Identify and address competence development needs for project managers, planners, project and order admins, and quantity surveyors&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to Delivery Operations strategic planning and decision-making to drive project management capabilities in line with the overall vision and business objectives</li></ul> Delivery Operations management: <ul><li>Work with other Delivery Operations staff and teams to ensure correct and consistent use of project management policy, processes and tools, and appropriate resource allocation to support this</li></ul> Business performance: <ul><li>Measure and monitor project portfolio performance, identify improvement opportunities and drive actions to improve business performance</li><li>Set targets for and manage the performance of the PMO team</li><li>Establish PMO budget and monitor customer service, safety, quality and financial performance to optimize resources and prioritize investments</li><li>Provide input and feedback about changes needed the client Way</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 15 years of related experience, with at least 3 years as a PMO Director or Project Director for large-scale projects.</li><li>Customer relationship management skills and experience</li><li>Customer project management and portfolio management skills and experience</li><li>Knowledge of construction industry contracts, business practices and their management</li><li>Financial, business and process management knowledge</li><li>Basic knowledge of installation methods and site management</li><li>Experience and are comfortable working in a matrix environment, ability to influence stakeholders, develop strong collaboration to move projects forward.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in project management forecasting, cash flow management and understanding the risks and opportunities within projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to coach and develop Project Managers / Director for countries within APM.</li><li>Knowledgeable and proficient in project management tools.&nbsp;</li></ul>
