We are involved throughout the offshore wind value chain, from pre-tender, through the tendering phase, project delivery, and throughout the operational phase. </li><li>We are responsible for securing permits for our partners offshore wind portfolio, and for enabling permit compliance during project delivery and operations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>In the Netherlands, our partners and its partners are operating the 1.5GW Hollandse Kust Zuid project, and have just secured rights to develop the 2GW Zeevonk project.</li><li>Beyond our current portfolio, we see an exciting pipeline of future opportunities in this core offshore wind market.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>As (Sr.) Consent Manager in Offshore Wind, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our offshore wind projects in the Netherlands.</li><li>You will act as a coordinator and problem solver within the organization, working together with different teams and disciplines.</li><li>In addition you will be a key contact person externally towards authorities.</li><li>As Consent Manager you will have the opportunity to work across all stages of the project including project development, delivery and operations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Your tasks may include:&nbsp; <ul><li>Analyze Consenting requirements, risks and opportunities to support project selection.</li><li>Deliver and implement a Consenting Strategy in development projects to support bid preparation.&nbsp;</li></ul> Obtain Consent&nbsp; <ul><li>Understand, anticipate and communicate which permits, laws and regulations are applicable to our projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure timely application for and receipt of permits needed to ensure our projects run smoothly.&nbsp;</li></ul> Enable Consent Compliance&nbsp; <ul><li>Actively track and manage our permit requirements and commitments.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with project teams and packages to enable full permit compliance of their respective scopes.</li><li>Engage with and report to permitting authorities (e.g. RVO, KGG, RWS, SodM) as required or beneficial to the project.&nbsp;</li></ul> Steer Consent&nbsp; <ul><li>Monitor and anticipate regulatory developments with a potential impact on our permits.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to regulatory developments directly through consultations, or via our industry associations or interest groups.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>You have an analytical mindset coupled with strong project management-, communication- and interpersonal skills.</li><li>You are able to structure and process complex information and discern implications for our business. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Drive profitable sales growth in Process Industry (Industrial, Food &amp; Beverage and Waste &amp; Water Environment) sector of Japan.</li><li>Drive and implement strategic objectives as agreed with the Process Industry Sales Engineer of Japan.</li><li>Achieve the above through collaborative working with the Japan Process Industry Leader.</li><li>Meet or exceed sales and profit targets for Japan using all the facilities, sales and marketing resource available within the planned expenditure.</li><li>Manage to ensure sales support team, re-sellers/3rd parties, and their sales forces are well trained in our product lines, technically and in selling, and motivated, and that monitoring systems are put in place to ensure that sales engineers selling efficiencies can be increased.</li><li>Manage to ensure the staff under your control are striving for the same goals, to keep all Process Industry (Industrial, Food &amp; Beverage and Waste &amp; Water Environment) sector sales engineers and staff motivated by example.</li><li>Comply with all aspects of Group policy and procedures as required.</li><li>Ensure regional customer needs are understood and met, growth opportunities identified and the Customer Value Propositions are appropriately presented.</li><li>Work with Group Supply to ensure the appropriate level of factory technical and commercial support is given to Customers, sector sales managers and sales engineers, sales support team, and resellers in the region.</li><li>Advise upon and oversee the implementation of new product launches and sector focused marketing campaigns for Japan.</li><li>Provide orders and sales forecast updates and business reporting on performance compared to Plan and prior year, as required.</li><li>Report to the Japan Process Industry Leader, for any changes needed to promote an increase in sales, offering insight into new opportunities, market/sector developments, competitor activity, product enhancements and any changes needed for the betterment in Japan.</li><li>Ability to make decisions concerning the followings together with to the Japan Process Industry Leader.</li><li>Leading and guiding the sales engineers, and Technical Support team in daily activity.</li><li>Pricing and other sales strategy</li><li>Justification of the operating budget and proper allocation of resources</li><li>Ability to work with local Japan management as well as NEA and senior our client management across the group.</li><li>Skills to lead sales organisation to achieve sales targets.</li><li>Needs to work well with co-workers, resellers/3rd parties, and customers, and achieve desired results.</li><li>Ability to foster relationships with external institutes and organizations to promote.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>University degree/Diploma, preferable in Mechanical, Industrial and Chemistry Engineering etc.</li><li>Must have above 4 years sales or marketing experience; prefer direct sales experience.</li><li>Experience in process engineering.</li></ul>
