Responsibilities: Safety and Quality: <ul><li>Proactively drive safety and quality performance of the project portfolio within the scope of responsibility Customers.</li><li>Establish and promote service-minded culture and outside-in thinking in customer project management, and drive the adaptation of best practices related to customer journey and customer experience management</li><li>Capture and feed Voice of Customer throughout the customer project; especially related to how manages the project</li></ul> Project Management Governance : <ul><li>The MP PMO Director owns the MP Project Management Governance model and is responsible for its review, updating and deployment across the APM Area. </li><li>The model defines the responsibilities and accountabilities of both Area and Front Lines and, specifically includes:</li></ul> Project Audits: <ul><li>Risk and Opportunity (R&amp;O) Management analysis, from pre-tender through to the Project execution period</li><li>Tender reviews and sign-off</li><li>Project financial reviews</li><li>Project Steering Reviews</li><li>Project monitoring reviews, such as PCGs</li><li>Start-up meetings</li></ul> Program and project management: <ul><li>Measure, monitor and support project portfolio planning, forecasting and execution</li><li>Facilitate portfolio governance</li><li>Provide guidance in tender development and project planning, execution and governance</li><li>Optimize project management resources and their allocation across the portfolio</li><li>Support and coach project managers, perform project reviews</li><li>Ongoing review of Project Management tools and where required drive development and deployment</li></ul> Leadership and people development: <ul><li>Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to develop and implement a strategy for MP Project Management that is aligned with the organization’s overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives.</li><li>Project management development across APM leading to internal / external certifications</li><li>Develop a pipeline of Senior Project Managers who can take on larger, more complex projects in differing FLs/countries.</li><li>Lead and develop the PMO team and project management professionals to achieve budget, safety, quality and customer satisfaction goals. Identify and address competence development needs for project managers, planners, project and order admins, and quantity surveyors&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to Delivery Operations strategic planning and decision-making to drive project management capabilities in line with the overall vision and business objectives</li></ul> Delivery Operations management: <ul><li>Work with other Delivery Operations staff and teams to ensure correct and consistent use of project management policy, processes and tools, and appropriate resource allocation to support this</li></ul> Business performance: <ul><li>Measure and monitor project portfolio performance, identify improvement opportunities and drive actions to improve business performance</li><li>Set targets for and manage the performance of the PMO team</li><li>Establish PMO budget and monitor customer service, safety, quality and financial performance to optimize resources and prioritize investments</li><li>Provide input and feedback about changes needed the client Way</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 15 years of related experience, with at least 3 years as a PMO Director or Project Director for large-scale projects.</li><li>Customer relationship management skills and experience</li><li>Customer project management and portfolio management skills and experience</li><li>Knowledge of construction industry contracts, business practices and their management</li><li>Financial, business and process management knowledge</li><li>Basic knowledge of installation methods and site management</li><li>Experience and are comfortable working in a matrix environment, ability to influence stakeholders, develop strong collaboration to move projects forward.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in project management forecasting, cash flow management and understanding the risks and opportunities within projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to coach and develop Project Managers / Director for countries within APM.</li><li>Knowledgeable and proficient in project management tools.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>The consultative sale and marketing of energy infrastructure solutions to agency executives in the federal sector through a variety of long-term, complex contracts, including Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC</li><li>With expert and mastery-level knowledge of government ESPC and other contract vehicles and processes, educate customers through consultative selling to identify new business opportunities, markets and cultivate new customer prospects.</li><li>Understand and influence customers in the buying process, offering novel and unique solutions to help organizational leaders achieve compliance with energy and decarbonization policies, goals, and standards.