Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible to lead development team to fulfil end-to-end software development and support for all approved initiatives (projects, quarterly change requests, L3 production fixes).</li><li>This includes analysis and design to development, implementation, testing and support.</li><li>Collaborate with Enterprise and Domain architects to align application design to the overall architectural guidelines and direction.</li><li>Work with subject matter experts, business analysts, architects, software developers and business stakeholder to establish best or alternative solutions that are feasible within the technology and timeline constraints.</li><li>Review solution design and effort estimates from the team and prioritize projects and change requests assigned to the team.</li><li>Provide quality assurance of the team delivery in conformance to the Bank-defined software delivery methodology and tools.</li><li>This includes delivery of source codes in compliance to the Bank’s defined security, coding and change management standards (eg. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own end-to-end technical delivery of SAM Pro capabilities including enhancements, defect management, and platform optimization.</li><li>Configure, develop and maintain Service Now modules, including SAM Pro, HAM Pro, and CMDB, in alignment with business requirements.</li><li>Design and maintain integrations with SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, Cloud platforms, and procurement &amp; contract systems.</li><li>Support configuration and tuning of software normalization, reconciliation rules, and license models within SAM Pro.</li><li>Ensure integrity and quality of data across discovery, CMDB, and entitlement sources.</li><li>Develop automation for SAM use cases such as license harvesting, compliance tracking, and request fulfilment optimization.</li><li>Design and implement workflows, Flow Designer automation, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and notifications while following Service now best practices.</li><li>Maintain technical documentation, participate in platform upgrades and releases, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on platform stability, user experience and efficiency.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.</li><li>5+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on Service Now development experience.</li><li>Experience working with ServiceNow SAM Pro modules including normalization, reconciliation, and content service, is preferred.</li><li>Hands on with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, CMDB data model and platform security concepts.</li><li>Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs.</li><li>Understanding of Software Asset Management Lifecycle with exposure to discovery tools, software normalization and software reconciliation concepts.</li><li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred.</li><li>ServiceNow SAM Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication and ability to work independently as an individual contributor and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>
