Responsibilities: <ul><li>Support the development of land pricing models and pricing proposals for existing and proposed masterplans</li><li>Assist in preparing financial feasibility models for new and existing developments</li><li>Provide analytical support for pricing recommendations related to units, land plots, and customer land requests (e.g. additional GFA, land leasing)</li><li>Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis to support pricing and commercial decisions</li><li>Collect, validate, and maintain internal and external market benchmark data </li><li>Prepare market intelligence reports and analytical summaries for management review</li><li>Coordinate and support external valuation exercises for land, units, and developments</li><li>Maintain and update a database of external valuations to support decision-making</li><li>Liaise with internal stakeholders (Commercial &amp; Strategy, Urban Planning, Infrastructure) to support tracking of landbank status and availability </li><li>Assist in preparing landbank inventory reports and periodic status updates</li><li>Support the development of landbank strategy through data analysis and reporting</li><li>Maintain organized records and contribute to regular performance and analytical reports </li><li>Support asset sales and JV / partnership activities, including due diligence, documentation, and valuation analysis</li><li>Perform preliminary analysis of investor proposals and summarize key findings</li><li>Contribute ideas to improve process efficiency, data quality, and reporting standards </li><li>Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements </li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>﻿Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance, Finance, Real Estate, Economics</li><li>Background in economics, business and strategy</li><li>Passion and training for real estate development, financial feasibilities, and strategic ideation</li><li>Financial modelling skills</li><li>Strong PowerPoint/visualization skillset</li><li>Strong presentation skills</li><li>Management / coordination skills and general leadership skills</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Ensure compliance and correct implementation of all procedures and to identify solutions to fill the gaps</li><li>Ensure correct instore operations: logistics, administration, AFS</li><li>Ensure the best BOH organization to support sales staff</li><li>Ensure stock inventory /stock take objective results</li><li>Support the stores management role in effectively operating the boutique also in term of ROTA including match to traffic needs.</li><li>Ensure service to clients is properly supported at all times with the right equipment and teamwork flows (including food and beverage, etc)</li><li>Ensure availability of store supplies ( packaging, food and beverage) at all times.</li><li>Ensure online and offline integration</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proactivity and problem solving attitude</li><li>ability to coordinate back office activities to support sales</li><li>Ability to collaborate with Store Manager and HQ to support business</li><li>High knowledge of retail/ operations procedure to ensure smooth run of the store</li></ul>
