Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition &amp; Process Setup: <ul><li>Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, with a special focus on field sales hiring (Medical Representatives, Key Account Managers, Technical Specialists, Sales Managers).</li><li>Build, implement, and continuously improve structured hiring processes and systems to ensure a strong, sustainable talent pipeline.</li><li>Partner with business leaders to anticipate manpower needs and align hiring strategies with business goals and growth plans.</li></ul> Strategic HR Leadership: <ul><li>Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization’s vision and growth plans.</li><li>Balance operational excellence with long-term strategic objectives.</li></ul>&nbsp;Organizational Development &amp; Culture: <ul><li>Design and implement initiatives to nurture a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work culture.</li><li>Drive employee engagement and retention through programs that motivate and inspire teams.</li></ul>&nbsp;HR Operations &amp; Compliance: <ul><li>Ensure HR policies and practices are streamlined, compliant, and effectively communicated.</li><li>Oversee performance management processes and employee relations.</li></ul>&nbsp;Change Management: <ul><li>Champion transformation initiatives and guide the organization through periods of growth and change.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>12 to 15 years of HR experience with proven success in talent acquisition (especially field sales hiring) and process establishment</li><li>Experience from medical device companies &amp; pharma/healthcare experience will be considered</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders</li><li>Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to HR challenges</li><li>Demonstrated ability to balance immediate execution needs with long-term strategic goals</li></ul> Ideal Candidate Profile: <ul><li>A results-driven HR professional who thrives on building HR systems from the ground up, enjoys working in a fast-paced and growing business environment, and can translate strategy into actionable HR solutions.</li><li>The ideal candidate will bring industry insights from the medical device sector, possess strong experience in sales-force recruitment and capability building, and be committed to developing a scalable HR function that supports sustainable growth.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Collaborate with business users, subject matter experts, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements for blockchain-based software solutions.</li><li>Conduct interviews, workshops, and document analysis to understand current business processes and identify opportunities for blockchain-driven improvements.</li><li>Create detailed requirement specifications, including use cases, user stories, process flows, and data models.</li><li>Prioritize requirements based on business value and technical feasibility in collaboration with stakeholders.</li><li>Facilitate discussions and manage stakeholder expectations, building consensus across diverse teams.</li><li>Work within an Agile development framework, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.</li><li>Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support the development team during implementation.</li><li>Conduct validation and acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets business needs.</li><li>Continuously evaluate solution performance and gather feedback for future enhancements.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the financial sector.</li><li>Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in finance.</li><li>Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum governance.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.</li></ul>
