Role Description: <ul><li>The Document Control Lead will serve as a key quality function responsible for establishing, maintaining, and managing the document control systems critical to ensuring regulatory compliance, data integrity, and operational readiness for a greenfield sterile injectable IV bag manufacturing facility.</li><li>This role will drive the creation, organization, distribution, and maintenance of all controlled documentation required to support GMP operations, regulatory submissions, and inspection readiness.</li><li>The incumbent will play a vital role in building document management systems during site startup and ensure robust control throughout the facility lifecycle.</li><li>This role will also be the site technical resource for coordination and qualification of corporate quality electronic document systems including Trackwise, Learning Management System, and the Document Control System.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive document control systems aligned with FDA cGMP, ICH, ISO, and company quality standards.</li><li>Manage the creation, review, approval, issuance, and archival of controlled documents including SOPs, batch records, forms, protocols, and reports.</li><li>Establish electronic document management systems (EDMS) and ensure proper system validation and security controls are in place.</li><li>Lead training initiatives for site personnel on document control processes, document authoring standards, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional document reviews, version control, change management, and timely issuance of current documents to ensure operational readiness.</li><li>Monitor and ensure compliance with controlled document workflows, ensuring timely processing and adherence to procedural timelines.</li><li>Support regulatory inspections, internal audits, and external audits by providing controlled document access, retrieval, and documentation support.</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized archives (both physical and electronic) to ensure data integrity, traceability, and inspection readiness.</li><li>Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Validation, Operations, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure alignment of document control processes.</li><li>Continuously improve document control processes, leveraging automation, best practices, and compliance trends to ensure long-term system robustness.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications/Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Quality Management, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical document control, preferably in sterile manufacturing.</li><li>Prior experience implementing or managing electronic document management systems (EDMS) strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of FDA cGMP, ICH, ISO 9001, and data integrity principles.</li><li>Experience supporting regulatory inspections and audits.</li></ul> Skills/Competencies: <ul><li>Expertise in controlled document management principles and electronic systems.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and document workflows simultaneously.</li><li>Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in EDMS platforms, document lifecycle management, and version control.</li><li>Ability to work in a greenfield/startup environment and build systems from the ground up.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share. Identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and monitor the competitive landscape.</li><li>Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team. Set clear targets, monitor performance, provide coaching, and cultivate a culture of high performance and collaboration.</li><li>Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including major retailers, supermarkets, and food service providers. Ensure customer satisfaction through close collaboration and effective negotiation.</li><li>Sales Forecasting &amp; Planning: Analyze sales data and demand trends to forecast sales and plan inventory. Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure product availability.</li><li>New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities. Engage potential customers, conduct presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals to expand market reach.</li><li>Sales Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators such as revenue, profitability, market share, and customer feedback.</li><li>Use data insights to optimize performance and address gaps.</li><li>Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the marketing team to align product positioning, pricing, promotions, and campaigns with sales goals.</li><li>Budgeting &amp; Reporting: Manage the sales budget, including expenses, incentives, and promotions. Prepare regular reports for senior management with insights on progress, challenges, and opportunities.</li><li>Industry &amp; Market Awareness: Stay informed on trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in the FMCG food sector to adapt strategies proactively.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with finance, operations, logistics, and other departments to ensure sales initiatives align with broader company objectives.</li><li>Team Development: Coach team members to build competencies that support both individual and organizational success.</li><li>Culture &amp; Representation: Represent our client professionally in all interactions. Promote a culture of inclusiveness, collaboration, and alignment with the values of a world-class organization and the Johnsonville Way.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Diploma or higher in a relevant field</li><li>Strong sales background in the FMCG sector, with progressive experience in business development, account management, and sales leadership</li><li>Proven “hunter” mentality—self-motivated, persistent, and energized by acquiring new business and expanding market share</li><li>Demonstrated success in identifying, pursuing, and winning high-value deals, especially within the food service industry</li><li>Solid experience working with major clients, including contract negotiations and relationship management</li><li>Deep knowledge of food service distribution channels, market dynamics, and customer needs</li><li>Strong network and connections in the food service space, with the ability to open doors and build new pipelines</li><li>Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills</li><li>Results-oriented, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and team leadership</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Reconcile payments from Partner &amp; Direct customer accounts, and to streamline financial processes and systems, and report inconsistencies to the manager, identifying potential collectors and report partners with inconsistent payment track, streamlining the collectables.&nbsp;</li><li>Strengthen and grow relationships with partners or direct customers by timely communicating regarding due accounts. Timely statement and weekly follow-ups in order to avoid delays.</li><li>Determine areas for performance improvement to help streamline the accounts receivable process.</li><li>Adhere to local and national financial regulations and report financial information with honesty and confidentiality</li><li>Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.</li><li>Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation before payment.</li><li>Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.</li><li>Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients through Physical visits, telephone, and email.</li><li>Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R so management can gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing.</li><li>Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting.</li></ul> Requirements:﻿ <ul><li>Education – Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience related to accounts receivable/payable</li><li>Markets – Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Core Competencies - Credit Management &amp; Control, Debt Collection &amp; Management, Report generation, and MIS Reporting. Experience in handling large partners or key accounts.&nbsp;</li><li>Customers Define our Success – Deep understanding on principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
