Role Description: <ul><li>The Quality Associate I, Operations is responsible for actively participating in “on the floor” Quality activities during product manufacturing and/or packaging. Quality activities include product sampling and inspection, area clearance to confirm process readiness, non-conforming event support to resolve in-process issues, and process validation and qualification activities.</li><li>Communicates to multiple departments and supervision to provide timely process and issue updates.&nbsp;</li><li>Identifies and escalates issues or problems to appropriate supervision.</li><li>Participates as a team member on cross-functional teams. Participates in reviews and structured processes for continuous improvement</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Performs physical inspection of in-process and finished product samples as assigned and according to the production schedule.</li><li>Collects samples from manufacturing and packaging according to the defined Batch Production Record and procedure requirements.</li><li>Is competent in all relevant processes (weighing, compounding, mixing, packaging, granulation, compression, coating, Liquids Mfg. and Batch Transfer, Creams &amp; Ointments Mfg. and Batch Transfer, Packaging, etc.) Follows internal processes related to controlled substances.</li><li>Performs GMP-related verifications including area, equipment and line clearances, cleaning, room inspection, material verification, etc. according to procedures</li><li>Actively participates in process validation and equipment qualification activities.</li><li>May execute computer data entries in SAP, Leucine, LIMS, and department databases.</li><li>Sampling and inspection of raw materials, packaging components, in-process, bulk, and finished drug product during manufacturing and packaging operations of commercial and non-commercial processes.</li><li>Performs manufacturing/packaging stage reviews of batch records.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent with 4-7 years’ relevant experience OR</li><li>AA/AS degree with 3-6 years’ relevant experience OR</li><li>BA/BS degree with 2 -5 years’ relevant experienceRelated discipline and certification in assigned area a plus.</li><li>Experience with statistical sampling methods a plus.</li></ul> Knowledge &amp; Skills <ul><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Strong documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret SOPs and function within the scope of procedures.</li><li>Proficiency with basic math skills and basic experience with computers and software applications required.</li><li>Ability to learn new processes and procedures.</li><li>Able to communicate effectively with other departments, management and operational personnel.</li><li>Customer/Stakeholder focused (understands impact of daily work to compliance and overall business).</li><li>Proof-reading skills; ability to identify errors.</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend documentation and requirements set forth in Batch Production Records (BPRs).</li><li>Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is a bonus.</li><li>Ability to work overtime as needed, including occasional weekend shifts.</li></ul> Physical Requirements <ul><li>Lift 15 lbs.</li><li>Walk across plant/warehouse.</li><li>Wear appropriate gowning as required.</li><li>Ability to read for extended periods of time.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Data Engineering &amp; Platform Development: <ul><li>Design, build and optimise enterprise data platforms using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Factory, Warehouse and Real-Time Analytics).</li><li>Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines supporting both batch and real-time data processing.</li><li>Optimise data storage, transformation and query performance across enterprise platforms.</li><li>Build reusable semantic models and scalable data products supporting enterprise analytics.</li></ul> Business Intelligence &amp; Analytics: <ul><li>Develop enterprise reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI, Power Query, SQL and DAX.</li><li>Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical data solutions.</li><li>Enable self-service analytics while maintaining strong governance and platform performance.</li><li>Leverage Python where required for advanced analytics and data manipulation.</li></ul> Data Architecture &amp; Governance: <ul><li>Design scalable enterprise data models using modern architecture principles.</li><li>Drive enterprise-wide data governance, master data management, and data quality initiatives.</li><li>Implement data lineage, cataloguing, security, and regulatory compliance standards.</li><li>Establish best practices around data standards, access control, and governance.</li></ul> Technical Leadership: <ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of BI Developers and Data Engineers while remaining hands-on.</li><li>Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise data solutions from design through deployment and optimisation.</li><li>Conduct technical reviews and establish engineering best practices.</li><li>Collaborate closely with IT, Manufacturing, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.</li></ul> Requiremnents: <ul><li>8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Enterprise Data Platforms or Business Intelligence.</li><li>Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric (mandatory).</li><li>Proven experience working with SAP CDS Views, ideally within SAP S/4HANA environments (mandatory).</li><li>Experience integrating SAP with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and other enterprise applications.</li><li>Strong manufacturing industry experience.</li><li>Advanced SQL, data modelling, and Power BI expertise.</li><li>Experience with Azure-based data platforms and modern Data Engineering practices.</li><li>Experience leading technical teams while remaining actively involved in solution design and development.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Act as the focal point of contact for technical resolutions while managing the incident, problem and knowledge management processes for the applications in scope.</li><li>Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issues.</li><li>Manage 3rd party product vendors and integration partners to ensure application code fix deliveries are timely and good quality.</li><li>Design appropriate metrics for reporting on key performance and quality indicators.</li><li>Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization.</li><li>Work with production support team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing.</li><li>Work with business stakeholders to manage and prioritize the overall book of work in terms of problem remediation.</li><li>Contribute to improvement initiatives relating to methods, tools, people,architecture, project management and governance.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar domain; Additional professional/technical qualifications will be advantageous.</li><li>At least 6 years’ experience in relevant Banking applications / Information Technology.</li><li>Proficient in IBM AS400 platform, RPG, COBOL, CL programming.</li><li>Good understanding and experience in of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or AGILE.</li><li>Well-versed in service management or production support’s process flow and cycle.</li><li>Experience leading a small team and providing guidance to junior developers.</li><li>Knowledge of Silverlake’s banking software suite is an added advantage.</li></ul>

Monitors supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost).</li><li>Materials: Coordinates activities around source selection, specification creation and price negotiation with appropriate team members.</li><li>Executes commercialization (transition) materials plan).</li><li>Manages materials change control process. Meets cost objectives and resolves quality issues. Generates and publishes Key Process Indicators. Tracks total landed costs targets.</li><li>Works with engineering to identify preliminary critical parts, long-lead parts and inspection requirements. Assists in developing supplier and commodity road maps to engineering. Utilizes value analysis on build-to-print components in support of Should Cost analysis.</li><li>Actively mediates and partners with quality and engineering teams to resolve supplier quality issues for assigned product groups. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data and streamline reporting processes.</li><li>Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the general accounting function, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals and risk management strategies.</li><li>Develop ad-hoc reports and support special projects, such as financial data analysis and process improvements.</li><li>Lead the annual budgeting of SGA and COS departments costs and help providing insightful data for an accurate forecast.</li><li>Provide support on Annual Statutory Audit of the financial statements, as well as support for tax and transfer price documentation.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, Business Administration or a related field</li><li>4 - 7 years of relevant experience with general accounting.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate reports.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Familiarity with financial software and Oracle, Hyperion</li><li>Solid regional accounting knowledge (i.e., US GAAP and IFRS)</li><li>Fluency in English both spoken and written, is required.</li><li>Preferred qualifications and experience:</li><li>Master’s degree in a relevant field or Chartered Accountant designation</li></ul>
