Making data driven decisions about the product functionality and areas for improvement.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience&nbsp;</li><li>5+ years of relevant work experience in electrical design, RF design, or PCB design&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient with signal integrity analysis tools (Agilent ADS, Ansys HFSS, CST, or equivalent tools)&nbsp;</li><li>A solid understanding of electromagnetic theory and electrical circuit behavior&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical capabilities to interpret simulation and lab data to identify issues and provide solutions to fix identified problem.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with printed circuit board design, fabrication and assembly.&nbsp;</li><li>Fluent in English (both verbal and written) to facilitate global communication both internally and with external customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in a global environment – able to accommodate varying time zones and capable of collaborating with individuals across geographies.&nbsp;</li><li>Individual must be highly motivated, a quick learner, and able to work independently&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage competitive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.</li><li>Develop and implement comprehensive HR harmonization strategy that align HR practices, policies, and procedures across organizations.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct pre-M&amp;A due-diligence on HR related matters, including employee contracts, compensation, benefits, and compliance issues, and identify potential risks and liabilities.</li><li>Oversee and manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other benefits that support employee well-being.</li><li>Conduct regular market analysis to ensure compensation, benefits, and HR Policies are competitive and aligned with industry benchmarks.</li><li>Develop clear communication strategies pertaining to compensation and benefits programs and associated policies.</li><li>Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs comply with legal requirements and industry standards.</li><li>Manage relationships with external compensation and benefits providers/consultants, develop required scope of work, and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.</li><li>Analyze compensation and benefits data to monitor trends and make recommendations for program improvements.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to Personnel Dept. and HR Business Partners regarding compensation, benefits, and policies addressing any concerns or questions.</li><li>Review and develop revisions for compensation, benefits, and HR policies to reflect any required legal changes</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations on compensation, benefits, and HR policy metrics for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a closely related discipline or a combination of disciplines from a recognized and approved program.</li><li>MBA and/or Master’s degree is preferred in related fields.</li><li>At least five years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, preferably in a corporate environment with experience in HR Due diligence analysis associated with pre/post mergers and acquisitions is preferred.</li></ul>
