Responsibilities: <ul><li>As a Regional Account Manager supporting Utilities, a typical day may include: Selling Wildlife &amp; Asset&nbsp;</li><li>protection covering LV, MV, and HV applications.&nbsp;</li><li>Managing sales to Investor-Owned Utilities (IOU) and Public Power&nbsp;</li><li>utilities through our distributor partners. Developing relationships with Engineering, Procurement, and key&nbsp;</li><li>decision-makers and applying consultative selling methodology.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and understand current and future&nbsp;</li><li>customers’ needs and opportunities to introduce and sell products, services and solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Proactively address&nbsp;</li><li>customer issues, including Quality issues, until appropriate closure. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS project works, and ensure projects are delivered and commissioned to agreed scope, time, cost and quality to meet the clients expectations.</li><li>Manage customer relationships and expectations through timely responses to queries and requests throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Manage project specific documentation including commissioning and site acceptance test SAT scope of works, project SWMS and project schedules.</li><li>Manage project technical documentation including detailed drawings, single line diagrams, specifications, technical guides and installation manuals while managing approval process with clients.</li><li>Attend regular site visits, review site conditions to ensure smooth product delivery, installation and testing and commissioning.</li><li>Manage third party contractors and suppliers relationships, ensure competitive pricing is obtained with best possible outcome.</li><li>Manage forecasting project delivery and invoicing with sales administration and forecasting commissioning and SAT dates and booking service technicians with services team and third party contractors.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education Background: Bachelors (MBA Preferred)</li><li>Working Experience: 3-5 Years of Channel Sales or Business Development Management</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Direct &amp; Indirect Tax Compliance: <ul><li>Lead monthly, quarterly and annual compliance for corporate income tax, TDS/TCS, GST and other indirect taxes.</li><li>Oversee preparation and filing of income tax returns, GST returns and related statutory filings within timelines.</li><li>Ensure accuracy of tax provisioning, reconciliations and workpapers for statutory and internal reporting.</li><li>International Taxation</li></ul> Transfer Pricing: <ul><li>Own transfer pricing policy and documentation (Master File, Local File), benchmarking studies and intercompany pricing reviews.</li><li>Manage TP audits, coordinate APAs/MAPs and defend positions before tax authorities.</li></ul> Audit, Assessments &amp; Dispute Management: <ul><li>Manage tax audits/assessments, prepare responses and coordinate with external counsel/advisors.</li><li>Track litigations, maintain position papers, risk assessments and provisions as required.</li></ul> Advisory &amp; Controls: <ul><li>Provide tax inputs for business initiatives, contracts, M&amp;A, restructurings and product pricing.</li><li>Implement and maintain tax policies, internal controls and SOPs to mitigate risk.</li></ul> Process, Team &amp; Stakeholder Management: <ul><li>Coordinate with accounting, payroll and legal for information and cohesive execution.</li><li>Communicate tax positions and risks to finance controller and tax head</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–10 years progressive experience in India taxation covering direct tax, GST, international tax and transfer pricing.</li><li>Proven experience in a corporate tax function, Big Four or reputable tax advisory firm.</li><li>Experience handling tax audits, assessments, litigation support and interactions with tax authorities.</li><li>Experience with tax provisions under Ind AS/IFRS preferred.</li><li>Having certifications related to taxation is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); fluent in English</li><li>Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills with the ability to operate with a team, customer service, and leadership mentality</li><li>Ability to effectively lead, manage, and prioritize multiple projects, while operating in a fast-paced, complex global organization with shifting schedules and priorities</li><li>Solid working experience and knowledge of SAP, BI tools and office software (Excel).</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Leads Key Account organizations with an emphasis on strategic decision making.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for business strategies with a middle to longer-term focus.</li><li>Ensures account management talent development and career plans and succession planning.</li><li>Identifies market trends. Develops value proposition for the respective targeted market and selected IKA and RKA</li><li>Achieve the sales targets for the related IKA and RKA</li><li>Responsible for IKA and RKA satisfaction via NPS and drive corrective action</li><li>Driving key pipelines, leading major IKA and RKA commercial agreement or tender</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A Degree or higher with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in key account management and proven sales track record in the electrical/technology industry is preferred</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in working within the data centre segment</li><li>Good project management experience</li><li>Experienced in working with international/multicultural teams</li><li>Able to build relationships with executive stakeholders</li><li>Time required for international travels, 30-50%.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Planning: <ul><li>Initiate annual EHS training plan &amp; EHS internal audit plan in order to meet the department annual operating plan.</li></ul> Procedures &amp; Document Update: <ul><li>Review &amp; update EHS procedure according to internal &amp; external audit finding.</li><li>Initiate, update and execute EHS policies or procedures according to national laws and regulations or S.A.F.E or Global policies.</li><li>in order to fulfill company EHS system and make work efficient.</li></ul> Safety and Health Management: <ul><li>Submit application to Safety Bureau for Safety and Health Impact Assessment and other required permits or registration in order to meet the requirement of national laws and regulations.</li><li>Conduct Safety Standard Management review and follow in velocity EHS system.</li><li>Coordinate industrial hygiene monitoring, evaluation, medical surveillance in order to prevent occupational disease.</li><li>Maintain SAFE and environment tool with continuous improvement.</li><li>Follow up Incident investigation, correction and Injury Trend Analysis in order to prevent incidents.</li><li>Conduct canteen and dormitory inspection with Admin. to supervise food safety and fire safety,in order to prevent incidents.</li><li>Conduct contractor &amp; supplier EHS management, issuing non-routine high risk task permits, in order to prevent incidents.</li></ul> EHS Projects: <ul><li>Lead and follow up JSA, LOTO, Ergo, Machine Guarding,BBS, Nearhit reporting, PPE management, IH, Environmental and etc.