Drive successful Pilot, Broader roll out and adoption.</li><li>Establish current work process state, and journey map to Ideal End-Stage.</li><li>Articulation and maximization of value creation.</li><li>Skill Network and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Developing cross-BU network of Subject Matter Experts.</li><li>Sharing Best Practices, Documentation, and development of BU Upstream Playbook, including Make-Buy Decision Making, New Product Introduction (NPI), vendor changes, industrial transfers, and business acquisition.</li></ul> Risk Management:&nbsp; <ul><li>Identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities in the upstream supply chain and developing strategies to mitigate them.</li><li>Ensuring supply chain resilience and contingency planning to handle disruptions effectively.</li></ul> Continuous Improvement: <ul><li>Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain organization.</li><li>Seeking feedback from stakeholders and leveraging lessons learned to refine strategies, establishing volution of in-process KPIs and achieve better results.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A bachelors degree in supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a multinational and complex global environment.</li><li>Progressively more responsibility and experience in Procurement and Factory Supply Chain Management leadership roles.</li><li>High proficiency in Vendor Management, Procurement and Material Management.</li><li>Must be a recognized leader for continuous improvement.</li><li>Abilities to drive and oversees multiple Projects End-to-End, with track record of achieving results and abilities to drive effective change management.</li><li>Competent with supply chain management software (SAP Must, IBP is a plus) and analytics tools.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams across different locations.</li><li>Understand business drivers and able to balance between short- and long-term objectives.</li><li>Excellent ‘English’ communication skills to articulate and engage stakeholders at all levels.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Understanding the business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements for the SAP Fiori platform.</li><li>Designing, developing, and implementing SAP Fiori apps using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS</li><li>Integrating SAP Fiori apps with other SAP solutions and systems</li><li>Optimizing the performance of SAP Fiori applications and ensuring their compatibility with multiple devices</li><li>Providing technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Fiori applications</li><li>Keeping up to date with the latest SAP technologies and applying them to improve the SAP Fiori platform.</li><li>Ensure Fiori applications are optimized for best performance.</li><li>Participate in application testing and deployment.</li><li>Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications Minimum Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience,</li><li>Confirmed experience building front end or back end of application based on popular design patterns</li><li>Minimum of two years of related work experience</li><li>Preferred Qualifications</li><li>Experience as an SAP Fiori consultant or similar</li><li>Experience in SAP Fiori application design, development, and implementation</li><li>Strong understanding of SAP ABAP and UI5</li></ul>
