Responsibilities: Safety and Quality: <ul><li>Proactively drive outstanding performance in Safety and Quality in the Modernization business</li></ul>Ensure relevant policies, e.g. tender policy fully in use Customers: <ul><li>Drive and promote customer-centric culture and outside-in thinking in the business by strong understanding on customer and market needs. Promote early involvement with the customer in selling process and consultative selling approach.</li><li>Promote utilization of voice of customer throughout the business</li></ul> Business performance: <ul><li>Holistic understanding, accountability and development of whole Modernization business competitiveness, growth and profitability</li><li>Evaluate the results of Modernization business activities/contracts and identify recurring problems</li><li>Set up FL level management practices that drive increase in share of market, OR growth, CMII, R80, pricing and pre-to-post performance</li><li>Prepare recommendations and feedback about significant changes that need to be made to product portfolio and company Way operating model elements (i.e., processes, roles, organization, IT tools, data, governance, business performance management) to improve performance</li><li>Collaborate with the Unit Managing Director as well as other functions such as operations to develop and achieve targets and close gaps across frontline</li><li>Set FL level targets together with Area Modernization Director, help in developing robust Unit budget plans, continuously monitor financial performance and report results</li><li>Drive short and long-term competitiveness based on global Modernization strategy</li></ul> Business development: <ul><li>Drive the Modernization business sales and offering development and go-to-market actions of new services and solutions in collaboration with other Modernization business stakeholders</li><li>Collaborate with Area and Global colleagues for best practice sharing</li><li>Ensure compliance with business operating model and effective deployment of company Way initiatives. Monitors FL KW compliance and acts upon gaps or development needs. Gives KW feedback back to the global.</li></ul> Leadership / People management: <ul><li>Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and implement a strategy for Modernization business that is aligned with the organization’s overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives</li><li>Lead, evaluate, and develop the Modernization business team and its professionals at FL.</li><li>Identify competence gaps and training needs in order to fulfil the business plan</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics, engineering or other relevant field.</li><li>Experience/ understanding of business-to-business sales from building materials, HVAC, or any products with aftersales service</li><li>Minimum 10 year experience in people management</li><li>Masters sales management, customer relationship management, marketing, channel management, experience in leading people effectively</li><li>Understands well the end-to-end process for Modernization business and related profit and cost drivers and contract management</li><li>Sales acumen: understands selling cycle, customer’s purchasing strategies, selling, negotiating, reporting and funnel management.</li><li>Understands business planning and controlling and change management</li><li>Digital assertiveness: comfortable and excited about the opportunities digital solutions</li><li>Customer Relationship Management especially government sector.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Dealer Relationship Management: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealers to drive revenue, volume, market share, and profitability.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Communicate weekly with dealers and visit each dealer location at least once per month.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Evaluate dealer sales performance and market share; recommend and implement corrective actions where needed.</li></ul> Sales Planning &amp; Execution: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Plan and forecast billing, retail orders, and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Prospect and onboard new dealerships following established new dealer guidelines.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Assist new dealers with merchandising programs, ordering processes, and dealership branding.</li></ul> Events &amp; Promotions: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Plan, participate, and support special events such as rodeos, corporate and dealer farm shows, and sporting events within the territory.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Organize and conduct regional dealer meetings as required.</li></ul> Training &amp; Support: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Coordinate and deliver training for new dealers covering computer systems, sales processes, marketing programs, product knowledge, advertising, parts, and service.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Collaborate with the Service Manager to facilitate product and sales training.</li></ul> Market Intelligence &amp; Product Feedback: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Conduct competitive intelligence and product-price positioning analyses to maintain a competitive advantage.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Test and evaluate new products, recommend improvements, and suggest new product additions.</li></ul> Logistics &amp; Coordination: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Assist with the logistics of tractors/equipment for photo shoots, events, and other requirements within the territory.</li></ul> Requirements: Education &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5+ years of field sales/channel management experience in the construction, industrial, or agricultural equipment industry.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of product categories, dealership operations, and assigned territory.</li></ul> Skills &amp; Competencies: <ul><li>Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for interaction with dealers, vendors, employees, and all levels of management.</li><li>Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver business growth.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet tools.</li><li>Strong presentation skills for small and large group settings.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li></ul> Other Requirements: <ul><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.