Responsibilities: <ul><li>Primary responsibility is to develop applications which will be used by the operators/technicians in the manufacturing area globally by using .net platform.</li><li>Developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using .NET framework and related technologies.</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and design and implement software solutions.</li><li>Maintain the existing applications and fix issues and explain the user about the timelines in resolving the issues.</li><li>Troubleshooting and debugging software issues, and providing timely resolutions.</li><li>Collaborating with peers to support/design the best solution possible.</li><li>Ensure error-free coding that adheres to best coding practices.</li><li>Implement best practices and methodologies for security, quality, and development approach.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Client is looking for a Full Stack Developers with 5 - 10years of experience in .net technology.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with US- based teams.</li><li>5+ years of recent hands-on experience developing ASP.NET Core and ASP.NET MVC applications.</li><li>Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOPs) concepts and software design principles.</li><li>Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and development methodologies.</li><li>Hands-on experience in database design, architecture, and integration.</li><li>Proficient with: WebAPI, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript,jQuery, Ajax</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Knowledge in OSI Soft PI tools. - PIMS good to have</li><li>Basic SAP knowledge.</li><li>VB.net windows applications.</li><li>Blazor (server-side and/or WebAssembly) — experience building component-based UIs with Blazor</li><li>AngularJS — experience maintaining or migrating AngularJS single-page applications,VB.NET</li><li>Experience working with modern web technologies and frameworks; ability to evaluate and adopt appropriate tools for project needs.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Create and implement interactive, user-friendly, and visually appealing user interfaces (UIs) for web applications.</li><li>Develop robust front-end architectures, write high-quality code, and perform code reviews to maintain standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure applications are fast, responsive, and scalable across various devices and platforms by optimizing loading times and performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Research, evaluate, and adopt new front-end technologies and frameworks (Angular, React) to keep products at the groundbreaking.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with our team to create user-friendly web3 applications.</li><li>Develop responsive and intuitive UIs with React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.</li><li>Work with WAGMI, Viem to interact with smart contracts.</li><li>Work with Redux and/or MobX for smooth state management.</li><li>Work with REST APIs and GraphQL for backend communication.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proven experience as a senior frontend engineer, with a track record of delivering high-quality web applications.</li><li>Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript languages.</li><li>Expertise in frontend frameworks: Angular and/or React.</li><li>Hands-on experience with RxJS library and state management systems: NGRX, NGXS.</li><li>Experience in writing and support unit tests (Karma, Jasmine, Spectator).</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage incoming customer orders, phone and email enquires relating to price, delivery and product selection.</li><li>Respond to customer technical enquiries with information provided from Hub TSE’s and/or Product Management.</li><li>Update key accounts with regular open order status reports.</li><li>Work closely with Industrial and Utility Sales teams as required to support the allocated customer base.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and engage with relevant team members to close opportunities.</li><li>Help clients identify additional needs from our product portfolio.</li><li>Review the Daily Booking Reports – Commercial and Scheduling and check for order entry accuracy and highlight delivery concerns to Logistics.</li><li>Attend to customer queries on outstanding orders. For Key Account Customers (KAC), proactively feedback rescheduled delivery information to the customer as advised by the Supply Department.</li><li>Provide accurate information in a timely manner to Logistics, Stores and Production to enable despatch to meet customer request.</li><li>Complete paperwork interfacing with other Departments, - requests for credit and customer returns. Ensure approval by the appropriate level as defined in the DOA.</li><li>Attend the meetings chaired by the Supply Chain Manager &amp; Sales Manager for updates on sales performance and Key Account Customer sales strategy. Be prepared to discuss any issues affecting the customer service function.</li><li>Undertake other duties as required from time to time by the Sales Operations Manager</li><li>Provide input on key accounts directly to the Supply Chain Manager as part of the Sales and Operations planning process.</li><li>Be involved in continuous improvement programmes that are aimed at achieving excellence in customer service.</li><li>Follow all company internal procedures and policies.</li><li>At all times act in the best interest of both internal and external customers.</li><li>Support CSS other team members as required.</li><li>Ensure all relevant sales documentation is filed accurately to align with company CRD Order Management Policy.</li><li>Ensure customer returns (RMA’s) are managed from initial enquiry through to credit issue.</li><li>Ensure adequate notice of absence is provided to allow coverage of the role.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Secondary Education Level.</li><li>High proficiency with SAP Microsoft &amp; MRP applications</li><li>Ability to organise self and manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Previous Customer Service / Sales experience essential.</li><li>The ability to adapt to different types of customers</li><li>Manage high workload with quick accurate responses to customer inquiries</li><li>Be able to communicate confidently and effectively.</li><li>Work as part of a close Customer Service team to provide an Exceptional Customer Experience</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Contributing to the planning, estimation, and refinement of stories, epics, and design changes as part of an Agile Scrum team</li><li>Building out test plans to cover new areas of functionality, ensuring all necessary testing is performed</li><li>Refining acceptance criteria into testable units and converting those into automated tests that execute efficiently and reliably</li><li>Integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and ensuring successful automation as part of our standard build process</li><li>Occasional manual testing when automation is not an option</li><li>Reporting, reproducing, and helping development resolve defects – emphasis on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and prevention of similar issues in the future</li><li>Monitoring our results and driving continuous improvement through process changes</li><li>Mentoring and coaching junior engineers</li><li>Contributing to design/code reviews for product and test code</li><li>Advocating test automation and coaching the team on best practices</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>8+ years of experience as a SDET (or similar role) working across the full tech stack</li><li>Engineering / Computer science degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Extensive experience test planning and breaking down stories/requirements into testable units</li><li>Expertise in significant test automation work, validating both back-end and front-end interfaces in at least one object-oriented language, including:</li><li>Extensive experience automating business logic in the services layer (RESTful API, SDK, or CLI, as appropriate)</li><li>Proficiency in validating contract, functionality, correctness, and performance of REST API endpoints</li><li>Clear understanding of how to manage risk through negative testing, boundary/limits testing, load/soak testing, and other test aspects as appropriate, including system integration, performance/scale, security</li><li>Solid programming skills and experience automating in Java or similar</li><li>Experience in validation of UI-functionality and rendering, End-to-End testing, and UAT scenarios</li><li>Experience with Cypress or knowledge of Protractor/Selenium</li><li>Knowledge of Web Browsers, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, JSON, XML, integration with APIs, web servers</li><li>Great knowledge of testing design patterns - for example, the Page Object Model</li><li>Experience delivering testing in Agile projects with continuous testing model</li><li>2+ years of experience as a technical leader of test projects and test teams</li><li>Database familiarity (types, schemas, SQL queries, basic operations) and ability to incorporate database-side validation into automated tests</li><li>Experience with multithreading, concurrency, SaaS, and multi-tenant architectures</li><li>Proven ability to integrate with and automate using third party APIs (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Amazon etc)</li></ul>
