Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage the recruitment process end to end</li><li>Keep an overview of our recruitment needs via regular meetings with our Hiring Managers</li><li>Verify job descriptions with the hiring manager and design interview questions that reflect the positions requirements and attract talents to the company</li><li>Determining selection criteria for the open positions, in line with the organizations-culture and strategy</li><li>Sourcing of potential candidates through different sourcing channels</li><li>Screening of potential candidates and planning interviews and assessments</li><li>Run regular updates to hiring managers</li><li>Engaging with Senior Stakeholders</li><li>Organize and lead feedback sessions and coordinate the hiring decision</li><li>Propose employment offers in line with the company guidelines</li><li>Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable</li><li>Foster long-term relationships with candidates</li><li>Designed and implemented innovative TA strategies for effective candidate sourcing</li><li>Developed strategic staffing plans aligned with business priorities</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 7 year’s experience in recruiting for manufacturing or niche hiring along with commercial hiring.</li><li>Must have experience in recruitment metrics and analytics</li><li>Able to perform as an individual contributor and be hands-on</li><li>Well versed in social media, resume databases and professional networks</li><li>Experience with headhunting for mid-level positions</li><li>Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using interview techniques</li><li>Good interpersonal and influencing skills. Has the ability to engage senior stakeholders.</li><li>Has a strong passion and desire to make a difference</li><li>Growth mindset and learning agility</li><li>Should have a recognized Masters / Bachelors degree</li><li>Proficient MS Excel</li></ul>
