for the spirits industry and advocacy.&nbsp;</li><li>Relationship-Building Skills: Strong skills in building and influencing relationships.&nbsp;</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.&nbsp;</li><li>Motivation and Drive: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Team Player: Strong team player adaptable to diverse cultures.&nbsp;</li></ul>
