Reporting to the Global Human Resources Business Partner - Operations, dotted-line to Site General Manager, the incumbent is responsible for leading the full spectrum of HR functions at the site, ensuring strong HR operations, workforce stability, and alignment with global HR strategies.</li><li>This role partners closely with site leadership to drive performance, strengthen organizational capability, and build a resilient, high-performing workforce.</li></ul> The incumbent will: Business Partnering &amp; Leadership Support <ul><li>Act as a strategic HR partner to the Site General Manager and leadership team.</li><li>Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategies.</li><li>Support leaders in decision-making related to performance, engagement, and talent.</li></ul> Talent Management &amp; Workforce Planning <ul><li>Lead manpower planning aligned with production and operational needs.</li><li>Drive recruitment strategies, especially for operators, technicians, and critical roles.</li><li>Build and maintain talent pipelines (including internal mobility across GSO sites).</li><li>Oversee onboarding and integration of new hires.</li></ul> Performance &amp; Capability Development <ul><li>Implement performance management processes and ensure consistency.</li><li>Identify capability gaps and drive training and development initiatives.</li><li>Partner with global teams to deploy leadership development programs.</li><li>Strengthen frontline leadership capability (e.g., supervisors, shift leads, cell leads).</li></ul> Employee Engagement &amp; Culture <ul><li>Drive engagement initiatives aligned with site needs and global framework.</li><li>Developing and executing engagement action plans.</li><li>Monitor employee sentiment, attrition trends, and address root causes.</li><li>Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.</li></ul> Employee Relations &amp; Compliance <ul><li>Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary cases and grievances.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.</li><li>Partner with legal or external stakeholders when required.</li><li>Promote fair and consistent HR practices across the site.</li></ul> HR Operations &amp; Excellence <ul><li>Oversee HR operations including payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR systems.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting (headcount, attrition, etc.).</li><li>Drive HR process improvements and standardization.</li><li>Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal controls.</li></ul> Site HR Team Leadership <ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop the site HR team.</li><li>Build HR capability to act as strong business partners to line managers.</li><li>Drive consistency and quality in HR service delivery.</li></ul> Change Management &amp; Transformation <ul><li>Lead HR initiatives related to transformation, restructuring, or stabilization.</li><li>Support crisis management and recovery plans (e.g., high attrition, ramp-up challenges).</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>More than 10 years’ experience in site HR leadership roles supporting about 80 employees’ size, and manufacturing experience is a must,</li><li>BA/BS degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.&nbsp;</li><li>SHRM or PHR Certificate.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to deliver change management programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive knowledge of employment laws and practices.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Excellent problem solving and critical thinking abilities demonstrate a high competence in organizational decision making.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Design Authority Responsibilities <ul><li>Validate solution designs and ensure architectural consistency across modules and projects.</li><li>Conduct detailed design reviews for GAPs, FDDs, and technical specifications before Design Authority approval.</li><li>Identify integration and performance risks early in the design phase and guide mitigation strategies.</li><li>Support the Design Authority in ensuring end-to-end solution coherence, especially across Finance, SCM, Project Ops, and Sales.</li><li>Work closely with the Domain Architect ERP to ensure:</li><li>Alignment with our client ERP domain architecture and roadmap.</li><li>Adherence to Microsoft’s D365 best practices and upgrade paths.</li><li>System-critical modifications are designed and implemented with risk awareness.</li><li>Data migration and interface designs follow architectural standards.</li><li>Collaborate with Lead Consultants and Developers to ensure designs are feasible, efficient, and maintainable.</li></ul> Solution Delivery Responsibilities <ul><li>Provide hands-on architecture support to delivery teams during all project phases (Blueprint, Build, Test, Deploy).</li><li>Define and communicate solution patterns and reusable components to increase delivery efficiency.</li><li>Oversee the technical integrity of ERP solutions and their alignment with the target architecture.</li><li>Support complex problem-solving, performance optimization, and integration design.</li><li>Ensure compliance with our client ERP governance, documentation, and security standards.</li><li>Act as the quality gate for designs entering the Design Authority approval process.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft D365 ERP solution design and implementation, with deep knowledge across multiple modules (Finance, SCM, or Project Operations).</li><li>Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant in large-scale international ERP programs.</li><li>Strong understanding of D365 data models, integrations (Data Management Framework, Dual Write, APIs), and reporting (SSRS, Power BI).</li><li>Experience in solution governance, design validation, and architecture documentation.</li><li>Familiarity with Azure integration services, Power Platform, and lifecycle management tools (LCS).</li><li>Agile mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong delivery orientation.</li><li>Ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams, ensuring alignment between design, build, and deployment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (both written and verbal).</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Financial Accounting</li><li>Responsible for third-party and inter-company AP invoices approval, posting and payments for one or several SEAP entities (e.g.: Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia).</li><li>Responsible for staff claims approval, posting and payment for one or several SEAP entities (e.g.: Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia).</li><li>Approvals of Intercompany, 3rd party and staff claims require review of supporting documents and compliance with Delegation of Authority, before payment.</li><li>ERP: Update exchange rates in SAP and perform month-end revaluations.</li><li>ERP: Manage vendor creation in SAP B1.</li><li>ERP: Reconcile Statement of Accounts from third-party and inter-company suppliers against AP Aging in SAP B1. Resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.</li><li>Interco reconciliation tool (HFM): Upload inter-company transactions in HFM and ensure proper matching.</li><li>Prepare assigned Balance Sheet schedules.</li><li>Post certain standard monthly journal entries</li><li>Cash flows, financing and engagement with banks</li><li>Prepare the monthly cash flow forecast for review by Senior Accountant.</li><li>Periodically check sufficient liquidity for operations and proactively alert Manager about any potential cash flow situations.</li><li>Ensure external/internal loan repayments and interest payments are promptly processed according to the due date/payment terms.</li><li>Handle banker’s guarantee issuance and liaise with bank on AP-related matters</li><li>Tax and GST</li><li>Prepare GST/SST/VAT/WHT filing for review by Finance Manager/Senior Accountant prior to submission.</li><li>Audits/ Projects and Adhoc</li><li>Support the annual audit process by providing required documents to both external and internal auditors.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist and actively participate in project and system implementation activities.</li><li>Cover other AP executive’s daily operations during period of leave or absence.</li><li>Undertake any ad-hoc Finance assignment as required.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, etc).</li><li>3 years’ experience of Accounts Payables.</li><li>Experience in administering inter-company invoices, 3rd party invoices and staff expense claims, including payment</li></ul>