</li><li>Coordinate the Kaizens and other EHS activities, in order to meet SAFE and 5 star requirement and prevent incidents.</li></ul> Audit: <ul><li>Implement routine EHS internal audit and examine;</li><li>Prepare necessary material or data sheet for S.A.F.E ,customer, local government, global audit;in order to ensure meet compliance requirements.</li></ul> Reporting &amp; Training: <ul><li>Prepare Monthly EHS performance report in order to present EHS performance;</li><li>Organize health and safety related training to employee in order to promote the awareness of health and safety.</li></ul> Requirements: Education, Technical Qualification &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Minimum 6+ years of EH&amp;S experience required;</li><li>Possesses a strong grasp of Malaysias EHS laws and regulations and can conduct compliance assessments.</li><li>Autonomous ability in conducting audits and inspections of all aspects of EHS;</li><li>Good reading and writing in English &amp; Chines</li><li>Skilled in leveraging Excel for data analysis, visualization, and tracking key metrics.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, components, and supplies against purchase orders and specifications.</li><li>Ensure proper storage of raw materials, packaging components, and controlled substances in compliance with cGMP, DEA, and safety requirements.</li><li>Accurately issue and deliver materials to production areas based on production schedules and work orders.</li><li>Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling devices in a safe and compliant manner.</li><li>Perform cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies in coordination with Inventory Control.</li><li>Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and environmental conditions per site procedures and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Document all material transactions in the inventory management system, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to data integrity principles.</li><li>Prepare shipments of materials, components, or finished products in compliance with applicable regulations, including hazardous material handling requirements.</li><li>Support material sampling activities, including coordination with Quality Control for testing.</li><li>Assist in warehouse procedure creation, updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Ensure DEA security and access control measures are followed for controlled substances.</li><li>Collaborate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Procurement to ensure timely material availability for manufacturing operations</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications / Experience: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or material handling experience in a cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience handling controlled substances and/or high potent APIs preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of cGMP, DEA, and OSHA requirements for material handling and storage.</li><li>Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification preferred.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and execute purchase orders for raw materials, packaging components, consumables, and services in accordance with approved supplier lists and site requirements.</li><li>Maintain optimal inventory levels by balancing material availability with cost-effective order quantities.</li><li>Collaborate with Production Planning and Supply Chain to align material purchases with manufacturing schedules.</li><li>Participate and represent the site in the routine S&amp;OP meeting.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality, and responsiveness, and drive corrective actions as needed.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and value-added agreements.</li><li>Maintain accurate purchasing and planning data in the ERP system, ensuring alignment with master data and inventory control requirements.</li><li>Identify and qualify alternative suppliers to mitigate supply risks and ensure business continuity.</li><li>Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure incoming materials meet specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Support new product introduction by sourcing and securing materials in alignment with project timelines.</li><li>Generate and track Production Orders through release to ensure on time, in full deliveries to customers.</li><li>Track and report key procurement and planning metrics, such as supplier on-time delivery, inventory turns, and purchase price variance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all cGMP, DEA, and regulatory requirements for the procurement and handling of controlled substances and high potent materials.</li><li>Participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reliability</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications / Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of procurement, planning, or supply chain experience in a cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience with controlled substances, high potent APIs, and regulated material handling preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, purchasing processes, and inventory control principles.</li><li>Familiarity with cGMP, DEA, and FDA requirements related to materials management.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Ensure the smooth execution of the order-to-cash cycle in full conformity with the Supply Chain Management Standards of the Group (i.e. on order processing, sales terms and conditions, etc.)</li><li>Ensure the execution of the credit policy defined with the Finance and Controlling team.</li><li>Develop and maintain high level of collaboration with our clients especially on flow optimization, data exchanges, shared KPIs and resolution on customer complaints.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Commercial team to align distribution strategies meeting the sales and marketing objectives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies related to distribution management and logistics.</li><li>Be or manage within the team, the Local Business Owner who will be the main contact representing LID South Asia Customer Care on process and system improvements.&nbsp;</li><li>Share and implement best practices from the Supply Chain community that could help in continuous improvement.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>4-5 years of similar experience preferably in Distributor management.</li><li>Strong operational excellence, agility and customer orientation to foster a demand-driven supply chain with service as a priority</li><li>Ability to optimize information, physical and financial flows along the whole Supply Chain</li><li>Good analytical skills and expertise to leverage business data to anticipate business activities, act proactively and implement continuous improvement</li><li>Strong leadership and influential skills</li><li>Good communication skills and sensitivity to business</li><li>Ability to balance long term strategic customer service direction with the day-to-day operational challenges and requirements</li><li>Cultural awareness of regional stakeholders&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient Excel skills, hands on experience with SAP system is required</li></ul>
