Commercial Delivery, On-Ground Sales &amp; Financial Stewardship – 15% <ul><li>Take accountability for the operational delivery of the Companys commercial strategy across safari operations, lodges and camps.</li><li>Build and maintain strong on-ground relationships with tour operators, travel agents, DMCs, trade partners, corporate clients and other relevant market stakeholders.</li><li>Drive upselling and on-property revenue opportunities across accommodation, food and beverage, safari activities, transfers, retail and ancillary services.</li><li>Ensure operational teams understand and effectively deliver commercial campaigns, packages, products and commitments developed by the Commercial function.</li></ul> 4. Product, Accommodation &amp; Asset Excellence – 15% <ul><li>Drive the continuous operational enhancement of the Companys safari products, accommodation experiences and hospitality offerings.</li><li>Ensure lodges, camps, guest accommodation, public spaces and operational facilities evolve in line with guest expectations, operational requirements and the Companys positioning.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications &amp; Experience <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years progressive executive leadership experience within Safari hospitality, tourism or related industries.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years leading multi-property or multi-business operations at an executive level.</li><li>Proven experience developing and executing business strategy and organizational transformation.</li><li>Strong commercial, financial and operational leadership experience.</li><li>Demonstrated success leading organizational growth, acquisitions, new business ventures or expansion projects.</li><li>Experience working with Boards and executive leadership teams.</li><li>Experience leading geographically dispersed operations across multiple locations.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Strong understanding of East African hospitality, safari and tourism markets</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Support the preparation of re-master planning and development proposals, including research, technical studies, planning analysis, presentations and documentations for management review.</li><li>Conduct benchmarking, site case analysis, land use, existing site conditions, infrastructure and future approved plans in coordination with relevant internal teams.</li><li>Maintain and update development statistics, LUB tracker and planning databases including population assumptions, forecasts and other master plan data.</li><li>Support community facilities provision analysis, including assessment of requirements, review of proposed facilities and allocation against population and planning needs.</li><li>Review and process VAS applications, including land use change, Additional height, additional GFA, amalgamation and subdivision requests; coordinate with relevant stakeholders, prepare technical assessments and pre-approval forms for management review and approval.</li><li>Preparation and updating of Development Control Regulations (DCRs) and related planning documents as required.</li><li>Support in mater plan and dataset review submitted by the development team or consultants and ensure they are in line with the mater plan vision &amp; development control regulations.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Advanced Skills in Microsoft word, power point, Excel, AutoCAD, Sketchup</li><li>2 years of relevant experience in related field</li><li>Reliability, accuracy and confidentiality of documentation</li><li>Adherence to company policy and procedure for documentation, processing in releasing data.</li></ul>
