SAP HR Developer

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Reporting to Delivery Lead and be in the IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Team, part of Group Risk Management.</li><li>Being a Technical Analyst and taking up the development of changes to GRC.</li><li>Implementing and supporting vendor systems components.</li><li>Providing Level 3- Production Support.</li><li>GRC application development, implementation, and support of SIT/UAT testing -</li><li>Gathering and analyzing requirements and performing very appropriate and accurate impact analysis of the changes requested.</li><li>Getting involved in design for both the internal and vendor changes.</li><li>Getting involved in development, unit testing as well as system integrated testing for both the internal and vendor changes.</li><li>Providing consultation and support in addressing production related issues and tasks and also supporting SIT/UAT activities pertaining to the changes.</li><li>Planning, preparing, and executing system rollout and implementations.</li><li>Bringing about improvisations and value additions to the system and application components.</li><li>Hands-on development experience in any operational risk system or any banking application.</li><li>Banking domain or financial institution working experience and familiarity with SDLC process and change management tools.</li></ul> Key Responsibilities Requirements Management <ul><li>Engage with System Analyst &amp; SME to collate, understand and finalize functional and technical requirements. Design &amp; Development</li><li>Strong experience in BWise (SAI360), strong technically/a subject matter expert – especially BWise 5.8 &amp; above.</li><li>Partner with Architects and Dev. Manager to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards.</li><li>Partner with Development Manager in managing application teams to build the enhancements. Test Management</li><li>Partner with Test Manager to ensure the completion of SIT, UAT testing, regression/performance/ load testing and application security testing with quality results. Implementation Management Prepare technical implementation plan across application teams.</li><li>Coordinate technical implementation activities with release team and across application teams to ensure clean production cutover without issues and adequate post implementation support.</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>MS Windows, Unix/ Linux OS, Unix/Linux Scripting, Pentaho, Apache Tomcat, XML, Oracle, Microsoft SQL server.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience and knowledge with Aldon LM(e) product &amp; setup is an added advantage.</li><li>SQL scripting, Sybase, Java, Aldon, Bitbucket, Control-M scheduler, SFTP/SSL, Connect Direct, SAP BI platform and tools.</li><li>Strong analytical and good problem-solving skills, good exposure to infra setup is required.</li><li>Must possess a customer-oriented and can-do attitude (should be able to accommodate overtime work when needed).&nbsp;</li><li>Have good interpersonal and communications skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Be a self-starter and be able to work independently.</li><li>Be a good team player and be pro-active.</li><li>Be able to work in a fast paced and team-oriented environment and be able to manage priorities.</li><li>Be able to work under pressure and work closely with stakeholders and other onshore/offshore developers.</li><li>Have strong delivery ability and be able to see end-to-end closure of issues to hit delivery, support commitments with focus &amp; discipline.</li><li>Be a quick learner - Gain working level knowledge in any new tools and technology as needed.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead / Execute KWS RM COE and own Work Management element as part of reliability maintenance scope.</li><li>Drive implementation of KWS for RM COE among engineering, technical, and operations teams with regular engagement, preparation, and training.</li><li>Develop good relationships with other regional factories and strive for cross-learning and implementation of best practices for plant performance and KWS.</li><li>Delivery highest level of machine reliability with the optimum level of preventive, corrective &amp; condition-based base maintenance strategic formulation and implementation.</li><li>Responsible for guiding the team in conducting loss analysis using proper tools and identifying the root cause, improvement projects, and saving projects.</li><li>Leads the team as the expert point of contact for process, mechanical, and SAP-related consultation and support.</li><li>Creating the machine inventory list, following the updates and entering them into the system.</li><li>Act as the superuser for maintenance SAP and make sure the technical systems team has good SAP knowledge with regular coaching and training sessions.</li><li>Work on mechanical internal CAPEX project management by applying a reliability maintenance strategy for strategic investment and upkeep high machine reliability.</li><li>Owns Technician Training and development systems in support of Technician Progression.</li><li>To guard standards and regulations on EHS, QFS and other fundamentals by participating in and coaching during Leader Led Observations, Safety 7, Golden 6, and other EHS and QFS activities.</li><li>Always maintain a good level of documentation and evidence management to support all internal and external audits. (QFS, KWS, EHS, DOSH, FSSC, HACCP, HALAL, and Global programs on FUS).</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline with at least 2-5 years of working experience.</li><li>Sound practical knowledge of mechanical engineering (rotating equipment, fasteners, bearings, gearbox, valves, thermodynamics, material strength &amp; compatibility, etc.).</li><li>Practical knowledge of process equipment working mechanism and working principle (fryer, mixing, grinding, canister filling, packing machines, conveyors, etc.).</li><li>Preferably having work experience in F&amp;B industries with experience in SAP system</li></ul> Technical experience in the following systems: <ul><li>Digital sensory devices (e.g. capacitive/inductive/ magnetic/photoelectric sensor, electro-pneumatic actuator, etc.).</li><li>Numerical literacy of basic electrical engineering (motor power, electrical load, cable sizing) and process engineering (basic mathematics related to the physics of pressure, temperature, level, force, etc.).