Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and execute purchase orders for raw materials, packaging components, consumables, and services in accordance with approved supplier lists and site requirements.</li><li>Maintain optimal inventory levels by balancing material availability with cost-effective order quantities.</li><li>Collaborate with Production Planning and Supply Chain to align material purchases with manufacturing schedules.</li><li>Participate and represent the site in the routine S&amp;OP meeting.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality, and responsiveness, and drive corrective actions as needed.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and value-added agreements.</li><li>Maintain accurate purchasing and planning data in the ERP system, ensuring alignment with master data and inventory control requirements.</li><li>Identify and qualify alternative suppliers to mitigate supply risks and ensure business continuity.</li><li>Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure incoming materials meet specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Support new product introduction by sourcing and securing materials in alignment with project timelines.</li><li>Generate and track Production Orders through release to ensure on time, in full deliveries to customers.</li><li>Track and report key procurement and planning metrics, such as supplier on-time delivery, inventory turns, and purchase price variance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all cGMP, DEA, and regulatory requirements for the procurement and handling of controlled substances and high potent materials.</li><li>Participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reliability</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications / Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of procurement, planning, or supply chain experience in a cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience with controlled substances, high potent APIs, and regulated material handling preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, purchasing processes, and inventory control principles.</li><li>Familiarity with cGMP, DEA, and FDA requirements related to materials management.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding: <ul><li>Coordinate end-to-end technician hiring logistics, including assessment day scheduling, candidate communication, medical checks, and offer documentation.</li><li>Execute onboarding activities for new technicians by preparing onboarding packs, coordinating induction schedules, and tracking completion of documentation (EPF, SOCSO, tax forms, uniform issuance).</li><li>Maintain and update TA trackers and dashboards, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and onboarding completion.</li><li>Support salaried recruitment coordination as needed, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and documentation.</li></ul> Communication &amp; Engagement: <ul><li>Execute plant-wide communication and engagement activities, including town halls, floor walks, and recognition programs (certificates, gifts, and communications).</li><li>Support employee engagement survey administration by distributing surveys, tracking participation rates, consolidating feedback, and supporting action-planning sessions.</li><li>Maintain engagement trackers and ensure timely follow-up on action items.</li></ul> Employee Lifecycle Management: <ul><li>Manage HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including new hire documentation, probation tracking, contract renewals, transfers, promotions, and exit documentation.</li><li>Coordinate employee exit processes, including clearance forms, exit interviews, and final settlement coordination with HR Operations.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity, including updates in SuccessFactors.</li></ul> People Analytics &amp; Reporting: <ul><li>Maintain core HR dashboards covering attrition, time-to-fill, onboarding completion, and probation status.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly HR review decks for leadership.</li><li>Support ad hoc HR data requests and analysis.</li></ul> General HR: <ul><li>Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leave balances, and HR processes.</li><li>Maintain HR notice boards and plant HR communication materials, ensuring information accessibility and accuracy.</li><li>Support HR audits (ERSA and internal compliance checks) by preparing required documentation and tracking closure of audit findings.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or large-scale frontline environments.</li><li>Strong foundation in HR operations, talent acquisition coordination, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.</li><li>Hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong data management and reporting capabilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards) and Microsoft PowerPoint.</li><li>High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities.</li><li>Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and simplification.</li><li>Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.</li></ul>
