The Project Manager role position holder will drive the successful performance of multiple high profile/value projects following defined methods and processes to achieve commercial and efficiency targets set by the business.</li><li>Developing relationships and maintaining a high-level of communication with cross-functional local/global teams will be critical to the role.</li><li>You will be required to act as the primary owner of each project and to report progress to a senior leadership team on a regular cadence and at specific key Milestones during each Project.</li></ul> Responsibilities: The typical activities of the position will cover:&nbsp; <ul><li>Project Scoping and Progress Reporting to Sr. Leadership through a defined Review Rhythm.</li><li>Leading Cross Functional Meetings to assess Project Progress and liaison in resolving conflicts/issues.</li><li>Risk Management and leadership of Risk Assessment activities •	Timely Escalation of issues as applicable and utilisation of project change controls.</li><li>Defining all necessary requirements for the Product(s) being developed by the project.</li><li>Managing and being accountable for a project budget, liaising with procurement to ensure timely acquisition of goods and materials.</li><li>Liaising with customers and Customers/Sales globally as applicable.</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>Strong interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple organization functions (internal and external).</li><li>Clear strategic thinker with the ability to execute on priorities.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to perform in a demanding environment.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills including at senior level Results driven.</li><li>A professional level of business acumen and good commercial understanding.</li><li>Excellent organizational, time management and administrative skills.</li><li>Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to disseminate critical information appropriately.</li><li>Project Management Professional preferred (e.g. PMP, Prince 2).</li><li>Agile Project Management experience, especially Agile/Waterfall combined projects is preferred, but not essential.</li><li>Good level of IT capability with detailed experience of Microsoft Office (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Flexibility and a willingness to travel.</li><li>Technical and commercial education/ experience related to Engineering Manufacturing in a similar industry would be beneficial.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Management <ul><li>Lead and supervise logistics and Imports/Exports teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient execution of all logistics activities.</li><li>Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence.</li></ul> Shipment and Freight Coordination <ul><li>Oversee the scheduling and coordination of inbound and outbound shipments to meet production and customer requirements.</li><li>Coordinate international shipments from all regions to Latin America, maintaining close communication with service providers to track orders and ensure service level compliance.</li></ul> Warehouse and Plant Operations <ul><li>Manage warehouse and plant logistics operations to ensure efficient material flow and optimal inventory handling.</li><li>Monitor and control distribution and logistics-related costs.</li></ul> Cross-functional Collaboration and Project Management <ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with organizational objectives.</li><li>Coordinate supply chain projects and/or lead logistics team members in managing regional initiatives within the LAR region.</li><li>Work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory authorities to ensure project objectives are achieved, including but not limited to:</li><li>New Resale Operations: Assess feasibility and support implementation, ensuring supply chain efficiency and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Transportation Mode Expansion: Evaluate alternative transportation modes (e.g., cabotage) to optimize routes and reduce costs.</li><li>Warehousing Projects: Support the establishment and management of warehouses, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient storage and distribution.</li><li>Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify logistics trends, opportunities, and potential partnerships.</li><li>Project Planning: Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring effective execution.</li><li>Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.</li><li>Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all permits, licenses, and documentation are obtained and maintained in line with regional and international regulations.</li><li>Reporting and Evaluation: Monitor project progress, report results, and evaluate business impact on logistics and supply chain operations.</li></ul> Compliance and Safety <ul><li>Manage the Imports/Exports team responsible for customs clearance, international transportation, and trade documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with external customs brokers to ensure accurate and timely submission of documentation.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with regulatory, trade, and company standards.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely information.</li><li>Promote safety by ensuring compliance with all applicable safety standards and legal requirements.</li></ul> Supplier and Service Provider Management <ul><li>Maintain regular communication with logistics suppliers and service providers.</li><li>Review supplier performance, investigate and resolve shipment-related issues, and ensure timely and reliable deliveries.</li></ul> Cost Control and Reporting <ul><li>Prepare and analyze logistics and trade-related reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.</li><li>Utilize data analytics and predictive tools to optimize logistics operations strategically.</li><li>Manage logistics process documentation and flowcharts with a focus on continuous improvement, productivity, and cost efficiency.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Solid experience in logistics and/or other supply chain functions, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of customs regulations and logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, and warehousing.</li><li>Proven experience in global logistics operations, international trade, or supply chain management.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and government authorities.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for logistics and trade management.</li><li>Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.</li><li>Professional certifications such as Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), ISO 9001, Lean Management, APICS CSCP, or PMP are desirable.</li><li>Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Handle (including prepare/review) all direct / indirect tax compliance process to ensure the timely filing of the Indian tax returns.</li><li>Handle the tax audits, assessments, appeals in India, including attending hearings.</li><li>Preparing all tax communications and correspondences to the tax offices or reviewing those prepared by the external adviser.</li><li>Implement the company global transfer pricing strategy locally and work with US Corporate on transfer pricing documentation.</li><li>Address any direct/indirect tax issues arising from operational / tax law changes and recommend solutions to the management.</li><li>Liaise with the external tax advisors for practical advices on the tax implications of non-routine transactions, such as cross-border transactions, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions etc., including negotiating with the local tax authorities and obtaining advance ruling, where applicable.</li><li>Handle the tax accounting work, including the quarterly ASC 450 and 740 assessment for the uncertain tax positions and memo preparation.</li><li>Attend to any tax related queries raised by the external auditors.</li><li>Estimation and payment of local corporate tax and withholding taxes.</li><li>To act as the contact point for the Indian tax related matters.</li><li>Involve any other ad-hoc projects, including active participation in cross functional team discussions /projects concerning tax directly/ indirectly and contributing to the optimal tax outcome based on viable business solutions.</li><li>Conduct health-checks and reviews on internal controls for the tax processes from time to time.</li><li>Conduct trainings on tax topics for cross functional teams from time to time</li><li>Independently handle GST audits and assessments</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Chartered Accountant with competencies in indirect taxes (especially GST), Indian corporate income and transfer pricing</li><li>At least 2-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in a Big 4 CPA firm or niche consultancy firms in tax advisory, assessment and litigation</li><li>Tax compliance and Tax return preparation skills</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem solving skills</li><li>Job specific competence: has accounting knowledge and has capability to research on any topic</li><li>Should be a team player, self-motivated, result driven with ability to communicate clearly and concisely with personnel from different levels and both within and outside the organization</li><li>Capable/proven decision maker, effectively bilingual (spoken and written)</li><li>Strong command of the English Language, both written and verbal communication</li><li>Good working knowledge in MS office</li></ul>
