Role Overview: <ul><li>We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional with a strong background in selling RPO and recruitment solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients on a global basis.&nbsp;</li><li>The ideal candidate has a proven track record of new client acquisition, revenue generation, and consultative selling, preferably from large global recruitment firms.</li><li>This role is focused on hunting new business, building long-term client relationships, and expanding footprint .</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Drive new business development for RPO and recruitment solutions</li><li>Identify, prospect, and engage enterprise and mid-market clients</li><li>Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure</li><li>Sell consultatively by understanding client hiring challenges and positioning RPO solutions effectively</li><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities</li><li>Meet or exceed revenue and client acquisition targets</li><li>Collaborate with delivery, solution design, and leadership teams to ensure successful client onboarding</li><li>Represent in sales meetings, virtual presentations, and industry events</li><li>Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>5+ years of B2B sales experience in recruitment, staffing, or RPO services</li><li>Demonstrated success in selling RPO models and recruitment solutions</li><li>Prior experience at large/global recruitment firms preferred</li><li>Proven ability to bring in net-new clients and revenue</li><li>Strong understanding of enterprise hiring models, talent acquisition, and outsourcing</li><li>Experience selling to HR, TA leaders, and senior stakeholders</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely</li></ul>&nbsp;Preferred Profile <ul><li>Background in selling recruitment or RPO solutions at a large recruitment organization</li><li>Existing network of HR, TA, or business decision-makers</li><li>Experience working with offshore or global delivery teams</li></ul>&nbsp;
