Role Description: <ul><li>This position is in a fast-paced business environment for B2B customer support team, where in you will handle escalated customer care issues either through direct personal action or by escalating to the proper individual/department.</li><li>You will need to Coordinate with resources for the resolution of system related problems and provide specific feedback to other departments to aid all open issues.</li><li>This responsibility includes collaboration between both on site and virtual resources as necessary. Responsibilities: <ul><li>High-Speed Stamping Die Design – Hands-on experience in designing and developing high-precision, high-speed progressive dies, including strip layout, component design, tolerance management, die trials, troubleshooting, and prove-out.</li><li>DFM &amp; Product Understanding – Excellent DFM skills with strong knowledge of automotive product drawings, GD&amp;T, and customer specifications, converting product requirements into feasible stamping concepts.</li><li>Die Costing &amp; Project Management – Proficient in die cost estimation covering materials, machining, standard components, and tooling investment, with end-to-end project handling from RFQ and design through validation and PPAP.</li><li>Communication &amp; Negotiation – Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective customer, supplier, and cross-functional coordination, including technical discussions, change management, timelines, and cost negotiations</li><li>Demonstrate a proactive approach and apply lateral thinking to solve problems and improve processes.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering</li><li>Post Diploma in Tool design</li><li>Diploma in Tool making</li><li>5 to 10 years of relevant experience.</li><li>Proficient with CAD software – 3D modelling, 2D drafting, and assembly.</li><li>Proficient with MS Office tools.</li><li>Good knowledge in manufacturing processes.</li><li>Good communication skills for stakeholder interaction; proactive and capable of lateral thinking.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Planning <ul><li>Initiate annual EHS training plan &amp; EHS internal audit plan in order to meet the department annual operating plan.</li></ul> Procedures &amp; Document Update <ul><li>Review &amp; update EHS procedure according to internal &amp; external audit finding.</li><li>Initiate, update and execute EHS policies or procedures according to national laws and regulations or S.A.F.E or Global company policies in order to fulfill company EHS system and make work efficient.</li></ul> Safety and Health Management <ul><li>Submit application to Safety Bureau for Safety and Health Impact Assessment and other required permits or registration in order to meet the requirement of national laws and regulations.</li><li>Conduct Safety Standard Management review and follow to Benchmark EHS System.</li><li>Coordinate industrial hygiene monitoring, evaluation, medical surveillance in order to prevent occupational disease.</li><li>Maintain SAFE and environment tool with continuous improvement.</li><li>Follow up Incident investigation, correction and Injury Trend Analysis in order to prevent incidents.</li><li>Conduct canteen and dormitory inspection with Admin. to supervise food safety and fire safety,in order to prevent incidents.</li><li>Conduct contractor &amp; supplier EHS management, issuing non-routine high risk task permits, in order to prevent incidents.&nbsp;</li></ul> EHS Projects <ul><li>Lead and follow up JSA, LOTO, Ergo, Machine Guarding,BBS, Nearhit reporting, PPE management, IH, Environmental and etc.</li><li>Coordinate the Kaizens and other EHS activities, in order to meet SAFE and our client requirement and prevent incidents.</li></ul> Audit <ul><li>Implement routine EHS internal audit and examine;</li><li>Prepare necessary material or data sheet for S.A.F.E ,customer, local government, global our client audit in order to ensure meet compliance requirements.</li></ul> Reporting &amp; Training<ul><li>Prepare Monthly EHS performance report in order to present EHS performance;</li><li>Organize health and safety related training to employee in order to promote the awareness of health and safety.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum must posses Bachelors in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Engineering and other related education.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 5 years of EH&amp;S experience required in Manufacturing Industry, more focused on safety;</li><li>Possesses a strong grasp of Malaysias EHS laws and regulations, EHS Greenbook, can conduct compliance assessments, Familiar with DOE and DOSH or other local authorities.</li><li>Autonomous ability in conducting audits and inspections of all aspects of EHS.</li><li>Good reading and writing in English and Mandarin (added advantage)</li><li>Skilled in leveraging Excel for data analysis, visualization, and strong tracking key metrics.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Accounts Payable – Third-Party and Staff Claims Processing: <ul><li>Responsible for posting and processing payments for third-party AP invoices and staff claims for two Thailand entities.</li><li>Verify all third-party AP invoices and staff claims to ensure approvals and relevant supporting documents are in place according to the DOA before payment.</li></ul> Accounts Payable – Intercompany Processing and Group System (HFM) Biannual Reconciliation: <ul><li>Responsible for posting and processing payments for intercompany AP invoices for two Thailand entities.</li><li>Verify all intercompany AP invoices to ensure approvals and relevant supporting documents are in place according to the DOA before payment.</li><li>Obtain Statement of Accounts from inter-company suppliers and reconcile with AP Aging in SAP B1.</li><li>Resolve any disputes with intercompany suppliers.</li><li>HFM reconciliation: Upload and match HFM transactions.</li></ul> Cashflow &amp; Loan Management: <ul><li>Provide the monthly cash outflow and inflow forecast for review by Senior Accountant.</li><li>Contribute to maintaining adequate cash flow for operations and proactively alert the Senior Accountant of any foreseeable cash flow issues.</li><li>Ensure loan repayments and interest payments are promptly processed according to the due date/payment terms.</li></ul> Tax Related – VAT/WHT: <ul><li>Prepare VAT/WHT filing/certificates/payments for review by Senior Accountant.</li></ul> Accounts Receivable Tasks: <ul><li>Follow up on collections from customers before the due date or when overdue.</li><li>Record AR transactions in SAP.</li><li>Send AR Aging report to Sales and AR incoming report to Senior Accountant monthly.</li><li>Issue AR Credit Notes based on approved CN form.</li></ul> Other Accounting Tasks: <ul><li>Update exchange rates in SAP and perform month-end revaluations.</li><li>Creation/maintenance of customer and vendor records in SAP.</li><li>Prepare and manage bank guarantees.</li><li>Support audits by providing required documents to external and internal auditors.</li><li>Undertake any ad hoc finance assignments as required.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in Accounting</li><li>Ability to read and communicate in English would be preferred</li><li>Financial Accounting (AP/AR/Tax)</li><li>Administration of intercompany and third-party invoices, as well as staff expense claim payments</li><li>Microsoft Office including Excel and Word</li></ul>
