Role Description: <ul><li>This role is responsible for driving business development within the Life Safety market across France, Morocco, Italy and Austria.</li><li>The Sales Manager will define and execute the sales strategy, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Close collaboration with the local sales organizations, along with direct account management, will be essential to support revenue growth.&nbsp;</li><li>The position covers the following countries: France, Morocco, Italy and Austria.&nbsp;</li><li>This role reports to the Business Development Leader – Life Safety Division, EMEA &amp; APAC.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own and drive sales growth and full profit plan execution, managing the process end-to-end in collaboration with the Country Sales Organizations (CSOs).&nbsp;</li><li>Define and implement strategic initiatives and business development plans to support growth, staying up to date on industry trends, competitive activity, and market dynamics, while working closely with the country sales organizations.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and expand existing customer accounts by promoting the full Life Safety portfolio, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assist advisor(s) in servicing clients including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research and completing trades and transactions as described by the advisor.</li><li>Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming meetings, entering data into contact manager, building the agenda and summary of meetings, escorting clients to advisor meeting and providing vital follow-up.</li><li>Ensure new business paperwork is submitted efficiently which includes preparation of forms and documentation for submission to home office, acquisition of appropriate signatures, tracking of new insurance applications and coordination of rollovers.</li><li>Coordinate marketing events which include organizing the event, contacting vendors, finalizing event details, crafting marketing compliance documentation and managing event marketing reimbursement.</li><li>Provide general administrative duties such as answering the advisors’ phone, processing expense management reports, preparing routine client correspondence, supporting closes, setting up client documents and new business correspondence and alerts. </li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree or equivalent.</li><li>3 - 5 years relevant experience required.</li><li>Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.</li><li>State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.</li><li>Experience working in a client service environment.</li><li>Detail-oriented, strong math, and analytical skills. Good organization and time management skills.</li><li>Able to manage multiple priorities and prioritize effectively. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Take full ownership for sales growth and profit plan execution.</li><li>Define and drive business development strategies and growth initiatives, staying informed on market trends, competitor landscape, and industry activity.</li><li>Develop existing customers (stockists and Systems Integrators), promoting the full Fire portfolio and engaging key decision‑makers.</li><li>Target larger project scopes (Tier 1 / Tier 2), with a focus on Digital, Connected, and Cybersecurity-enabled fire applications.</li><li>Identify and win new business opportunities across systems and devices.</li><li>Facilitate and strengthen Systems Integrator partnerships, driving customer engagement, meetings, and events.</li><li>Collaborate with product line, operations, and country sales teams to achieve commercial targets.</li><li>Implement and manage customer and CSO pricing strategies.</li><li>Embrace standard processes and tools, including Salesforce and CRM pipeline management.</li><li>Travel across the assigned region and to the UK Headquarters as required (minimum once per quarter).</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience</li><li>10+ years’ commercial experience in the Fire Alarm market or a comparable Life Safety industry</li><li>Proven commercial experience managing large customers, especially Fire Distributors and Systems Integrators</li><li>Strong working knowledge of fire detection systems, technologies, and relevant standards</li><li>Fluency in Turkish and English essential</li></ul>
