Sales Executive- Food Service

Principal System Architect

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the HR function at the site to support business objectives and compliance with HR best practices.</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development.</li><li>Partner with corporate HR, Quality, EHS, and Operations to align policies, procedures, and culture-building initiatives.</li><li>Initiate and nurture a positive employee relations environment through coaching, communication, and conflict resolution.</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as cGMP and safety-related employee policies.</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including training and medical surveillance, in cooperation with the EHS Lead.</li><li>Develop, implement, and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for GMP and technical training.</li><li>Implement employee engagement strategies to nurture a culture of integrity, teamwork, and compliance.</li><li>Administer compensation and benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans</li><li>Manage payroll coordination with Finance team.</li><li>Monitor and report on key HR metrics (e.g. headcount, turnover, training compliance, absenteeism, engagement)</li><li>Lead the annual organizational review and individual development program.</li></ul> Key Stakeholders: Internal: <ul><li>Site Leadership Team (Operations, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Finance, EHS)</li><li>Corporate HR</li><li>Manufacturing and Technical Services Teams</li><li>Validation and Project Management Teams</li></ul> External: <ul><li>FDA and other regulatory agencies</li><li>Third-party auditors and certifying bodies</li><li>External HR service providers</li><li>Customers and business partners</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).</li><li>Minimum 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment and 3 years on site leadership team (pharma, biotech, or medical device strongly preferred).</li><li>Experience supporting high-growth or startup operations is highly desirable.</li></ul> Skills / Competencies: <ul><li>Strong understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and best practices.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build HR systems, processes, and policies from the ground up.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to improve HR systems and drive improved engagement and performance.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where agility and adaptability are key.</li><li>Strong leadership presence with demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and compliance culture.</li><li>Effective communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across multiple stakeholders.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Achievement of Sales and margin: <ul><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.</li></ul> Customer Relationship Management: <ul><li>Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and customers</li><li>Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.</li><li>Ensure prompt payment collection</li></ul> Sales Reporting: <ul><li>Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence.</li><li>Present findings and recommendations to management to drive informed decision-making.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.</li><li>Represent company professionally with customers and vendors while conducting business according to the values of a world class organization. Promote a culture of</li><li>inclusiveness, teamwork and cooperation that allows the Johnsonville Way to thrive and prosper throughout the organization</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum Diploma &amp; 3 years of sales experience in relevant industry preferred</li><li>Class 3 driving license and process own vehicle</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Target driven and proactive attitude</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Interfacing with key OEM and other customers</li><li>Identifying potential technology disrupters (which often requires expertise in various technologies)</li><li>Integrating customer needs, compute industry knowledge, and business insight to create compelling visions around technology and product trends that will drive the organization forward</li><li>Influencing executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to invest in new technology and products to meet the next generation needs of our customers and the market</li><li>Working within a small geographically dispersed system architecture team to share subject matter expertise and best practices</li><li>Being an industry subject matter expert, collaborating closely with external customers as well as internal business development, strategy and engineering development teams</li><li>Driving high value development projects (hardware and high-speed signaling) that will require you to lead and interface with large groups</li><li>Manage the technical cooperation with customers and coordinate TE’s internal development engineering team to assure technical and functional feasibility from the eyes of the customer.</li><li>Ensuring we are following required industry standards while also helping to drive the strategy for new standards</li></ul>&nbsp;﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Having a dual bachelor’s degree in business or MBA is a plus</li><li>12 years experience in compute and/or networking industry system design and related technologies</li><li>In-depth knowledge of hardware and associated signaling environments. Technical expertise in high-speed signaling and engineering design</li><li>Familiarity with AI, compute, networking and storage architectures.</li><li>The geographically dispersed group requires that the candidate be self-motivating with the ability to take the initiative to accomplish tasks with limited direction</li><li>Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences</li><li>Effectively able to build relationships with external customers and industry leaders as well as internally across all levels, disciplines, and geographies</li><li>Ability to spend 25%-30% of your time traveling</li><li>Must reside in the Austin, TX area</li></ul>
