Role Description: <ul><li>As an advisor, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of financial advice and build lasting relationships with clients, leveraging our innovative, proven approach, proprietary research, and strong reputation—drivers of our significant growth in recent years.</li><li>Expanding our Advisory business is a strategic priority for our retail division, underscoring our commitment to broadening our reach and delivering even greater value to clients.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>With general guidance, implements and may assist with developing standard advisory solutions to assigned clients and coordinates internal resources necessary to carry out solutions.</li><li>Prepares financial plans for clients within the following areas, including preretirement, retirement, insurance, tax planning, and estate planning.</li><li>Responsible for positioning discretionary management as a means for clients to implement their recommended plans and to realize the full value within the plan.</li><li>Serves as an enrollment specialist to assist qualified clients in their transition from a self-directed relationship to a managed account relationship.</li><li>Must be able to position the value of discretionary management, overcome objections, and redirect clients to other solutions when discretionary management isn’t appropriate.</li><li>Applies knowledge to ensure an up-to-date knowledge of and fluency in new capabilities related to investment advice, financial planning, and financial education.</li><li>May assist in identifying opportunities for improvement to present to managers for consideration.</li><li>Responsible for client satisfaction regarding a wide variety of basic solutions managed by advisory services for assigned clients and continues to develop and deepen client relationships using consultative skills and ongoing personalized support and recommendations.</li><li>Serves as a client-facing expert on financial planning, portfolio construction, tax-efficient investing, and other advisory matters.</li><li>Has a basic understanding of how to determine a clients appetite for risk and how that aligns with different advice solutions and how to ensure that the implemented solutions are compliant.</li><li>Escalates potential issues to more senior staff.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND&nbsp;</li><li>2+ years of total relevant work experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Previous success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated organizational skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Planning and Budgeting&nbsp;<ul><li>Initiate and execute annual EHS &amp; S improvement project plan, EHS &amp; S training plan, EHS &amp; S internal audit plan and annual EHS &amp; S budget&nbsp;</li></ul> People Management &amp; Development&nbsp;&nbsp; <ul><li>Allocate and balance work across direct reports, review and provide timely performance feedback to subordinate, coach, guide, develop and motivate them,&nbsp;</li><li>help to resolve functional issues in the team, submit manpower request and interview candidates in order to achieve targeted function performance goal.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop skills of direct reports and others with EHS &amp; S responsibilities in the organization.&nbsp;</li></ul> EHS Structure &amp; Program Management&nbsp; <ul><li>Build action plans for the implementation of the organization’s EHS &amp; S programs and take a leadership role in execution in order to deliver the organization’s EHS &amp; S goals and strategy.&nbsp;</li><li>Setting up strong Safety First culture.&nbsp;</li><li>Establish and develop procedures and teams for driving EHS improvements and managing EHS programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate with all levels in the organization on EHS to engage with, influence and promote EHS culture.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Follow up internal and external audit to verify EHS performance and continue improvement&nbsp;</li><li>Maintein ISO14001 and our client compliance tools.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure safety of construction projects in the Thailand Erni site.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure safety of plant moving, including but not limited to moving IND equipment out and DDN equipment in. As well as its installation and&nbsp;</li><li>commissioning safety&nbsp;</li></ul> Reporting&nbsp; Implement below tasks in order to meet the requirements of reporting.&nbsp; <ul><li>Report related required EHS&amp;S data to site, BU management, BU EHS and Corporate EHS.&nbsp;</li><li>Report related EHS&amp;S data required based on applicable legal regulations and company policies.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor and report organizational safety performance against our client Safety Tool.&nbsp;</li><li>Evaluate and report environmental performance quarterly using company environmental assessment tools.&nbsp;</li></ul> Sustainability and BCP&nbsp; Focus on GHG, energy,&nbsp;hazardous waste &amp; scope 3 reduction.&nbsp;&nbsp; <ul><li>Track energy reducion data.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with Facility team to identify opportunities of energy reduction.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate business contunity plan of DG site.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow BU, Seg and Corp policy and lead scope 3 reduction of the site&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>University degree or equivalent level of qualification in safety, health, environmental, chemical, mechanical or related technical discipline&nbsp;</li><li>Thailand government required qualification as company EHS manager is a MUST&nbsp;</li><li>Professional EHS Certification preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 8+ years EHS experience required.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 5+ years experience in EHS management in manufacturing.&nbsp;</li><li>3+ years construction safety experience is a MUST.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge and experenice on scope 3 is preferred.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>This position will require an experienced, results-oriented professional to be responsible for Structural engineering.