They negotiate pricing, quantity, and delivery schedules.&nbsp;</li><li>Should anything change in the sourcing process, they’re responsible for renegotiating new contracts as well.</li></ul> Draft Contracts: <ul><li>The Sourcing Specialist then drafts detailed contracts to be reviewed by both their company and the supplier.&nbsp;</li><li>They work in conjunction with legal counsel to include all of the details of their negotiation. Role Description: <ul><li>We are seeking an experienced Lead Quality Automation Engineer to join our growing Quality Engineering practice in Leeds.&nbsp;</li><li>This role is suited to a highly technical Quality Engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges while working directly with clients across multiple industries.&nbsp;</li><li>You will play a key role in designing automation solutions, driving engineering best practices, mentoring team members, and helping organisations modernise their quality engineering capabilities.&nbsp;</li><li>As a Lead Quality Automation Engineer, you will remain hands-on with automation development while providing technical leadership across delivery teams.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Design, develop and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for enterprise applications.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Deliver high-quality automation solutions using modern testing tools and object-oriented programming languages.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Work collaboratively with software engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Champion Shift-Left Quality Engineering practices by embedding testing early in the development process.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Analyse application source code to identify defects, improve test coverage, and support overall software quality.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to enable efficient automated testing.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Apply AI-assisted engineering tools and Generative AI technologies to improve testing efficiency and engineering productivity.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support clients in adopting modern Quality Engineering practices and continuous improvement initiatives.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and engineering governance activities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proven experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation within enterprise environments.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong programming experience in one or more object-oriented languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Good understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) principles.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working with AI productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Shift-Left Testing methodologies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work directly with clients.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications&nbsp; <ul><li>Commercial experience implementing Generative AI solutions within Quality Engineering.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working within consulting or professional services organisations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Exposure to both public and private sector projects.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Personal Attributes&nbsp; The successful candidate will demonstrate:&nbsp; <ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Adaptability in fast-paced consulting environments.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>A continuous learning mindset with evidence of ongoing professional development.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>A collaborative approach with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Working Arrangement&nbsp; <ul><li>This role follows a hybrid working model with an expectation of approximately two to three days per week onsite, depending on client requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Some travel to client locations may be required.&nbsp;</li></ul> Security Requirements&nbsp; <ul><li>Candidates must either hold Security Clearance (SC) or be eligible to obtain SC Clearance in accordance with UK Government requirements.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Data Engineering &amp; Platform Development: <ul><li>Design, build and optimise enterprise data platforms using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Factory, Warehouse and Real-Time Analytics).</li><li>Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines supporting both batch and real-time data processing.</li><li>Optimise data storage, transformation and query performance across enterprise platforms.</li><li>Build reusable semantic models and scalable data products supporting enterprise analytics.</li></ul> Business Intelligence &amp; Analytics: <ul><li>Develop enterprise reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI, Power Query, SQL and DAX.</li><li>Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical data solutions.</li><li>Enable self-service analytics while maintaining strong governance and platform performance.</li><li>Leverage Python where required for advanced analytics and data manipulation.</li></ul> Data Architecture &amp; Governance: <ul><li>Design scalable enterprise data models using modern architecture principles.</li><li>Drive enterprise-wide data governance, master data management, and data quality initiatives.</li><li>Implement data lineage, cataloguing, security, and regulatory compliance standards.</li><li>Establish best practices around data standards, access control, and governance.</li></ul> Technical Leadership: <ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of BI Developers and Data Engineers while remaining hands-on.</li><li>Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise data solutions from design through deployment and optimisation.</li><li>Conduct technical reviews and establish engineering best practices.</li><li>Collaborate closely with IT, Manufacturing, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.</li></ul> Requiremnents: <ul><li>8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Enterprise Data Platforms or Business Intelligence.</li><li>Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric (mandatory).</li><li>Proven experience working with SAP CDS Views, ideally within SAP S/4HANA environments (mandatory).</li><li>Experience integrating SAP with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and other enterprise applications.</li><li>Strong manufacturing industry experience.</li><li>Advanced SQL, data modelling, and Power BI expertise.</li><li>Experience with Azure-based data platforms and modern Data Engineering practices.</li><li>Experience leading technical teams while remaining actively involved in solution design and development.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Product Planning &amp; Category Management <ul><li>Conduct category research, competitive analysis, and product benchmarking to identify market opportunities and trends.</li><li>Support product roadmap development using market insights and field feedback.</li><li>Define product requirements and specifications aligned with customer applications and regional needs.</li></ul> Technical Evaluation &amp; Product Development Support <ul><li>Evaluate product specifications to ensure performance, reliability, and cost competitiveness.</li><li>Support sourcing, capability assessment, and technical alignment of vendors.</li><li>Lead sample evaluation, field testing, and validation for product selection.</li><li>Provide technical recommendations to cross-functional teams.</li><li>Technical Documentation &amp; Knowledge Management</li><li>Develop and maintain product specs, application guides, and technical documentation.</li><li>Create training materials for internal teams and dealers.</li><li>Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information across systems.</li></ul> Technical Support &amp; Field Enablement <ul><li>Act as the escalation point for complex product issues and provide troubleshooting support.</li><li>Conduct field validations, demonstrations, and performance assessments.</li><li>Collaborate with Service and Quality teams to resolve issues and improve products.</li></ul> Requirements: Education <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related technical discipline.</li><li>An equivalent combination of technical education and hands-on agricultural/off-highway equipment experience may be considered.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 6+ years of experience in the agricultural equipment/tractor implements industry.</li><li>Direct experience with tractor implements and attachments.</li><li>Ability to translate market needs and technical insights into product requirements and business recommendations.</li><li>Experience collaborating with Engineering, Suppliers, Quality, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong technical curiosity and ownership mindset.</li></ul>