</li><li>Physical capability to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required by the role.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Project Management <ul><li>Lead construction projects from inception to completion across multiple project types: manufacturing, industrial, office, warehouse, labs, and cleanrooms.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities.</li><li>Manage budgets, schedules, and contractor/vendor performance.</li></ul> Planning &amp; Coordination <ul><li>Schedule and conduct project meetings with AE firms, contractors, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate design and construction phases to ensure seamless execution.</li><li>Oversee value engineering efforts to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and sustainability.</li></ul> Construction Oversight <ul><li>Conduct ongoing site visits to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with plans/specifications.</li><li>Review design documents for constructability and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Inspect completed installations, manage punch lists, and secure certificates of occupancy.</li></ul> Documentation &amp; Reporting <ul><li>Maintain electronic project files (progress reports, photos, budgets, schedules, permits, change orders, as-built drawings).</li><li>Review and approve invoices, applications for payment, and project close-out documents.</li></ul> Vendor &amp; Resource Management <ul><li>Partner with Procurement to evaluate, qualify, and manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.</li><li>Ensure effective communication and issue resolution with all stakeholders.</li></ul> Safety &amp; Compliance <ul><li>Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, contractor safety programs, and local codes.</li><li>Organize and lead weekly contractor safety meetings.</li><li>Perform safety audits and corrective actions.</li></ul> Global Alignment <ul><li>Collaborate with the global construction management team to implement strategy, metrics, and best practices.</li><li>Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: Qualifications &amp; Experience <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 10+ years of construction/project management experience, including significant field experience.</li><li>Certifications:</li><li>PMP Certification (required)</li><li>OSHA 30-hour Certification (required)</li><li>Skills &amp; Competencies:</li><li>Strong ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering construction plans.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li><li>Independent problem-solving, resourcefulness, and leadership ability.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Facility Engineer will play a critical role in the greenfield design, construction, startup, and long-term operation of a state-of-the-art sterile injectable IV bag manufacturing facility. This role will lead the implementation and management of all facility infrastructure systems, including cleanrooms, HVAC, utilities, building automation, environmental monitoring, chemistry and microbiology lab systems, and energy management, ensuring full compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory expectations for sterile manufacturing.</li><li>The Facility Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams during construction, commissioning, qualification, and beyond, ensuring the facility infrastructure reliably supports sterile production, patient safety, and long-term business goals.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the design review, specification development, and technical oversight of facility infrastructure systems including cleanrooms, HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, WFI, clean steam, and other critical utilities.</li><li>Develop and maintain facility engineering standards, equipment specifications, and technical documentation aligned to regulatory requirements and aseptic processing standards.</li><li>Oversee construction, installation, commissioning, and qualification of facility utilities and infrastructure systems, ensuring timely, compliant project execution.</li><li>Collaborate with Validation, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure proper facility qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and environmental monitoring readiness.</li><li>Promote and ensure adherence to safety protocols and safe work practices.</li><li>Perform risk assessments for engineering and maintenance activities.</li><li>Establish and manage preventative maintenance programs, calibration schedules, and facilities management SOPs to ensure optimal equipment performance and facility reliability.</li><li>Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting facility system deviations, non-conformances, and CAPAs, ensuring timely resolution and sustained compliance.</li><li>Partner with EHS, Operations, and Quality to ensure all facility systems meet safety, regulatory, and operational expectations.</li><li>Manage relationships with external engineering firms, contractors, and utility service providers to ensure effective delivery of construction and facility services. 11.	Support energy management, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to optimize facility operating costs and resource utilization.</li><li>Ensure ongoing regulatory inspection readiness and serve as SME for facility systems during audits and inspections.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications/Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Facilities Engineering.</li><li>3+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or sterile manufacturing facility engineering.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of facility infrastructure systems including HVAC for aseptic manufacturing, cleanrooms, and critical utilities.</li><li>Direct experience with greenfield facility construction, commissioning, and qualification highly desirable.</li><li>Solid understanding of FDA cGMP regulations, USP standards, and applicable environmental, health, and safety requirements.</li></ul> Skills/Competencies: <ul><li>Expertise Experience in facility system design, commissioning, and lifecycle maintenance.</li><li>Strong project management and contractor/vendor coordination capabilities.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of aseptic manufacturing facility requirements and environmental controls.</li><li>Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>High attention to detail, safety, and compliance.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a dynamic greenfield/startup environment.</li></ul>
