Role Description: <ul><li>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tax Writer specialising in Inheritance Tax to join Tolley, a leading provider of tax research. </li><li>In this role, you will contribute to the development of practical guidance, in-depth content, and AI-driven tools supporting inheritance tax, trusts, and estates. </li><li>You will collaborate with a knowledgeable and supportive team, helping shape the future direction of tax content and solutions. </li></ul> Responsibilities <ul><li>Write and update content for Tolley+ (including both deep research material and practical guidance and AI tools)</li><li>Work with Tolley’s Commissioning team on externally commissioned IHT content</li><li>Assist the Director of Content and the wider business with the strategic direction of Tolley’s Tax offering</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>CTA/ STEP qualified (or equivalent)</li><li>A good technical knowledge of IHT, Trusts, Estates and Personal Tax, both advisory and compliance</li><li>Strong English writing skills</li><li>Ability to communicate complex tax concepts in an understandable way</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Implement quality planning and controls for prototype/sample builds; manage build documentation.</li><li>Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) for inspection systems and gauges.</li><li>Analyze samples and quality issues during development; drive corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure design verification and product qualification testing prior to project Gate 5.</li><li>Perform Process Capability Studies to support Final Tool Approval (FTAR) using CTAR methodology.</li><li>Establish and maintain quality controls and documentation for production environments.</li><li>Monitor process capability and oversee corrective actions as needed.</li><li>Approve measurement and cosmetic inspection criteria.</li><li>Support internal and external audits, including customer quality system audits.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.</li><li>10+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in cable assemblies, connectors, sockets, or similar industries.</li><li>Strong leadership capability and experience in managing people leaders across cultures.</li><li>Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.</li><li>Able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Trainer of quality tools and methodologies, with experience delivering workshops or coaching teams.</li><li>Deep understanding of ISO 9001, SPC, FMEA, MSA, and 7 QC tools.</li><li>Proficient in Statistical Process Control and Design of Experiments (DOE).</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge and experience with APQP methodology and requirements.</li><li>Familiarity with Model-Based Dimensioning (MBD) and GD&amp;T standards.</li><li>Expertise in EIA-364 test procedures.</li><li>Certified Internal/External Auditor; Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.</li><li>Skilled in quality software tools such as Minitab or JMP.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, strategic planning ability, and customer focus.</li><li>Proven ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and drive results.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Sourcing supplies and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as our existing suppliers.</li><li>Implement inventory optimization strategies within in the company.</li><li>Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.</li><li>Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.</li><li>Working with legal counsel to endures that all contracts relating to product procurement contain all details of the negation.</li><li>Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.</li><li>Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.</li><li>Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing</li><li>Indirect Sourcing and Procurement</li></ul>&nbsp;Build Relationships with Suppliers: <ul><li>In order to facilitate the sourcing process, the Sourcing Specialist forms relationships with important suppliers in the industry.&nbsp;</li><li>It’s important that Sourcing Specialists maintain relationships with their suppliers in order to ensure continual improvement in sourcing.</li></ul> Negotiate Deals: <ul><li>Sourcing Specialists are responsible for negotiating deals and contracts with suppliers. They negotiate pricing, quantity, and delivery schedules.&nbsp;</li><li>Should anything change in the sourcing process, they’re responsible for renegotiating new contracts as well.</li></ul> Draft Contracts: <ul><li>The Sourcing Specialist then drafts detailed contracts to be reviewed by both their company and the supplier.&nbsp;</li><li>They work in conjunction with legal counsel to include all of the details of their negotiation. Once the contract is complete, they submit necessary paperwork and communicating contact deals with their company.</li></ul> Understand Company’s Commodities: <ul><li>In order to be an expert in the sourcing process for their company, the Sourcing Specialist must have an in-depth knowledge of their commodity industry.&nbsp;</li><li>They have to understand the ins and outs of the commodity to know how to effectively source it, and they also have to have knowledge of all key players and suppliers in the industry.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>3-4 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors’ degree in administration, logistics, supply chain or related field.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven experience in sourcing process.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft word, PowerPoint, excel and outlook.</li><li>A thorough understating of sourcing methodologies.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Sound time-management and organizational skills.