Experience in project sales with industry connections at every level with End Users, Consultants, System Integrators, and EPCs.&nbsp;</li><li>Relevant knowledge of field-level process areas in manufacturing will be an added advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Customers Define our Success – Should be able to independently conduct presentations and should be good at articulating business cases to customers/partners and senior management.&nbsp;</li><li>Organizational leadership skills - aggressive in achieving results, while collaborating and communicating effectively with other members of the team and partners.</li><li>Relevant Industry Experience – Process, Pharma, Metal, Mining, CPG, Cement, and other manufacturing industries.</li><li>Strong connections with consultants will be an added advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have connections with C-level executives at the end-user level.&nbsp;</li><li>Should have connections with major SIs and EPC contractors in this space.&nbsp;</li><li>A good social network will be preferred.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:Create strategic action plan and cost estimates of materials, time, labour, and other resources required for the projects.Completes technical studies and prepares cost estimates for projects.Develop project networks, arrange project review with site teams.Coordinate internal & external teams and manage contractors for the execution of projects.Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.Conduct site progress and safety meetings with contractors.Ensure resource availability and allocation.Coordinate with finance teams for asset capitalization.Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.Manage suppliers/commissioning engineers visit and payments.Coordinate with procurement teams to manage on time supplier deliveries.Ensure that all projects are delivered safely, on-time, within agreed scope and within budget.Develop detailed project handover documentation and handover to site team. Requirements:Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering from a reputed institute.3-5 Years minimum experience in manufacturing set-up.Projects/Operations/Maintenance experience.
