Responsibilities: D&amp;A Management <ul><li>Key Performance Indicators: Delivery of annual budgeted Net Sales Value (NSV)Profitability / Contribution Margin Innovation/lift and launch pipeline.</li><li>Lead top-to-top relationship management with key customers in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Accountable for the local execution of Foodservice projects from the Region and/or International Zone in key sub-channels specifically in QSR, FSR, Hotels.</li><li>Data-driven. Thoroughly understand SELL-OUT and SELL-IN data to derive insights &amp; identify opportunities to grow.</li><li>Ensure effective D&amp;A Management in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Ensure accurate/correct monthly forecasts are submitted ahead of deadline with the objective/ intention to achieve the forecast accuracy target.</li><li>Identify &amp; collaborate with regional stakeholders for Lift &amp; Launch and Innovation opportunities. Commercialize upon launch.</li><li>Lead the competency development of the local sales team and ensure their individual development plans are in-place &amp; active.</li><li>Grow sales (volume &amp; value mix), market share and weighted distribution within scope.</li><li>Drive strategic commercial plans including but not limited to: new market/channel entry, geo-expansion, direct-to-consumer, new product launches, cross-category promotions,</li><li>distributor management, trade engagement/loyalty, promotion adherence, etc.</li><li>Build integrated business plans to drive sales within scope and engage all stakeholders for execution.</li><li>Optimize portfolio strategy (SKU/channel/area mix) to attain maximum value creation.</li><li>Build the brand name to give consumers compelling reasons to choose our brand over competing brands</li><li>Develop a tactical program to support both Marketing and Sales objectives and expand distribution channels</li><li>Contribute to structure and implement segmentation and RVP (Retail Value Propositions) by segment and merchandising standards.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Ensure all business practices comply with policies and regulations of the government and company ethics</li><li>Monitor and/or assess industrys regulatory changes as well as competitive activities and their impact</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>10 years’ minimum of Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development (FMCG/FMCG Distributor) which covers both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Experience as Nation Sales Manager or related from MNC companies or global food &amp; beverages or consumer brands is preferable.</li><li>Strong in analyzing sales data, negotiation, relationship Management</li><li>Proficient in Trade Marketing and Consumer insights</li><li>Proficient in Lift &amp; Launch and Innovation</li><li>Expert in Root-cause analysis, Critical Thinking &amp; Problem Solving</li><li>Strong team management with experience of leading big team</li><li>Amicable to work in a matrix organization.</li><li>Resilient, curious, strong executor</li><li>Strong ability to quickly troubleshoot shortfalls and operate independently (Strong Self Starter)</li><li>Customer-centric mindset</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul>

In this exciting role, you will be focusing on developing strong relationships with allocated accounts to unlock and drive multi-category account plans aligned with the account and&nbsp;channel strategy. Furthermore, you will identify, develop, and implement activities within your account base to facilitate the achievement of PML UK overall market objectives for its full portfolio range.&nbsp;Your day to day&nbsp;Reporting to the Channel Manager, you will be building and nurturing existing and new relationships at multiple levels with large or complex Key Accounts. You’ll apply your story-teller ability to lead, advise and influence Key Account Buyers with broader consumer and category insights.&nbsp;Youll be responsible for negotiating deals with long-term value and identify new opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully project manage the delivery. With this, you’ll develop and agree on Joint Business Plans by demonstrating collaboration with relevant internal functions and roles from cross-functional perspective.&nbsp;You’ll be developing and implementing multi-category trading agreements which deliver SoM growth through the utilization of programmes, trade activations and activations, and deployment of resources through the account’s portfolio.&nbsp;With a strong focus on&nbsp;brand activation, this role is an opportunity to demonstrate your creativity. You’ll analyse performance and identify trends, issues and opportunities within the account portfolio and experiment with new ideas, responding to the needs of the business quickly and effectively!&nbsp;In this role, you’ll ensure&nbsp;customer experience&nbsp;is managed across&nbsp;Commercial Planning&nbsp;and Field Activation.&nbsp;You will be working closely with the Channel Manger to conduct bi-monthly updates, discuss result and make sure compliance checks are in place to ensure all agreed activity has respective POP.&nbsp;You’ll also be in charge for the accuracy of the account submission relating to budget, Volume and Margin Retention.&nbsp;You will need to have the right to work in the UK to be successful in your application. Own business outcomes and be responsible for hitting experience and revenue targets.Requirements:2+ years of experience in AI Product Development4+ years of experience in Product Management, with demonstrated success in launching and scaling multiple 0-1 products.Technical and business acumen with Identity, Data Normalization, Data usage limitation, and AI-driven personalization product background are critical along with demonstrated experience in defining and driving transformation initiatives.Experience inspiring and mobilizing all levels of the organization with your product vision, data-centric thinking, and customer/developer passion.Being comfortable in navigating ambiguity and establishing an iterative roadmap and experimentation culture.Defining the product and customer experience with high-quality business requirements and user stories while managing the scope of each product release and refining the technology architecture and scalability for the use case.Helping the teams move forward swiftly with rigor, speed, and transparency in decision-making.Removing roadblocks, setting a consolidated vision, and collaborating with excellence across all functions is critical.MBA or Masters in STEM fields.Highly skilled problem-solving and technical skills. Demonstrate a tech-savvy approach and love to stay on top of industry trends.Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).Self-starter who doesn’t hesitate to proactively approach learning fastSkilled at working with cross-functional groups and matrix organizations in multiple geographies to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in areas like e-commerce, checkout, payments, and/or risk domain - a plus.
