Role Description: <ul><li>BASIC FUNCTIONS: This position performs complex research, design, and software development assignments within a software functional area or product line, and provides direct input to project plans, schedules, and methodology in the development of cross-functional software products.</li><li>This position performs software design — typically across multiple systems; mentors more-junior members of the team; and talks to users/customers and translates their requests into solutions.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.</li><li>Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system components.</li><li>Complete complex bug fixes.</li><li>Work closely with other development team members to understand complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.</li><li>Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.</li><li>Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders.</li><li>Resolve complex technical issues as necessary.</li><li>Train entry-level software engineers as directed by department management, ensuring they are knowledgeable in critical aspects of their roles.</li><li>Keep abreast of new technology developments.</li><li>Design and work with complex data models.</li><li>Mentor less-senior software developers on development methodologies and optimization techniques.</li><li>All other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications <ul><li>4+ years of Software Engineering experience.</li><li>BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required.</li></ul> Technical Skills <ul><li>Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).</li><li>Strong proficiency with data manipulation language including optimization techniques.</li><li>Strong understanding of normalized/dimensional data modeling principles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of multiple data storage subsystems.</li><li>Expertise in development languages including but not limited to: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, and .Net.</li><li>Strong research skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge in industry best practices in development.</li><li>Knowledge in using and developing applicable tool sets.</li><li>Ability to interface competently with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.</li><li>Ability to work well with internal and external technology resources.</li><li>Knowledge of test-driven development.</li><li>Ability to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system components.</li><li>Ability to complete complex bug fixes.</li><li>Good oral and written communication skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develops and implements business strategy to meet customer needs.</li><li>drives the creation and execution of business plans within each Area to deliver the required business results. manages operating budget and allocates resources as required to achieve business plans.</li><li>Develops and leads an integrated business planning process to identify opportunities to increase strategic product sales: Step 1 Stakeholder business analysis , Step 2 Local market planning &amp; Step 3 Plan execution and tracking.</li><li>Leads the process of detailed customers profiling and segmenting, co-creates with his/her team the visit strategies based on segmentation, tracks the progress of deals closing from early to final closing stage.</li><li>Coordinates cross-functional activity and resource deployment to ensure consistent execution of strategy and delivery of results. works with Tech &amp; Application, Marketing, Sales Force Excellence, and Pharma Key Account Teams to achieve results delivery.</li><li>Leads the work of developing effective and enduring customer relationships.&nbsp;</li><li>personally, takes responsibility for strong relationships with the most significant customers and stakeholders.</li><li>Develops in-depth understanding of market environment and customers. communicates customer insights to internal stakeholders to develop new business strategies.</li><li>Provides inspirational leadership and coaching to direct reports. ensures that all leaders in the Region focus on developing talent. creates a culture of high performance, learning and development.</li><li>Works within ethical and compliance policies and creates a culture that ensures all reports, direct and indirect, do the same.</li><li>Creates a diverse and inclusive environment free from all forms of discrimination and harassment.</li><li>Closely coordinate with Marketing on implementation of the Product Strategy.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, biomedical engineering, life sciences, or related field. MBA is a plus</li><li>Minimum 7-10 years of experience in senior sales management or medical marketing within the medical devices industry, preferably in the segment of ultrasound/medical imaging/EEG</li><li>Strong knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare landscape, especially in medical devices commercial and its processes</li><li>Proven ability to develop and execute Sales Force Excellence strategies, building a new market segment, particularly within the innovative medical devices.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis with healthcare practitioners.</li><li>Strong people leadership, able to lead &amp; guide diverse individual personalities</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.</li><li>Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.</li></ul>