</li><li>Preferably with some process literacy in HVAC, compressed air supply, utility gas supply, potable and wastewater treatment.</li><li>Exposed and have hands-on experience with pillar approached performance management (KWS), CI tools, analysis tools, sound problem-solving skills, and coaching skills.</li><li>Good leadership skills and capable of managing 24/7 plans with critical thinking and strong people management skills.</li><li>Six Sigma Green Belt &amp; CAPEX project management will be added advantage.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinate the preparation of the work schedule taking into account capacity and knowledge within the department and where necessary in consultation with the other departments.</li><li>Managing employees within the department who are responsible for realizing maximum productivity and quality and achieving the departments objectives.</li><li>Daily monitoring, coaching, motivating and developing the employees within the department.</li><li>Management of the machinery (maintenance/repairs/replacement,).</li><li>Coordination and initiation of tool optimizations.</li><li>Assistance with current daily problems (quality problems).</li><li>Monitoring of TPM activities on the injection molds.</li><li>Close cooperation with the design department and T&amp;D.</li><li>Compliance and implementation of occupational safety in mold making.</li><li>Supporting the implementation of our clientOA within the department and monitoring the various KPIs.</li><li>Responsible for internal and external tool shop related reporting and communication.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Technical Diploma, Min BAC+5 (Industrial or Mechanical Engineering).</li><li>4-5 years of experience in Tool shop.</li><li>Previous experience in Automotive systems and Molding.</li><li>Proven ability to lead/drive change.</li><li>Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and drive solutions/corrective action.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP, excel, Pro Engineer/Creo is a plus.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Service and digital offering management: Manages the end-to-end development and/or deployment of a portfolio of digital and service offering. Key activities include: <ul><li>Defines Area’s end-to-end strategy of assigned offering portfolio based on market assessment and feedback from Units.</li><li>Gather and evaluate Unit business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis of global offerings, collaborate with Global teams to ensure that the offerings are fit-for-purpose for the Area.</li><li>Participates in technical development activities where required.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage and drives offering scope and roadmap.</li><li>Develop go-to-market strategy for assigned offering portfolio – customer value proposition, target segments/ customer profile, pricing and offering bundles etc.</li><li>Follows up and takes corrective actions on offering performance and quality.</li><li>Collaborates with Business Line colleagues in the Units, other Areas, and Global for best practice sharing and driving areas of improvement in assigned offering portfolio.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Customer relationship management and sales support: Supports units in: <ul><li>Creating support material for Sales Managers and Salespersons in defining, specifying, and communicating company benefits and advantages of service and digital offerings.</li><li>Identifying and describing benefits and advantages of offerings to customers in different segments where relevant.</li><li>Developing marketing activities and campaigns</li><li>Achieving targets, analysing, and maintaining service and digital offerings - product and pricing data, sales and tendering tools and pricing guidelines.</li><li>Be the subject matter expert for service and digital offerings and supports Units in customer early engagements, tender interviews and other activities as required to achieve deployment success.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Good understanding of technology/ digital topics (e.g. predictive maintenance, cybersecurity, APIs, data visualization etc), prior technical experience in capacities such as product development/ management.</li><li>Knowledge of digital product development cycles, agile methodologies.</li><li>Knowledge of product life-cycle management, methodology and tools</li></ul>

Responsibilities: System Development and Implementation: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Design, develop, and implement SAP HR solutions, focusing on OM, PA, Time Management, and TEM modules.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Customize SAP HR modules to meet business requirements and optimize HR processes.</li></ul> Integration: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Integrate SAP HR with SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP HR and other enterprise dsystems.</li></ul> Support and Maintenance: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP HR modules.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and compliance with HR regulations.</li></ul> Collaboration and Consultation: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP HR solutions.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and manage vendor developers.</li></ul> Code Review: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Provide constructive feedback and identify opportunities for code optimization and refactoring.</li></ul> Project Management: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Manage SAP HR projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Act as single point of contact for all HR developers.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide regular updates.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of [8] years of experience in SAP HR development, including OM, PA, Time Management, and TEM modules.</li><li>Proven experience with integrating SAP HR with SuccessFactors.</li><li>Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in HR ABAP programming and SAP HR configuration.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Certification in SAP HR or related modules.</li><li>Experience in industries such as Manpower, Security.</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.</li></ul>
