Responsibilities: Logistics Management <ul><li>Act as point of contact with freight forwarders for logistics execution</li><li>Point of contact for responsible suppliers to ensure deliveries on time for customers&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly monitoring of the shipments and updating arrivals in BI.&nbsp;</li><li>Dispatch planning considering product availability from suppliers and shipping schedules shared by freight forwarders.</li></ul> Performance Management <ul><li>Measuring all KPIs for internal teams to help running sessions to develop action plan for continuous improvement.</li><li>Managing performance reviews for logistics partners (monthly &amp; quarterly)</li><li>Running supply reviews and performance for product suppliers.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree minimum, Master’s Degree an advantage</li><li>2-3 years’ minimum of Supply chain planning</li><li>Analytical &amp; Demand Planning&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; presentation skills&nbsp;</li><li>Proven track record of success&nbsp;</li><li>Good in English proficiency&nbsp;</li><li>Energetic, creative, self-motivated, team motivated, result oriented and sense of ownership.&nbsp;</li><li>Placement in Bangkok, Thailand</li></ul>

Role Overview:&nbsp; <ul><li>The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business development to achieve the sales objectives across the assigned countries in the region through effective distributor network, user demand generation. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage AR related activities in SAP including Customer Onboarding (as per policy), customer master database management, Credit Limit mapping, Pricing database update, Sales order release</li><li>Manage AR overdue status, claims processing, collection status, provisioning of doubtful debts, bad debts</li><li>Managing regularly AR balances reconciliations and liaison with commercial team and customers, consultants etc.</li><li>Support at month end for accruals, movements, documentation etc.</li><li>Support in statutory and internal audits related to above areas</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 3 Years experience of SAP S4 for Sales / AR related Module</li><li>Minimum 3 Years experience of Alco Bev Industry – AR Management standpoint</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics for reporting, forecasting, and planning.</li><li>Process-driven mindset, ensuring structured execution and business predictability.</li></ul>