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Drive year-over-year sales growth within the assigned North Italy territory</li><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans for residential HVAC OEM customers</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across customer organisations</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts</li><li>Promote sustainable and low-GWP refrigerant solutions (e.g. CO2, R290, A2L)</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams across sales, engineering, and product management</li><li>Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting</li><li>Deliver customer presentations and value-based selling approaches</li><li>Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to deal closure</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development</li><li>Experience within HVAC, refrigeration, or residential heating/cooling markets preferred</li><li>Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex sales cycles</li><li>Ability to develop and execute territory and account strategies</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to work across different cultures and manage regional accounts</li><li>Fluency in English and Italian preferred</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Execute the strategy defined by the Strategic Account Executive across assigned regional customer locations and branches.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and regional distributors within the territory.</li><li>Coordinate closely with Enterprise Account Teams to ensure effective coverage of strategic and large enterprise accounts.</li><li>Support and engage key wholesale partners and their branch networks through training, business development, and activation initiatives.</li><li>Deliver product training and technical support across distributor branches and contractor networks.</li><li>Work directly with contractors as key influencers in the sales process, ensuring they are equipped to specify and promote our solutions.</li><li>Implement channel strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share through distribution partners.</li><li>Negotiate and manage local agreements, pricing structures, and performance metrics with distributors.</li><li>Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance and identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Ensure strong alignment and communication between all stakeholders across the value chain.</li><li>Promote client full portfolio, including compressors, controls, electronics, monitoring solutions, and related technologies as part of a complete customer offering.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and account information within Salesforce CRM.</li><li>Travel extensively within the assigned territory to support customers, distributors, and contractors.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Technical qualification, degree, HNC/HND, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years experience in technical sales, application engineering, business development, or channel sales.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of HVAC/R systems, including compressors, controls, electronics, and related solutions.</li><li>Proven experience working with distributors, wholesalers, contractors, and installation partners.</li><li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a matrix organization.</li><li>Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.</li><li>Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications and Experience: <ul><li>Experience working with enterprise-level customers and complex account structures.</li><li>Previous experience within the HVAC/R, refrigeration, building services, or industrial solutions sectors.</li><li>Exposure to regional or national sales environments.</li><li>Understanding of contractor influence models and specification-driven sales processes.</li><li>Experience delivering technical product training and supporting channel partner development.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own end-to-end technical delivery of SAM Pro capabilities including enhancements, defect management, and platform optimization.</li><li>Configure, develop and maintain Service Now modules, including SAM Pro, HAM Pro, and CMDB, in alignment with business requirements.</li><li>Design and maintain integrations with SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, Cloud platforms, and procurement &amp; contract systems.</li><li>Support configuration and tuning of software normalization, reconciliation rules, and license models within SAM Pro.</li><li>Ensure integrity and quality of data across discovery, CMDB, and entitlement sources.</li><li>Develop automation for SAM use cases such as license harvesting, compliance tracking, and request fulfilment optimization.</li><li>Design and implement workflows, Flow Designer automation, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and notifications while following Service now best practices.</li><li>Maintain technical documentation, participate in platform upgrades and releases, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on platform stability, user experience and efficiency.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.</li><li>5+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on Service Now development experience.</li><li>Experience working with ServiceNow SAM Pro modules including normalization, reconciliation, and content service, is preferred.</li><li>Hands on with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, CMDB data model and platform security concepts.</li><li>Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs.</li><li>Understanding of Software Asset Management Lifecycle with exposure to discovery tools, software normalization and software reconciliation concepts.</li><li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred.</li><li>ServiceNow SAM Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication and ability to work independently as an individual contributor and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Act as Owners: Lead a project that directly connects with Suppliers and Internal Stakeholders customers every day, impacting our business’operational success and growth.</li><li>Monitor compliance with external site access request (i.e. requestor utilizing personal email address and business group emails, etc.).</li><li>Complete JIRA ticket tracking.
