Generate informed insights to make strategic recommendations at category, brand and customer levels.</li><li>Category Expertise - Become a category expert and advise other departments on commercial initiatives such as pack activation, limited editions and co-packed products.</li><li>Stakeholder Management &amp; Tools - Build strategic partnerships within the DACH region and with the European Central Business Unit. Participate in the implementation and use of RGM tools and functions.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A strong commercial understanding paired with RGM knowledge from functions such as account management or revenue growth management.</li><li>You have successfully completed your studies in economics or a comparable qualification.</li><li>Through a collaborative mindset, you promote cross-functional collaboration for effective goal achievement.</li><li>The ability to work and think strategically and to consider long- and short-term perspectives when formulating solutions.</li><li>Ideally, knowledge of the German food retail sector and trading structures.</li><li>Advanced MS Office knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools such as Tableau/Power BI.</li><li>Ideally experience with Unify and/or Nielsen.</li><li>Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.</li></ul>
