Responsibilities: Task Force Leadership &amp; Coordination. <ul><li>Establish and lead the Technology Obsolescence Task Force, comprising application, infrastructure, security, architecture, procurement, and finance stakeholders</li><li>Define task force scope, success criteria, timelines, and governance</li><li>Ensure rapid issue resolution, escalation, and decision-making</li></ul> Obsolescence Identification &amp; Assessment. <ul><li>Conduct accelerated assessments to identify end-of-life (EOL), end-of-support (EOS), and obsolete technologies</li><li>Classify obsolescence risks by severity, business impact, and urgency</li><li>Evaluate operational, security, compliance, and financial risks</li></ul> Remediation Planning &amp; Execution. <ul><li>Develop prioritized remediation action plans (upgrade, replace, migrate, isolate, or decommission)</li><li>Drive execution of critical remediation initiatives within agreed timelines</li><li>Coordinate dependencies across teams to avoid delivery blockers</li><li>Track execution progress and intervene where delays or risks emerge</li></ul> Risk &amp; Stakeholder Management. <ul><li>Act as the single point of accountability for obsolescence-related risks within the task force scope</li><li>Communicate risk posture, trade-offs, and remediation status to senior stakeholders</li><li>Facilitate informed decisions where technical, cost, or timing constraints exist</li></ul> Governance, Reporting &amp; Closure. <ul><li>Define task force metrics, dashboards, and reporting cadence</li><li>Provide regular status updates to steering committees or executive sponsors</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Technical &amp; Domain Expertise</li><li>Strong experience in technology lifecycle management, obsolescence management, and technical debt remediation.</li><li>Hands-on experience with CMDB (Configuration Management Database) governance, asset inventory management, and technology dependency mapping.</li><li>Strong understanding of IT infrastructure environments, including servers, operating systems, databases, middleware, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user computing technologies.</li><li>Experience leveraging ORSA (Operational Risk and Self-Assessment) frameworks, risk registers, and control assessments to identify, assess, and mitigate technology obsolescence risks.</li><li>Broad understanding of infrastructure, platforms, applications, and vendor support lifecycle models, including End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support (EOS) management.</li><li>Familiarity with cybersecurity, regulatory, audit, and operational risk implications associated with obsolete technologies.</li><li>Ability to assess technology risk exposure and prioritize remediation activities based on business criticality, operational impact, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Leadership &amp; Delivery Experience</li><li>10-12+ years of experience in IT leadership, infrastructure management, technology risk, architecture, or enterprise program delivery roles.</li><li>Proven experience leading cross-functional remediation programs, technology refresh initiatives, infrastructure modernization efforts, or crisis response task forces.</li><li>Strong execution mindset with the ability to drive outcomes under tight timelines and elevated risk conditions.</li><li>Experience managing senior stakeholder governance, reporting, and risk escalation processes.</li><li>Stakeholder &amp; Communication Skills</li><li>Ability to influence stakeholders across Infrastructure, Application Development, Security, Risk, Architecture, Operations, and Business teams without formal authority.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Ability to translate complex technology obsolescence risks into clear business impacts and actionable remediation plans.</li><li>Experience presenting technology risk posture, ORSA findings, and remediation progress to senior management, risk committees, and auditors.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible to lead development team to fulfil end-to-end software development and support for all approved initiatives (projects, quarterly change requests, L3 production fixes).</li><li>This includes analysis and design to development, implementation, testing and support.</li><li>Collaborate with Enterprise and Domain architects to align application design to the overall architectural guidelines and direction.</li><li>Work with subject matter experts, business analysts, architects, software developers and business stakeholder to establish best or alternative solutions that are feasible within the technology and timeline constraints.</li><li>Review solution design and effort estimates from the team and prioritize projects and change requests assigned to the team.</li><li>Provide quality assurance of the team delivery in conformance to the Bank-defined software delivery methodology and tools.</li><li>This includes delivery of source codes in compliance to the Bank’s defined security, coding and change management standards (eg.
