Role Description: <ul><li>The Director, People &amp; Culture is responsible for leading the People &amp; Culture function across Tanzania hospitality properties, including Mount Kilimanjaro Safari Club, Arumeru River Lodge and Emerson Zanzibar.</li><li>The role is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of People &amp; Culture strategies, initiatives and operational support that enable exceptional employee and guest experiences while supporting the achievement of business objectives.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning &amp; Onboarding&nbsp;-Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities across Mount Kilimanjaro Safari Club, Arumeru River Lodge and Emerson Zanzibar, ensuring the business attracts, selects and retains high-quality talent capable of delivering exceptional guest and employee experiences.</li></ul> <ul><li>Employee Relations, Investigations &amp; Case Management -Lead the management of employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary processes, investigations, workplace conflict, performance concerns, misconduct cases and attendance management across the Tanzania hospitality properties.</li></ul> <ul><li>Leadership Partnership &amp; People Advisory&nbsp;- Act as the primary People &amp; Culture advisor to Operation Leaders, departmental leaders and managers, providing practical guidance on employee management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations and leadership development.</li></ul> <ul><li>Employee Engagement, Culture &amp; Employee Experience&nbsp;-Lead the implementation of employee engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, improve the employee experience and reinforce our client values and expected behaviours across the Tanzania hospitality properties</li></ul> <ul><li>Performance Management, Goal Setting &amp; STIP&nbsp;- Lead performance management processes across Mount Kilimanjaro Safari Club, Arumeru River Lodge and Emerson Zanzibar, including objective setting, probation reviews, performance evaluations, development planning, performance improvement initiatives and the administration of the Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP).</li></ul> <ul><li>HR Operations &amp; Employee Lifecycle Management&nbsp;- Lead the effective management of employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, confirmations, promotions, transfers, remuneration changes, employee records management, employee relations administration and exits across the Tanzania hospitality properties.</li></ul> <ul><li>Talent Reviews, Succession Planning &amp; Leadership Development&nbsp;- Lead talent review and succession planning processes across the Tanzania hospitality properties, identifying high-potential employees, critical roles and development opportunities that strengthen organizational capability and leadership continuity.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Strong knowledge of strategic Human Resources management practices.</li><li>Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, workforce planning and organizational development.</li><li>Experience leading employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary processes and conflict resolution.</li><li>Strong knowledge of performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development.</li><li>Understanding of Tanzanian labour legislation and employment practices.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management, coaching and influencing capability.</li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving capability.&nbsp;</li></ul> Qualification &amp; Job Experience <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Hospitality Management or a related field.</li><li>Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or Organizational Development is an added advantage.</li><li>Professional Human Resources qualification (CHRP, CIPD, SHRM or equivalent).</li><li>Minimum of 10 years progressive Human Resources experience.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership or Business Partner capacity.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Select the desired employees and develop, implement, and monitor the programs and processes used in recruitment and selection.&nbsp;</li><li>They source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external and/or internal candidates to staff open requisitions.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize the services of employment agencies and/or place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the intranet, Internet, and print media.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system and ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and culture.</li><li>Manage end-to-end hiring process: Source, resume screen, phone screen, schedule interviews, Offer documentation and onboarding</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 6+ years of experience required for this role.</li><li>Should possess expert knowledge and innovative skills to source and attract active &amp; passive talent from different sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals and local outreach to identify potential candidates</li><li>Communication and Stakeholder management is key to be successful in this role as you work with global stakeholders and matrix organization</li><li>Good understanding of the engineering manufacturing industries in the local market, able to map talents, develop business intelligence for sourcing strategies and techniques</li></ul> Qualification <ul><li>Experience in handling end-to-end Talent Attraction Process [Source to Onboard]</li><li>Be able to develop Recruiting Strategies basis the skill demand and complexities</li><li>Expert knowledge and Hands-on in preparing market research, Market/Talent mapping using various tools such as Talent Neuron, Draup, LinkedIn Talent Insight</li><li>Data driven: able to analyse, slice &amp; dice data, develop insights from data and be able to make decisions to drive hiring strategies</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Regional Sales Management Key Activities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Comprehensive understanding of customer’s market dynamic, regulatory environment, channel structure, segment trends, competitive environment and decision making network in Latin America.</li><li>Develop relationships with customers, prospects and participate in key customer meetings with Regional Sales team.</li><li>Identify and penetrate white-space markets where Our client has limited or no presence, creating a country-by-country access strategy for priority accounts, channels, and decision makers.</li><li>Generate new business and manage the full sales activity to maximize sales opportunities.</li><li>Engage with key accounts and maintain effective customer relationships.</li><li>Provide insights and updates on customers, prospects, market access barriers, competitor positioning, pricing and regional growth opportunities .</li></ul> Sales Planning and Market Development Key Activities: <ul><li>Promote our client value proposition and market presence in priority Latin America countries, with particular focus on underpenetrated and high-potential white-space markets.</li><li>Promote and sell our client solutions by establishing key contracts and developing relationships with target customers.</li><li>Build and maintain a regional stakeholder map covering manufacturers, converters, distributors, tobacco/nicotine industry contacts, packaging players, agents, and other relevant commercial stakeholders.</li><li>Generate new enquiries from existing customers, prospecting of new customers.</li><li>Identify and create new opportunities and pipelines to deliver growth in revenue and profitability.</li><li>Conduct customer preparation and market segmentation matrix</li><li>Perform market trend analysis and competitor activity in the region</li><li>Present relevant products and participate in regional sales meetings</li><li>Translate informal market signals into commercial strategies, including demand capture, customer education, channel selection</li></ul> Performance Management Key Activities: <ul><li>Monitor performance against the annual plan, pipeline targets, opportunity conversion and white space market entry and penetration through salesforce.</li><li>Monthly customers performance progress tracking against monthly forecast and budget&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with customers to provide forecast and demand.</li><li>Create and execute actions to address underperformance and stimulate sales activity.</li><li>Identify underperformance root causes by country, account, channel, pricing, access, supply, or competitive factor, and execute corrective actions.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Existing commercial network in Latin America, ideally including tobacco manufacturers, packaging/converting companies, distributors, agents, or related industry stakeholders.</li><li>Experience in tobacco, nicotine, or adjacent regulated industries is strongly preferred. Candidates from tobacco leaf, cigarette manufacturing, filters, packaging, paper, machinery, distribution, or trade-marketing environments may be particularly relevant.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, or Marketing).</li><li>10 years of industrial B2B technical sales experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.</li><li>Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a strong advantage.</li><li>Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Willing to travel frequently.</li><li>Strong understanding of sales, supply chain, and customer service processes.</li><li>Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for business growth.</li><li>Comfortable operating in ambiguous markets where reliable data may be limited and where success depends on local intelligence, trusted relationships, persistence, and disciplined qualification.</li></ul>
