Role Description: <ul><li>This is a strategic individual contributor role within the Global Editorial Operations (GEO) team, responsible for driving AI-enabled transformation across legislative and regulatory content. </li><li>The successful candidate will partner closely with Editorial, Product and Technology teams to identify opportunities where AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) can improve content creation, enrichment, summarisation, classification, quality and workflow efficiency at a global scale.&nbsp;</li><li>While experience within legal or legislative publishing would certainly be advantageous, the hiring team is equally interested in professionals who have successfully led AI-enabled workflow optimisation and editorial transformation initiatives in publishing, information services, knowledge management or other content-rich environments.</li></ul> Responsibilities: AI Strategy &amp; Transformation&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop the global strategy for AI-enabled content creation and optimisation.</li><li>Identify opportunities to leverage LLMs, NLP and automation across editorial workflows.</li><li>Lead AI transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.</li></ul> Cross-functional Collaboration&nbsp; <ul><li>Partner with Product, Technology and Editorial teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.</li><li>Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and new ways of working across global teams.</li><li>Influence stakeholders without direct line management responsibility.</li></ul> Editorial Excellence&nbsp; <ul><li>Define standards for AI-generated and AI-assisted content.</li><li>Ensure quality, consistency and responsible AI practices across editorial operations.</li><li>Develop best practices and training to improve AI capability across the organisation.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience leading AI or Generative AI workflow transformation.</li><li>Strong Editorial, Content Operations or Publishing background.</li><li>Experience implementing LLMs, NLP or AI-driven content solutions.</li><li>Programme or Product Management experience within content-rich environments.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.</li><li>Legal, regulatory or legislative publishing experience is advantageous but not essential.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Drive year-over-year sales growth within the assigned North Italy territory</li><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans for residential HVAC OEM customers</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across customer organisations</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts</li><li>Promote sustainable and low-GWP refrigerant solutions (e.g. CO2, R290, A2L)</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams across sales, engineering, and product management</li><li>Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting</li><li>Deliver customer presentations and value-based selling approaches</li><li>Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to deal closure</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development</li><li>Experience within HVAC, refrigeration, or residential heating/cooling markets preferred</li><li>Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex sales cycles</li><li>Ability to develop and execute territory and account strategies</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to work across different cultures and manage regional accounts</li><li>Fluency in English and Italian preferred</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Execute the strategy defined by the Strategic Account Executive across assigned regional customer locations and branches.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and regional distributors within the territory.</li><li>Coordinate closely with Enterprise Account Teams to ensure effective coverage of strategic and large enterprise accounts.</li><li>Support and engage key wholesale partners and their branch networks through training, business development, and activation initiatives.</li><li>Deliver product training and technical support across distributor branches and contractor networks.</li><li>Work directly with contractors as key influencers in the sales process, ensuring they are equipped to specify and promote our solutions.</li><li>Implement channel strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share through distribution partners.</li><li>Negotiate and manage local agreements, pricing structures, and performance metrics with distributors.</li><li>Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance and identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Ensure strong alignment and communication between all stakeholders across the value chain.</li><li>Promote client full portfolio, including compressors, controls, electronics, monitoring solutions, and related technologies as part of a complete customer offering.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and account information within Salesforce CRM.</li><li>Travel extensively within the assigned territory to support customers, distributors, and contractors.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Technical qualification, degree, HNC/HND, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years experience in technical sales, application engineering, business development, or channel sales.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of HVAC/R systems, including compressors, controls, electronics, and related solutions.</li><li>Proven experience working with distributors, wholesalers, contractors, and installation partners.</li><li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a matrix organization.</li><li>Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.</li><li>Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications and Experience: <ul><li>Experience working with enterprise-level customers and complex account structures.</li><li>Previous experience within the HVAC/R, refrigeration, building services, or industrial solutions sectors.</li><li>Exposure to regional or national sales environments.</li><li>Understanding of contractor influence models and specification-driven sales processes.</li><li>Experience delivering technical product training and supporting channel partner development.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own end-to-end technical delivery of SAM Pro capabilities including enhancements, defect management, and platform optimization.</li><li>Configure, develop and maintain Service Now modules, including SAM Pro, HAM Pro, and CMDB, in alignment with business requirements.</li><li>Design and maintain integrations with SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, Cloud platforms, and procurement &amp; contract systems.</li><li>Support configuration and tuning of software normalization, reconciliation rules, and license models within SAM Pro.</li><li>Ensure integrity and quality of data across discovery, CMDB, and entitlement sources.</li><li>Develop automation for SAM use cases such as license harvesting, compliance tracking, and request fulfilment optimization.</li><li>Design and implement workflows, Flow Designer automation, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and notifications while following Service now best practices.</li><li>Maintain technical documentation, participate in platform upgrades and releases, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on platform stability, user experience and efficiency.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.</li><li>5+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on Service Now development experience.</li><li>Experience working with ServiceNow SAM Pro modules including normalization, reconciliation, and content service, is preferred.</li><li>Hands on with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, CMDB data model and platform security concepts.</li><li>Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs.</li><li>Understanding of Software Asset Management Lifecycle with exposure to discovery tools, software normalization and software reconciliation concepts.</li><li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred.</li><li>ServiceNow SAM Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication and ability to work independently as an individual contributor and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>