</li><li>The position will work in a multi-discipline team executing a variety of chemical manufacturing support projects and tasks to support our manufacturing sites.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Work with remote team members and global counterparts to develop deliverables required for structural fabrication and installation of projects and hence excellent communication skills a pre-requisite.</li><li>Provide structural analysis and engineering calculations of a variety of material types including but not limited to steel and concrete.</li><li>Provide structural analysis of steel and concrete elements.</li><li>Well versed with connection design calculations.</li><li>Participate in team model reviews.</li><li>Review Design Drawings</li></ul> Requirements: Basic Qualifications: <ul><li>Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from a reputed premiere institute.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of work experience in an Engineering and/or Engineering Services organization.</li><li>Must have engineering experience performing structural calculations and analysis of structures.</li><li>Computer Environment: Microsoft: Word, Excel, Power Point</li><li>Proficiency in STAAD Pro software</li><li>Should have exposure to environments of 2D and 3D CAD tools including Laser Scans, Bentley MicroStation, AVEVA and AutoCAD platforms or equivalent.</li><li>Experience with applicable industry codes including ACI, AISC, IBC and ability to utilize custom internal specifications as they apply to design and installation of structural assemblies and supports. Role Description: <ul><li>The Strategic Sales Manager, Data Center is responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying and developing new opportunities across the data center value chain—including hyperscale owners, colocation operators, contractors, and integrators.</li><li>This role focuses on expanding presence in the market through targeted engagement, solution positioning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative connectivity solutions that meet the evolving demands of data center infrastructure.</li><li>This is a fully remote position.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (executive level relationships and key decision makers) in the customer, apply professional selling methodology and leverage these relationships to position as a preferred supplier.</li><li>Design knowledge of data center systems, grounding, and other related applications.</li><li>Engagement with developed network of hyperscale owners and colocation operators for content expansion.</li><li>Research and development in new technology for new product development and stay current on technological developments in the field.</li><li>Generates new ideas, goes beyond the status quo; recognizes the need for new or modified approaches</li><li>Actively monitor &amp; maintain KPIs of customer relative to supplier performance standards.</li><li>Proactively promote the value which brings to the customer (with data / results) and work to efficiently service the account.</li><li>Financial tracking and reporting of strategy and business development efforts, market performance, and business planning results.</li><li>Engage in national and local industry events for market awareness and trainings</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>B.S. technical/business degree and 8 years of technical sales experience with 2+ years data center experience.</li><li>Preference will be given to candidates that possess technical backgrounds and have experience with data centers.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience managing project teams, both directly and through matrix organizations</li><li>Ability to travel 60-75% of the time.</li><li>Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with an entrepreneurial mindset</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a focus on listening to the customer.</li><li>Strong public speaking and presentation skills</li><li>Working knowledge of engineering design, procurement, and construction practices and procedures.</li><li>Multi-project execution experience</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Manage daily activities associated with large &amp; small-scale construction, renovation, expansion, and relocation/consolidation projects. Manage projects from inception through completion, being the primary point of contact for all project-related activities</li><li>Schedule and conduct various construction-related meetings with Architect/Engineer (AE) firms, contractors, facilities, and internal project teams to develop, review, and finalize scope, site and building plans, specifications, construction schedule, construction costs, material delivery, inspection issues, and critical dates. </li><li>These meetings include but are not limited to scope development, design, pre-construction, pre-bid, construction progress, and punch list.</li><li>Observe work in progress on each project to ensure that standard construction practices and procedures are in place and that all work conforms to design drawings, specifications, budget, and schedules. </li><li>Requires ongoing site visits and weekly or semi-weekly updates.</li><li>Create, maintain, and regularly update electronic project files, including but not limited to progress reports, photos, budgets, schedules, proposals, bids, purchase orders, and project correspondence.&nbsp;</li><li>Possess a solid ability to manage multiple projects at one time.</li><li>Inspect the quality of the completed installation, including punch list items, and receive a certificate of occupancy.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>&nbsp;Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering or Construction/Project Management from a four-year College or university and 5+ years of related experience.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as architectural and engineering construction plans, specifications, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.</li><li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondences</li><li>Ability to communicate and interact verbally and in writing with other related field project team members: Architects, Drafters, Engineers, Developers, Real Estate Managers, Contractors, Subcontractors, and Vendors.</li></ul>
