Role Description: <ul><li>The above position has been created to lead a team of Mechanical Designers, Electrical Automation Engineers in the Operations team to define the process and build them with Maintenance and Facility responsibility of the Plant</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for achieving the Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery parameters of all the Value Streams with the help of respective Value Stream Leader.</li><li>Responsible to achieve the TPM(Total Productive Maintenance) KPI of Maintenance sections (Machines and Testers).</li><li>Ensure implementation and effective usage of all the relevant Lean Tools (Our client Tools) in the Value Streams and Maintenance.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure the accuracy of the WIP Stock with continued reduction as per Lean principles.</li><li>YOY Productivity improvement for the Operations through Cost Saving Projects, Efficiency improvement, Operational Material Savings.</li><li>Should be able to scale up the teams competencies to meet the requirements of the new product and processes.</li><li>Should be able to demonstrate Mental and Change agility to deal with technology shift as required for New product introduction.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>B.E, Diploma (Mechanical, Production) </li><li>Master’s in business administration would be an added advantage&nbsp;</li><li>12-15 years total experience, with hands on experience in the Manufacturing department of a Mass production unit (Automotive, EMS</li><li>At least 4-5 years experience of leading the operations function in Molding/Headers/Connectors manufacturing.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>Follow demand and capacity analysis, production control, and inventory control of main projects to meet the production, delivery demand, and cost, schedule requirements within the managers direction.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Production control&nbsp; <ul><li>Review resource allocation weekly and production plan monthly and monitor daily output.</li><li>Oversee material supply and ensure smooth production and avoid downtime</li></ul> Delivery performance <ul><li>Review the backlog and analyze the root cause of past due orders; oversee abnormal production status.</li><li>Prepare the related material and initiate the meeting to facilitate the department responsible for solving the issues.</li><li>Communicate with the sales office or other client entities in solving order change issues.</li></ul> Inventory control&nbsp; <ul><li>Checking and analyzing the inventory of raw material, components, and finished goods based on MPS.</li><li>Update MRP to component planner &amp; suppliers</li><li>Review the open purchasing affiliates order and take necessary action. (pull in, pull out, or cancellation); and update the new schedule of open purchasing orders to suppliers and deal with demand/capacity or current production/quality status to ensure smooth production and cost effectiveness.</li></ul> NG(no good) inventory clearance <ul><li>Follow up on block inventory and push owners to solve issues</li><li>Follow RMA closely on time</li></ul> LT reduction&nbsp; <ul><li>Capacity and demand analysis to ensure the LT will be reduced gradually.</li><li>Ensure the LT in SAP is accurate and stable.</li></ul> PO management <ul><li>Create and release PO based on aligned MPS</li><li>Communicate with the operation to ensure PO can be managed timely and accurate manner.</li></ul> Demand &amp; Capacity Analysis <ul><li>Communicate with customers and the global demand team.</li><li>Evaluate demand and capacity status from IBP.</li><li>Review the existing, new project, and migration project schedule to conduct effective control on demand and capacity and ensure resources can be available just in time.</li></ul> MPS (Master Production Schedule) &amp; MRP (Material Requirement Planning)&nbsp; <ul><li>Make MPS based on demand, capacity, stock policy, and material supply status.</li><li>Arrange incoming material and production based on MPS EHS</li><li>Attend EHS training, familiar with the companys emergency response plan.</li><li>Actively participate in and complete the department EHS target.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree.</li><li>5+ years of planning and working experience in electronics.</li></ul> Key Competencies&nbsp; <ul><li>Good Computer/office software skills, familiar with SAP, strong data processing and analysis.</li><li>Communication skills.</li><li>Open-minded.</li><li>Pressure management skills.</li><li>Teamwork.</li><li>Agility in handling emergencies and deadlines.</li><li>Patience.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>The overall responsibility for taxes of each individual investment generally stays with the Management and its local tax advisors.</li><li>Thus, you will act as an in-house advisor helping the various investment to manage their tax affairs.</li><li>In the beginning you can focus on a few major investments and develop and extend the scope over time</li><li>Responsibilities span the whole lifetime of the investment.</li><li>It starts with the acquisition and ends with the exit readiness of the investment. The RoleAs the Managing Director of Zambia, you will develop and implement the Company strategy in line with the overall Logistics SSA and Bulk &amp; Corridors strategy.&nbsp;The role will be instrumental in growing our existing offering within an end-to-end supply chain by setting and achieving key objectives while ensuring the safety and well-being of employees. This role will be responsible for the leadership, strategic alignment, client fulfilment, efficient, profitable, sustainable operation and commercial coordination within our clients Logistics portfolio in SSA. The role will directly contribute towards the SSA Logistics revenue and appropriate financial targets. The role links and provides client solutions leveraging all our clients capabilities in the region, and is expected to drive strategic growth, innovation, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with global best practices and sustainability principles. Key Responsibilities1.	Formulate strategies aligned to our clients Bulk &amp; Corridors strategies and KPI’s priorities2.	Set strategic direction for Zambia and associated capabilities and cascade strategic priorities into the Business Units in Zambia.3.