</li><li>Actively participate in relevant conferences and trade associations</li><li>Engage in industry events as a recognized leader in the ESCO field</li><li>Manage sales funnel to achieve business goals and strategic objectives</li><li>Demonstrate sound business judgment and critical thinking skills to balance risk and reward when qualifying and disqualifying opportunities</li><li>Persuasively communicate rationale and recommendations in discussions with the NORESCO management and executive leadership team</li><li>With expert knowledge of diverse Municipals, Universities, K-12 Schools and Hospitals (MUSH) and commercial and industrial customers and internal NORESCO disciplines, lead authorship of highly competitive RFP/RFQ responses, communicating capture win themes with contributing authors to ensure a cohesive and compelling response</li><li>Capture and manage detailed information from specific federal installations, campuses, sites, buildings, and facilities</li><li>Develop relationships and partnerships with sub-contractors who have a significant presence and solid reputation at specific federal facilities</li><li>With site information, coordinate internal strategy sessions to drive the development of new government opportunities through procurement and selection</li><li>Develop, own, implement and adjust strategy to win opportunities through successful solicitation responses</li><li>Mentor junior AEs as needed</li><li>Serve as a customer advocate, coordinating with and influencing the internal project development team and decision-makers at all leadership levels throughout the sales, development, and implementation phases to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met</li><li>Communicate internally for collaboration and consensus on strategies, presentations, and customer deliverables, and then communicate deliverables externally Government executive leaders</li><li>Successfully closed business in compliance with an annual sales goal</li><li>Participate on internal process improvement teams as needed</li><li>After the sale, continue with account management to maintain relationships with existing customers and drive new business to help the customer meet State and Local goals or implement unfunded site infrastructure requirements</li></ul> Requirements: Required Qualifications: <ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>7+ years of professional experience selling solutions into the Municipal, University, Schools, and/or Hospital sectors, Energy Management Consulting, and/or Design-Build markets</li><li>5+ years of experience selling to C-Level targets</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelors Degree highly preferred</li><li>10+ years of professional experience in MUSH ESPC, Energy Management Consulting, and/or Design-Build and other alternative delivery construction markets</li><li>Experience presenting and selling to city councils, school boards and public forums highly preferred</li><li>Understanding of public procurement for the energy services market</li><li>Understanding of standard building conservation measures (solar, lighting, HVAC, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of Water and Wastewater market</li><li>Knowledge of Commercial and Industrial markets</li><li>Experience mentoring sales reps</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop Solar PV design/construction packages including solar array layouts, electricalSLD, DC collection systems, collection system studies (Cable Ampacity, Power Losses), and equipment installation details for Utility Scale Solar PV systems (5-500MW+)</li><li>Perform analysis and evaluations to determine the most cost-effective DC CollectionSystem designs for Utility Scale Solar PV Systems (5-500MW+)</li><li>Support development of early-stage projects with conceptual designs and material take-offs (pre-LNTP)</li><li>Manage external subcontractors for other adjacent services Interact directly with clients for successful project execution</li><li>Use Excel spreadsheets, commercial and proprietary engineering software to designSolar PV systems</li><li>Potential site visits to gather notes and take pictures of existing conditions to aid indesign and identify critical flaws</li><li>Contribute to continual development of internal solar engineering standards, toolsets,and work processes</li><li>Turning initial system conceptual ideas into fully developed optimized EPC designs</li><li>Oversee and execute process improvements and the development of policies,procedures, methods, and tools in support of delivery</li><li>Responsibilities include supporting pre-sales processes and working with sales andaccount management professionals to win new business; implementing business; proposal review and refinement; recruiting and staff development</li><li>Research and development in solar technology for new product development and stay current on new technological developments in the field Generates new ideas, goes beyond the status quo; recognizes the need for new or modified approaches</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Electrical Engineering Degree</li><li>Education or experience with power systems analysis and design</li><li>Previous experience in the electrical engineering of Renewable Energies (Solar) Systems</li><li>Proficiency use of Excel and AutoCAD</li><li>Working knowledge of electrical codes/standards (NEC, NBR, AEA, NTC, IEC, IEEE)</li><li>Ability to read, comprehend and apply electrical codes and/or standards (NEC 690-691,NEC 310, IEC 62548, IEC 62738)</li><li>Experience with cable sizing (ampacity, voltage drop) and power loss calculations</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills, including study report writing</li><li>Strong presentation and negotiation skills</li><li>Strong operational, project management, consulting technology and process skills</li><li>Functional expertise with PVSyst, SAM or PVFarm for PV analysis – Desired</li></ul>
