Role Description: <ul><li>The Country Head is the most senior commercial executive and face of our petroleum business in Country.</li><li>This role serves as the primary growth driver and central leadership authority for business operations within the market.</li><li>This role is laser-focused on aggressively expanding market share, revenue, and profitability while providing inspirational leadership and strategic direction to all country-based teams.</li><li>The Country Head has direct line management responsibility for the sales organization and exercises influential leadership over all other functions to ensure cohesive execution of growth strategies and achievement of growth ambitions as articulated in Destination 2030 Strategy.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Growth Leadership and Market Expansion <ul><li>Develop and execute robust growth strategies to grow the Company’s market share and drive revenue growth.</li><li>Lead market penetration initiatives, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, customer segments, and geographic expansion possibilities.</li><li>Set the Country’s growth targets for the team, drive relentless execution and high team performance in country.</li><li>Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.</li><li>Champion innovative go-to-market strategies, pricing optimization, and value proposition development.</li><li>Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, focusing on high-value accounts and strategic partnerships.</li><li>Lead major deal negotiations and strategic customer relationships that positively impact business growth.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, government forums, and key customer and regulator engagements to enhance market position.</li><li>Develop comprehensive country business plans that align with Energy BU strategies.</li><li>Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisition opportunities.</li><li>Drive business development initiatives including new market entry strategies.</li><li>Conduct regular business reviews and adjust strategies based on market dynamics and performance.</li><li>Manage key stakeholder relationships including government officials, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.</li></ul> Sales Organization Leadership <ul><li>Directly manage and inspire the sales team to achieve exceptional performance and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier sales talent while building a high-performance sales culture.</li><li>Establish sales strategies, territory management, and account planning frameworks.</li><li>Implement sales processes, performance metrics, and incentive structures that drive results.</li><li>Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to sales team members to maximize their potential.</li><li>Lead sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance review processes.</li><li>Drive sales team accountability through regular performance monitoring and corrective action when needed.</li></ul> Performance Management and Results Delivery <ul><li>Take full accountability for country P&amp;L performance at gross margin level.</li><li>Partner with functional leaders to jointly set KPIS for all functions in country.</li><li>Ensure closure of receivables in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.</li><li>Implement risk management strategies and contingency planning for business continuity.</li><li>Report regularly to Petroleum leadership team on performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.</li></ul> Stakeholder Management &amp; External Relations <ul><li>Build and maintain strategic relationships with key government officials, regulatory authorities, and industry leaders.</li><li>Represent the companys interests in industry associations, chambers of commerce, and policy forums.</li><li>Ensure positive brand reputation and stakeholder confidence in the market.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Engineering, or business related field.</li><li>Masters degree (MBA) is a plus.</li><li>Industry-specific certifications or executive education programs advantageous.</li><li>Minimum 10-12 years of progressive leadership experience in petroleum, oil &amp; gas, or related energy industries.</li><li>At least 3 years’ experience in a leadership role.</li><li>Proven track record of driving significant business growth and market share expansion.</li><li>Experience managing sales organizations and achieving ambitious revenue targets.</li><li>Experience working in emerging markets or similar economic environments.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Safety Program Development <ul><li>Design and maintain comprehensive safety policies and procedures tailored to operations.</li><li>Conduct regular reviews and updates of safety protocols to align with evolving regulations.</li></ul> Risk Assessment &amp; Mitigation <ul><li>Perform workplace hazard assessments and risk analyses.</li><li>Develop strategies to mitigate risks and prevent workplace injuries.</li></ul> Compliance Management. <ul><li>Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.</li><li>Prepare documentation and reports for audits and inspections.</li></ul> Training &amp; Employee Engagement <ul><li>Conduct safety training sessions for employees, contractors, and visitors.</li><li>Promote a culture of safety awareness and responsibility across the organization.</li></ul> Incident Investigation &amp; Reporting <ul><li>Lead investigations into workplace accidents and near-misses.</li><li>Create detailed reports, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.</li></ul> Monitoring &amp; Inspections <ul><li>Perform routine inspections of equipment, facilities, and workspaces.</li><li>Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective measures.</li></ul> Emergency Preparedness <ul><li>Develop and oversee emergency response plans.</li><li>Coordinate drills and ensure readiness for potential crises.</li></ul> Collaboration &amp; Communication <ul><li>Work closely with leadership, HR, and operations teams to integrate safety into all aspects of the business.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related inquiries.</li><li>Assist with security-related initiatives and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure a secure work environment.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications like CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or OSHA certification are preferred.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety management role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.</li></ul> Skills: <ul><li>Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Effective communication and leadership abilities</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with safety management systems and software</li></ul> Work Environment <ul><li>Primarily office-based with frequent visits to production floors and facilities</li><li>Occasional travel may be required to other company locations or external sites</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Customer Service: <ul><li>Manage a team of 4-5</li><li>Advance best in class customer relations via Quality, Delivery, Innovation and Responsiveness</li><li>Develop/Lead customer engagement projects and processes focused onIncreasing customer forecast accuracy</li><li>Review demand forecasts and order priority with production planning &amp; control team; establish supply schedules for raw material based on production schedule in S&amp;OP meetings</li><li>Resource and capacity planning for work load assessment.</li><li>Developing behavior analytics which enhance proactive customer engagement focused on minimizing waste and increasing the customer experience</li></ul> Trade Supply Chain Management: <ul><li>Manage a team of 4-5</li><li>To focus on part availability, on time delivery to the customer, Quality and Cost Reduction by utilizing resources effectively</li><li>Driving supply chain and logistics excellence and ensuring the compliance of all statutory requirements in order to achieve Business goals</li><li>Provide innovative planning and logistics solutions to find and implement efficiencies with cross-functional teams&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>MBA</li><li>15 years + relevant customer experience management background required.</li><li>SAP – 10+ years’ experience</li><li>Extensive transactional working experience in manufacturing industry under CS &amp; Supply chain.</li><li>Knowledge/understanding of Customer Relationship Management/CRM systems.</li><li>Preferred experience of Aerospace and Defense.</li></ul>
