Masters degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 10 years in a leadership role managing end-user computing services.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of end-user hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), mobile platforms (iOS, Android), desktop virtualization technologies (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon, Windows365), collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365) and Video Conferencing technologies (Crestron, Microsoft Teams Room).</li><li>Experience with modern device management tools and methodologies (e.g., Intune, Jamf).</li><li>Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for ensuring that ML models and pipelines are deployed successfully into production</li><li>Implementation of ML features for new and existing systems</li><li>Deploy applications to AWS cloud leveraging on the full spectrum of the AWS cloud services</li><li>Automate model training, testing and deployment using CI/CD</li><li>Understand and implement metrics to verify effectiveness and soundness of the ML model</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Formal training in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, operations research, economics, computer science, mathematics)</li><li>5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, data science or related fields, with deep expertise in statistical data analysis</li><li>Experience with Python and related ML libraries (eg. Pandas, Pytorch)</li><li>Experience with database languages (e.g. SQL)</li><li>Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team of data scientists, software engineers, product managers and subject domain experts</li><li>Experience in Agile working environment</li></ul> Preferred requirements: <ul><li>Experience with AWS cloud services like AWS Textract and Comprehend is preferred</li><li>Experience with Dagster/Airflow is preferred</li><li>Experience in MLOps</li><li>Experience in delivering Natural language processing (NLP) products</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>DevOps assignments within a engineering team or product line.</li><li>Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure for AI projects.</li><li>Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to streamline the deployment and operation of AI models.</li><li>Automate the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI applications using tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.</li><li>Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and error-free code releases.</li><li>Develop and maintain Infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions, automation of deployment, building High Availability network, working on container network</li><li>Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure for cost and performance.</li><li>Mentor junior DevOps engineers and provide guidance on best practices and emerging technologies.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Programming language experience in python, go, shell scripts.</li><li>5+ years of experience in DevOps or a related role.</li><li>Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure（prefer).</li><li>Strong experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.</li><li>Solid understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Pipeline.</li><li>Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible.</li><li>Familiarity with GitOps</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>
