Service Coordinator

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for various KPI’s pertaining manufacturing engineering and Team Management skills is must.</li><li>Responsible for assembly Process, Tool Design development, (New &amp; Old tools) Qualification and Trial</li><li>Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout</li><li>Work with Global COE Assembly to drive continuous improvement in Assembly Technology / Process</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and for all assembly tooling, Spares and Process Set-up&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all Tooling / automation design drawings (Soft &amp; Hard Copy) are up to date.</li><li>Impart trainings and development for new joiners, Technical Trainees etc.</li><li>Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineer for new product development and process improvement.</li><li>Assessing resource requirements and opportunity for Automation and Process Productivity improvement</li><li>Review of deployment</li><li>Review ISO documents and update, Engage in ISO audits.</li><li>Visit vendors for Assembly tooling assessment (Capability, Know How &amp; Capacity)</li><li>Monitoring of AM and PM and Effectiveness&nbsp;</li><li>Able to run the machine and instruct and train technicians to run the machine</li><li>CCD and PLC and Electrical Knowledge Preferably</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering major or Electrical Engineering</li><li>10+ years’ experience and practitioner in the automation assembly and Tooling Design &amp; Development</li><li>CAD Knowledge Must, preferably Pro E / Creo &amp; Auto-cad, Solidworks, HMI (Human Machine interface).</li><li>DFM analysis, New automation or manual assembly / Tooling RFQ.</li><li>Assembly line Tooling &amp; Tool Debugging Knowledge.&nbsp;</li><li>Computer Knowledge, MS Office etc, SAP knowledge added advantage</li><li>Integrity; Accountability; Communication; Outgoing&nbsp;</li><li>Ergonomic and lean manufacturing practitioner</li><li>Advance digital acumen, MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and traceability.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet production and project requirements.</li><li>Analyse and provide feedback to appropriate departments on part status / requirements for fulfilling customer demand.</li><li>Manage delivery of critical component parts and product delivery with suppliers and contract manufacturing and critical supply partners to meet customer requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Escalation of any issues to relevant sourcing analyst.</li><li>Monitor &amp; reporting KPI targets with actions– delivery on time, confirmation of purchase orders.</li><li>Invoice processing, resolving blocked invoices &amp; amendments of purchase orders</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Educational Degree, Bachelor or above, Engineering background is preferred.</li><li>Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in indirect procurement, experience in manufacturing company is a must.</li><li>Experience in at least 2 commodities including MRO, Facility, Automation line, HR services.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Manage activities that support business results, revenue growth, client experience and efficiencies in practice.</li><li>Manage resources to achieve business results, including revenue and client acquisition targets.</li><li>Partner with Branch Manager to ensure advisor business plans are completed and marketing events are tracked and measured.</li><li>Assist advisors in servicing clients including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research and completing trades and transactions.</li><li>Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming meetings, crafting an agenda and summary of meeting, escorting clients to advisors office and providing follow-up. Prepare and ensure new business paperwork processes are successfully filled out.</li><li>Provide general administrative duties such as answering phones, processing reports, preparing correspondence, setup files, etc.</li><li>Build, manage, track and analyze reports and branch vitals.</li><li>Review advisor expense reports, branch P &amp; L, budgeting, reporting/correcting errors, identify and implement expense reduction opportunities.</li><li>Partner with Registered Principal to ensure compliance support is established and training needs are met.</li><li>Lead real estate and facilities initiatives.</li><li>Lead, coach, mentor and provide performance management for direct reports.</li><li>Partner with Senior Operations Leader and Regional Director of Operations to determine staffing needs; request, hire and allocate staff.</li><li>Conduct 1:1s with staff.</li></ul>﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree or equivalent.</li><li>5 - 7 years relevant experience required.</li><li>Previous successful supervisory experience including knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to motivate team members to delivery results.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with little or no supervision and strong organizational/time management skills.</li><li>Able to communicate with all levels within the organization.</li><li>Detail orientated, strong math, and analytical skills. Good organization and time management skills.</li><li>Process oriented and can work with a team. Proficient with standard business software applications.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Achievement of the direct project sales targets for the Thailand business&nbsp;</li><li>To lead and implement the yearly strategic sales business plan&nbsp;</li><li>Support existing and develop new distributors/business partners to promote and sell UPS and associated critical power systems&nbsp;</li><li>Drive weekly and monthly sales meetings ensuring all sales opportunity data accuracy&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and grow strong business relationships with electrical contracting firms including, education and training, specification influence for design and construct projects, preparation of quotes for tenders and requests&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for the development and growth of specific end user accounts</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree/Diploma in Engineering and/or equivalent&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in leading a team&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 10 years of sales and business development experience in the power management, industrial automation or related industry</li><li>Experience in selling Uninterrupted Power supplies (UPS)</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>Specification Sales Engineer, Low Voltage System Assemblies What you’ll do: As a Specification Engineer, you will have the opportunity to align your skills, interests, and aspirations with a role that allows you to define your own goals.</li><li>You will be responsible for expanding and maintaining a network of specifying entities—such as engineering offices, consultants, and end-users—ensuring the company is involved early in the project lifecycle.</li><li>You will influence specifications, track project sources, and ensure internal alignment to maximise opportunity conversion and solution adoption.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Prospecting: Identify new specifying entities and early-stage projects through proactive research and outreach.Building Relationships with Priority Specifying Entities: Cultivate long-term relationships with consultants, engineers, and end-users to influence project direction.</li></ul> <ul><li>Planning Account Actions: Develop account-specific strategies to drive specification success and long-term engagement.</li></ul> <ul><li>Planning Calls: Prepare and schedule impactful calls with specifying entities to uncover and advance project opportunities.