Role Description: <ul><li>The Master Data Manager will join the Business Unit’s Digital, Data &amp; Technology (DD&amp;T) organization and report directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), Industrial &amp; Commercial Transportation (ICT). As part of DD&amp;T, this role is a key enabler of operational excellence, digital transformation, and AI readiness.</li><li>The Master Data Manager will coordinate cross-functional Master Data Owners, define and track data quality KPIs, and ensure master data issues are corrected in a sustainable and scalable manner.</li><li>Rather than executing transactional data maintenance, this role orchestrates standards, transparency, and accountability across the Business Unit, ensuring master data supports business processes, process intelligence, and AI-driven initiatives.</li></ul> Responisbilities: 1. Master Data Governance &amp; Coordination <ul><li>Establish and operationalize a ICT Master Data Governance framework.</li><li>Coordinate nominated Master Data Owners across functions (Operations, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, Commercial, Product Management, etc.).</li><li>Define clear roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths for data ownership.</li><li>Facilitate recurring cross-functional data governance forums and reviews.</li></ul> 2. Data Quality KPI Definition &amp; Monitoring <ul><li>Define measurable KPIs for data accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, and integrity.</li><li>Implement dashboards (in collaboration with DD&amp;T teams) to monitor data health across systems (SAP S/4HANA, Hydra MES, Planisware, Salesforce, SAP IBP).</li><li>Establish target thresholds and continuous improvement plans.</li><li>Ensure transparency of data quality performance to functional leadership.</li></ul> 3. Sustainable Issue Resolution <ul><li>Identify systemic root causes of master data defects.</li><li>Drive sustainable corrective actions with Master Data Owners and process stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure data issues are resolved at process level, not through recurring manual corrections.</li><li>Partner with DD&amp;T Process Automation &amp; Process Intelligence teams to eliminate recurring data.</li></ul> 4. Enable AI &amp; Process Intelligence <ul><li>Ensure master data structures and governance support:</li><li>Advanced analytics and AI use cases</li><li>Process mining and task mining initiatives</li><li>Reliable automation and digital workflows</li><li>Collaborate with the DD&amp;T AI Lab to ensure master data is AI-ready and supports model performance.</li><li>Support data standardization to enable reuse of models and interoperability across functions.</li></ul> 5. Transformation &amp; Continuous Improvement <ul><li>Promote data as a strategic asset within the Business Unit.</li><li>Drive adoption of standardized templates, definitions, and taxonomies.</li><li>Support SAP S/4HANA evolution and system integrations from a data governance perspective.</li><li>Contribute to digital transformation programs by embedding data quality controls early in process design.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, ERP environments, or cross-functional process management.</li><li>Experience working in global, cross-functional manufacturing or industrial environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred) and enterprise data flows.</li><li>Experience defining and tracking data quality KPIs.</li><li>Knowledge of data analytics environments (e.g., Databricks) is a plus.</li><li>Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Break down high-level Reliability and Validation Strategies into detailed, executable test plans; define test sequencing, sample allocation, logistics, and schedule alignment.</li><li>Coordinate with internal R&amp;T labs, shared labs, suppliers, and third-party test houses for test execution.</li><li>Manage test readiness including sample build status, configuration control, and documentation completeness.</li><li>Coordinate sample logistics, shipment, and handling with manufacturing, suppliers, and test labs.</li><li>Support PO release, cost tracking, and budget adherence for validation and reliability testing.</li><li>Maintain accurate test status, schedules, costs, and results in the project management system.</li><li>Create, maintain, and issue detailed test plans, validation/reliability test reports, and complete auditable documentation packages.</li><li>Ensure traceability between test requirements, execution, and reported results.</li><li>Interface with Reliability Engineers, PDE, MPDE, Quality, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams.</li><li>Proactively identify risks, schedule constraints, and execution gaps; escalate as needed.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>3–6 years of experience in test coordination, validation testing, reliability testing, or engineering project support.</li><li>Solid understanding of reliability and validation test environments (environmental, mechanical, electrical).</li><li>Experience coordinating with internal labs, external test houses, and suppliers.</li><li>Strong organizational and project tracking skills with high attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tests and priorities simultaneously.</li></ul> Preferred / Nice to Have: <ul><li>Hands-on background in reliability or validation testing.</li><li>Familiarity with industry standards: EIA, IEC, IPC, ISTA, or customer-specific validation requirements.</li><li>Experience with project management or test tracking systems.</li><li>Background supporting data center power, cable, or connector products.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead reliability and validation activities across the full NPI lifecycle for DDN Power and Cable Assembly products.</li><li>Play a critical role in the DFMEA process, identifying risks and defining robust mitigation plans cross-functionally.</li><li>Develop comprehensive Reliability and Validation Strategies per project based on VOC and DFMEA outputs.</li><li>Define and align test scope, objectives, sample size, test duration, conditions, cost, and sequencing.</li><li>Develop standardized Reliability and Validation Methodologies and Procedures.</li><li>Own project-level R&amp;T control documentation and track progress in project management systems.</li><li>Lead R&amp;T technical reviews and regular project update meetings.</li><li>Identify risks, bottlenecks, and gaps; drive mitigation and escalation as needed.</li><li>Act as the single R&amp;T interface to customers and internal stakeholders (PDE, AQE, MPDE, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, external labs).</li><li>Lead failure analysis and corrective action implementation.</li><li>Develop and maintain ORT (Ongoing Reliability Test) plans.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>8+ years in Reliability Engineering, Validation, Test Engineering, or Technical Project Management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of DFSS, DfRE, DFMEA, reliability principles and industry standards (EIA-364, IEC62368, IEC 61000, IEC60068, FCC Part 15, IPC9592B, ISTA 3E, ASTM D4169).</li><li>Hands-on experience with Environmental tests (Temperature, Humidity, Altitude, IPxx), Mechanical tests (Vibration, Shock, Drop, Impact, Durability, Packaging), Electrical tests (Power integrity, Signal integrity, Power thermal rise) and Safety/EMC (Hi-pot, LLCR, RE/CE/RS/CS/ESD/Surge).</li><li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-site engineering teams.</li><li>Strong communication and customer-interfacing skills.</li></ul> Preferred/ Nice to Have: <ul><li>Six Sigma Black Belt or DFSS certification.</li><li>PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.</li><li>Experience supporting hyperscale data center power, cable, or connector applications.</li></ul>
