Role Description: <ul><li>Follow demand and capacity analysis, production control, and inventory control of main projects to meet the production, delivery demand, and cost, schedule requirements within the managers direction.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Production control&nbsp; <ul><li>Review resource allocation weekly and production plan monthly and monitor daily output.</li><li>Oversee material supply and ensure smooth production and avoid downtime</li></ul> Delivery performance <ul><li>Review the backlog and analyze the root cause of past due orders; oversee abnormal production status.</li><li>Prepare the related material and initiate the meeting to facilitate the department responsible for solving the issues.</li><li>Communicate with the sales office or other client entities in solving order change issues.</li></ul> Inventory control&nbsp; <ul><li>Checking and analyzing the inventory of raw material, components, and finished goods based on MPS.</li><li>Update MRP to component planner &amp; suppliers</li><li>Review the open purchasing affiliates order and take necessary action. (pull in, pull out, or cancellation); and update the new schedule of open purchasing orders to suppliers and deal with demand/capacity or current production/quality status to ensure smooth production and cost effectiveness.</li></ul> NG(no good) inventory clearance <ul><li>Follow up on block inventory and push owners to solve issues</li><li>Follow RMA closely on time</li></ul> LT reduction&nbsp; <ul><li>Capacity and demand analysis to ensure the LT will be reduced gradually.</li><li>Ensure the LT in SAP is accurate and stable.</li></ul> PO management <ul><li>Create and release PO based on aligned MPS</li><li>Communicate with the operation to ensure PO can be managed timely and accurate manner.</li></ul> Demand &amp; Capacity Analysis <ul><li>Communicate with customers and the global demand team.</li><li>Evaluate demand and capacity status from IBP.</li><li>Review the existing, new project, and migration project schedule to conduct effective control on demand and capacity and ensure resources can be available just in time.</li></ul> MPS (Master Production Schedule) &amp; MRP (Material Requirement Planning)&nbsp; <ul><li>Make MPS based on demand, capacity, stock policy, and material supply status.</li><li>Arrange incoming material and production based on MPS EHS</li><li>Attend EHS training, familiar with the companys emergency response plan.</li><li>Actively participate in and complete the department EHS target.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree.</li><li>5+ years of planning and working experience in electronics.</li></ul> Key Competencies&nbsp; <ul><li>Good Computer/office software skills, familiar with SAP, strong data processing and analysis.</li><li>Communication skills.</li><li>Open-minded.</li><li>Pressure management skills.</li><li>Teamwork.</li><li>Agility in handling emergencies and deadlines.</li><li>Patience.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>The overall responsibility for taxes of each individual investment generally stays with the Management and its local tax advisors.</li><li>Thus, you will act as an in-house advisor helping the various investment to manage their tax affairs.</li><li>In the beginning you can focus on a few major investments and develop and extend the scope over time</li><li>Responsibilities span the whole lifetime of the investment.</li><li>It starts with the acquisition and ends with the exit readiness of the investment. Thus, you can especially</li><li>Help to set up the tax function of new investments or improve the tax function of existing investments;&nbsp;</li><li>Implement your ideas to improve compliance or tax efficiency during the entire holding period;&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare the exit from a tax perspective.</li></ul> Specific tasks will include:&nbsp; <ul><li>Engage with the our client Deal Tax Team during the acquisition process to align on deal structure, tax risks, SPA, and other pre-closing topics&nbsp;</li><li>Align with the Portfolio Company management team on relevant Company and our client group related tax topics after completion</li><li>Support the Portfolio Company management team on engaging a local tax advisor or onboard an own tax function if necessary</li><li>Ensure that tax obligations are clearly defined, and responsibilities are allocated accordingly at the Portfolio Company</li><li>Guide the Portfolio Companies on how to ensure compliance with tax obligations (Tax returns and filings, transfer pricing, sales tax, WHT exemption certificates, CbC reporting) and address any non-compliance issues and advise portfolio management accordingly on remediation measures&nbsp;</li><li>Supporting the operational implementation of Pillar II across our client Portfolio Companies together with the our client tax team</li><li>Help on the optimisation of Portfolio Company tax processes and procedures</li><li>Evaluate the current Portfolio Company tax structure and recommend any changes or planning ideas that will optimize the structure</li><li>Assist in international tax planning initiatives across Portfolio Companies&nbsp;</li><li>Perform tax-risk assessment 12-months prior to anticipated exit&nbsp;</li><li>On occasion, assist with our client Group compliance Tax in the US</li><li>On occasion, assist with M&amp;A tax and deal structuring in regard to the US</li><li>Act as contact person for Portfolio Company management if they need further support or advice on tax related topics&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Accounting/Finance, or any related business is required</li><li>Advanced degree or professional certifications such as MBA, Master’s in Taxation, or CPA preferred</li><li>At least 8 years relevant tax experience; ideally within the tax department of an international enterprise or in a Tax Consulting firm</li><li>Experience of a broad range of US international tax rules and provisions, including Subpart F, GILTI, FTC, PFICs, WHT, FDII, LoB, FIRPTA, PTI and BEAT</li><li>In-depth knowledge of international corporate tax law and good knowledge in at least one other tax areas (transfer pricing, sales tax CbCR, Pillar 2,….)</li><li>Analytical / strategical thinking, result-oriented personality, highly developed sense of responsibility and strong teamwork</li><li>Practical, hands-on mentality</li><li>Fluent in English, further language skills welcome.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Technical communication to customer, confirm customer application and technical requirement.</li><li>Translate customer’s requirement into engineering specification and provide new product design solution in time.</li><li>Responsible for part list/BOM building, 3D models and 2D drawings, GD&amp;T, product specifications, application specifications, DFMEA, DVPR, SC/CC list etc.</li><li>Lead the design review for compliance with engineering principles, high voltage standards, customer contract requirements, verification and related specifications.</li><li>Lead design review with cross functional teams to confirm the manufacturing and quality control feasibility.</li><li>Leads DV/PV test, responsible for resolving product design and test problems.</li><li>Responsible for FAI review, work with project team to release product in time.</li><li>Interacts with customers, vendors, marketing and sales personnel, and other engineering areas during the pre-production stages of new products.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor level degree majored in Engineering, or above;</li><li>More than 5 years mechanical design experience in Automotive industry. Independently new product development experience is plus.</li><li>Knowledge of connector fundamentals, capable of connector component design,&nbsp;</li><li>Familiar with GD&amp;T, mechanics of plastic/metal materials, and basic knowledge in injection molding, stamping.</li><li>Familiar with automotive product development, automotive products development process like APQP and PPAP.</li><li>Skilled in at least one 3D Software: Creo or Pro/E or Catia or UG. Mastery of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.</li><li>Proficient in writing and reading English. Good Oral English is plus.</li><li>Good communication skills, High team work spirit and team work experience, ability to work with multicultural engineering teams and cross functional environments.</li><li>Effective problem solving skills, to be innovative, willingness/ability to deal with multiple product and assigned tasks.</li></ul>

UL and IEC.</li><li>Familiar with GD&amp;T, tolerance analysis, mechanics of plastic/metal materials, and basic knowledge in injection molding, stamping. Skilled in at least one 3D Software: Creo, Pro/E, Catia, UG or SolidWorks.&nbsp;</li><li>Skilled of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT.</li><li>Proficient in writing and reading English.