</li></ul> <ul><li>Conducting Discovery: Gather detailed insights into customer needs, project requirements, and decision-making processes.</li></ul> <ul><li>Planning Opportunities: Align internal resources and timelines to capitalise on identified project opportunities.</li></ul> <ul><li>Drafting Initial Concepts: Create early-stage technical and commercial proposals tailored to project specifications.</li></ul> <ul><li>Transferring Descriptive Concepts to Backend: Ensure smooth handover of project concepts to internal teams for execution and follow-up.</li></ul> <ul><li>Making Bid or No Bid Decisions: Evaluate project fit and strategic value to determine pursuit strategy.</li></ul> <ul><li>Communicating with Internal Stakeholders: Coordinate with Project Sales Engineers, back office, and project management to ensure project continuity.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or justifiable equivalent education.</li><li>Previous Experience: 2–5 years of experience.</li><li>Required Languages: English &amp; Turkish</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assist advisor(s) in servicing clients including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research and completing trades and transactions as described by the advisor.</li><li>Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming meetings, entering data into contact manager, building the agenda and summary of meetings, escorting clients to advisor meeting and providing vital follow-up.</li><li>Ensure new business paperwork is submitted efficiently which includes preparation of forms and documentation for submission to home office, acquisition of appropriate signatures, tracking of new insurance applications and coordination of rollovers.</li><li>Coordinate marketing events which include organizing the event, contacting vendors, finalizing event details, crafting marketing compliance documentation and managing event marketing reimbursement.</li><li>Provide general administrative duties such as answering the advisors’ phone, processing expense management reports, preparing routine client correspondence, supporting closes, setting up client documents and new business correspondence and alerts. </li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree or equivalent.</li><li>3 - 5 years relevant experience required.</li><li>Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.</li><li>State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.</li><li>Experience working in a client service environment.</li><li>Detail-oriented, strong math, and analytical skills. Good organization and time management skills.</li><li>Able to manage multiple priorities and prioritize effectively. Able to independently work with minimal direct supervision.</li><li>Able to communicate with all levels within the organization. Responsibilities: Identify Sales Opportunities in Service Business&nbsp;<ul><li>Primary focus on the sale of preventative maintenance contracts for:</li><li>Company existing installed base of Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) which do not currently have a preventative maintenance contract</li><li>Identification and sales of preventative maintenance contracts for competitor’s UPS including multi-vendor and end user sites</li><li>Other preventative maintenance contract or maintenance sales opportunities as directed by the management&nbsp;</li></ul> Promote Company After-Sales Services Offer&nbsp;<ul><li>Spare parts sales opportunities both for company and competitor’s products</li><li>Collaboration with channel sales partners and service partners in service sales activities</li><li>Other service sales opportunities as directed by the management&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure the profitability of operations with a focus on the consolidated variable margin of the after sales service business&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring budget margin levels are met across each service category (contract, repairs, parts and battery replacements)</li></ul> Business Development <ul><li>Maintain existing customer base and ensure customers’ expectations are being met&nbsp;</li><li>Generate new business and partners&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience within Electrical and/or Service related sales</li><li>Having contacts within electrical/critical power industry preferred</li><li>Familiar and ability to negotiate on service contract terms &amp; condition&nbsp;</li><li>Salesforce experience</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Logistics Management <ul><li>Act as point of contact with freight forwarders for logistics execution</li><li>Point of contact for responsible suppliers to ensure deliveries on time for customers&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly monitoring of the shipments and updating arrivals in BI.&nbsp;</li><li>Dispatch planning considering product availability from suppliers and shipping schedules shared by freight forwarders.</li></ul> Performance Management <ul><li>Measuring all KPIs for internal teams to help running sessions to develop action plan for continuous improvement.</li><li>Managing performance reviews for logistics partners (monthly &amp; quarterly)</li><li>Running supply reviews and performance for product suppliers.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree minimum, Master’s Degree an advantage</li><li>2-3 years’ minimum of Supply chain planning</li><li>Analytical &amp; Demand Planning&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; presentation skills&nbsp;</li><li>Proven track record of success&nbsp;</li><li>Good in English proficiency&nbsp;</li><li>Energetic, creative, self-motivated, team motivated, result oriented and sense of ownership.&nbsp;</li><li>Placement in Bangkok, Thailand</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage AR related activities in SAP including Customer Onboarding (as per policy), customer master database management, Credit Limit mapping, Pricing database update, Sales order release</li><li>Manage AR overdue status, claims processing, collection status, provisioning of doubtful debts, bad debts</li><li>Managing regularly AR balances reconciliations and liaison with commercial team and customers, consultants etc.</li><li>Support at month end for accruals, movements, documentation etc.</li><li>Support in statutory and internal audits related to above areas</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 3 Years experience of SAP S4 for Sales / AR related Module</li><li>Minimum 3 Years experience of Alco Bev Industry – AR Management standpoint</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics for reporting, forecasting, and planning.</li><li>Process-driven mindset, ensuring structured execution and business predictability.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinate monthly contract visits (report extraction, customer contact, scheduling, job creation and report distribution).</li><li>Manage off contract maintenance visits and reactive call outs.</li><li>Support service contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs.</li><li>Assist with accounts receivable/payable processes related to service activities.</li><li>Handling of incoming calls and other communications related to service activities.</li><li>Processing of orders to factories and 3rd party suppliers, administration of payables to suppliers in collaboration with our Singapore-based accounts team.</li><li>Support processing of customer purchase orders, delivery dockets to the warehouse and invoicing of clients through ERP SAP B1.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Relevant experiences with order processing</li><li>1-3 years’ experience in administration / reception</li><li>Experience as a coordinator within service-related industry</li></ul>
