Role Description: <ul><li>As a Finance Analyst in our 9-month rotational program, youll rotate through various finance disciplines to get a well-rounded understanding of key functions.</li><li>These areas can include Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A), Accounting, Cost Controlling, and Operations Finance.</li><li>The ideal candidate for this role is a recent college graduate (graduation on or after May 2024) with a strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field. Critical thinking, analytical skills, and a knack for numbers are essential as youll be responsible for data interpretation, financial modeling, and providing strategic recommendations based on your findings.</li><li>This is the first time this program is being offered. Candidates will have the opportunity to be part of a small cohort of finance analysts and have the opportunity for a full-time, permanent job offer at the end of the program.</li><li>Our expectation is that candidates will learn about the company and what role they would like to have before entering full-time to eventually grow into a leadership role. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly Excel-based operational reports (e.g., PPV, Inventory Adjustments, Spare Parts, Freight, etc.)</li><li>Assist in creating and tracking detailed cost center spending forecasts and budgets</li><li>Analyze operational variances to forecast on a weekly and monthly basis</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and conduct periodic compliance testing</li><li>Participate in daily plant operational meetings and Kaizen events</li><li>Understand and analyze key cost streams; identify and drive cost-saving opportunities (TEBIT)</li><li>Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and variance analysis</li><li>Collaborate with Plant Operations Team on strategic initiatives and business cases</li><li>Work closely with and provide support to the Plant Controller</li><li>Assist with standard cost updates as needed</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>Minimum 3 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Respond, manage, and escalate (as needed) technical support requests via the ticketing system, telephone calls, and emails either directly or using remote support tools.</li><li>Responsible for supporting Business user end point devices (Laptops/desktops/Smart phones/Tablets /video conferencing services) either directly or using remote support tools on as-needed basis.</li><li>Ensure compliance of regulatory requirements including cGMP standards and site-specific SOPs when completing assigned functional activities.</li><li>Manage and maintain analytical laboratory and computerized manufacturing control systems in a GMP environment according to established regulatory requirements.</li><li>Perform L1 tasks on Server, Network and Telecom Infrastructure in USA &amp; Canada as needed.</li><li>Assist Core teams in performing L1 troubleshooting tasks on Security tools, technologies &amp; platforms like Crowdstrike, Zscaler, Zero Trust, Privileged access management.</li><li>Maintain inventories of endpoint devices, GMP assets and applications.</li><li>Ensure 100% compliance with the GMP Policies and Procedures.</li></ul> Operations: <ul><li>Handle day to day end user support tickets. Provides IT support to VIP users.</li><li>Work with central IT teams to resolve issues reported via helpdesk system.</li><li>Owns end-to-end responsibility for resolving issues in a timely manner.</li><li>Provides updates on Infrastructure health and corrective/preventive actions.</li><li>Maintains an up-to-date inventory of endpoint devices, servers, GMP assets, OT devices and Network devices.</li><li>Flexible to work in a multi-shift operation environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Can be onsite on need basis to assist during any crisis in off-business hours.</li><li>Ensure site IT SOPs are updated and supports site QA and CSV on GMP tasks.</li></ul> Requirements: Education Qualifications:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (IT) or similar Desired Certifications.</li><li>Certifications (preferred) – Current JNCIE-ENT, JNCIE, or CCIE certification/ CCNP, CEH, CISSP, MCSA etc.</li></ul> Experience Required: <ul><li>3 – 5 years’ experience working in a GMP compliant pharmaceutical laboratory/manufacturing environment.</li><li>Working Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Aruba Technologies &amp; Architectures (examples- Cloud &amp; Cloud Security, Networking- Network Segmentation, Patching, Next-Gen AV, Avaya VOIP, Teams based Conferencing systems)</li><li>Experience managing and maintaining servers, LAN, IP Phone and WAN systems; Switches/ Routers/ Access Points, VPNs; Knowledge of IT-OT Network Segregation.</li><li>Working knowledge of networking concepts such as Routing, Switching, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP and DNS.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office tools, common business applications, digital signing applications, Adobe software, Apple devices and L1 knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Virtualization Hypervisors like VMWare and Wireless Networking devices like Aruba/HPE.</li><li>Has good knowledge for troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams rooms (conferencing systems)</li><li>Oversee and ensure timely repair/replacement of faulty hardware including endpoint devices, network hardware and appliances.</li><li>Well versed on GMP Infrastructure and Applications used in Manufacturing and Laboratories.</li><li>Well versed with GMP Procedures</li></ul>

From ultra compact ear worn wearable devices to high gain antenna panels/batons.</li><li>Solid understanding of product development process. Use the first principles approach to resolve deep technical challenges to unlock innovation.</li><li>Hands on experience with CNC, tooling, molding, stamping, plating, assembly and dies.</li><li>Expert level proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD modelling tools such as CREO/SolidWorks or similar. Responsibilities: <ul><li>EHS Operation - undertaking the role and act as Workplace Safety Health Officer /Fire Safety Manager / Permit Holder for Regulated Chemical.</li><li>EHS Compliance and Audit - Internal auditor for ISO14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Safety &amp; Health Management System, ISO 50001 Energy Management System and RBA Responsible Business Alliances.</li><li>Enforce EHS rules and regulations by developing procedures and controls in Environmental Health and Safety Management System for all to comply.</li><li>Drive &amp; implement Chemical Safety, Waste handling Management System in Company.</li><li>Plan and organize EHS awareness activities, campaigns by working closely with the WESH committee members.</li><li>Perform EHS inspections with WESH committee teams as well as carry out regular EHS related orientation/training and audits.</li><li>Maintain EHS emergency response plan and conduct the necessary EHS trainings and drills.</li><li>Implement Aspect/Impact, Hazard/Risk Assessment and Permit-To-Work</li><li>Review latest corporate requirements/Legal Regulations/Act and code of practice and assess with respective operations to determine suitability and compliance.</li><li>License holder for Flammable Material, Hazardous Substance, Explosive Pre-cursor and Fire Safety Manager for the Factory as required by Local Authorities.</li><li>Manage development and implementation of both tactical and strategic Process Safety Management (PSM).</li><li>Perform any other duties as assigned.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Min. 2 years working experience in electronic or wafer manufacturing related environment.</li><li>Certified and registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WHSO), Fire Safety Manager Cert, HAZMAT knowledge/experience is an added advantage</li><li>Certified ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO50001 Lead / Internal Auditor with prior auditing experience.
