Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead end-to-end supply chain activities across planning, customer service and logistics</li><li>Drive S&amp;OP, demand planning, forecast quality and inventory management processes</li><li>Partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to support business priorities and growth</li><li>Manage relationships with logistics providers, warehouses, wholesalers and key external partners</li><li>Monitor service levels, forecast accuracy, inventory health, cost and operational performance</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost to serve and customer experience</li><li>Lead continuous improvement and supply chain transformation initiatives</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Approximately 10+ years of Supply Chain experience, including leadership across Planning, Customer Service or Logistics</li><li>Proven background within FMCG, Food &amp; Beverage, Consumer Goods or a closely related industry</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in S&amp;OP, demand planning, inventory management and domestic logistics</li><li>Experience influencing senior commercial stakeholders in a matrix environment</li><li>People management or functional leadership experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Fluent Korean and English required</li></ul>

Responsibilities: End User Engagement <ul><li>Drive user connect programs through effective planning, execution, &amp; PJPs for field marketing team, ensuring comprehensive user coverage.</li><li>Build strong user relationships while leading loyalty program implementation &amp; feedback collection</li></ul> Market Development Plan &amp; Initiatives: <ul><li>Drive Market Development Plans through product demos, trials, &amp; marketing tools to achieve objectives.</li><li>Share key observations and insights on user applications, product used and gaps identified for us to leverage the opportunities.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to expand penetration of our products.</li></ul> Product Module Implementation: <ul><li>Drive execution of modules for New Products, Products Under Launch.</li><li>Implement the field marketing plans through executives, in line with guidelines and review the same for improvement.</li></ul> Insights &amp; Feedback <ul><li>Deliver timely &amp; actionable feedback on initiatives, competitor pricing, promotions, &amp; activities.</li><li>Systematically collect &amp; share feedback from user connect programs to support decision-making.</li></ul> People Management <ul><li>Facilitate induction, training, &amp; refresher sessions for field marketing executives.</li><li>Review performance against KPIs; and jointly work with Area Sales managers, Category Manager and Business Head.</li></ul> Ways of working: <ul><li>Conduct Field Market reviews as per established processes.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of monthly reports as defined.</li><li>Collaborate with Distributor Sales team to strengthen dealer relationships, enhance visibility</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience: 7+ years in Sales, Field Marketing, Business Development roles. Preferred experience in Adhesive &amp; Sealants, Hardware, Building Material, Paint, Construction Chemicals, Speciality Chemicals. Must have experience in leading field executives.</li><li>Candidate should have high levels of maturity to manage different stakeholders, entrepreneurial ability</li></ul>
