Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide technical input to LP and economic modeling.</li><li>Develop chemical process yields, qualities, and balances for process configurations in the refining and chemical units.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations in the financial model output and the ability to guide management to select the best configurations for LTC project cases.</li><li>Provide technical support for capital projects involving petrochemical units at various stages of the project life cycle (pre-feasibility, feasibility, pre-feed, feed basic design, detailed engineering, and construction).</li><li>Analyze the market and identifying opportunities for business growth.</li><li>Conduct research on competitors to identify opportunities for new products or services</li><li>Develop effective strategies to increase brand awareness in target markets</li><li>Research new technologies, regulations, and other factors that may affect business models</li><li>Develop effective project execution strategies, plans, and teams</li><li>Establish new client relationships and maintaining existing ones in order to generate revenue</li><li>Deliver the tools, templates, and systems to ensure the safe, passionate, and flawless delivery of the project.</li><li>Ensure stage deliverables are developed to support estimating.</li><li>liaison between project management and technical disciplines to achieve integration across all project disciplines.</li><li>Ensure that the contractor has the appropriate tools and systems for executing the project.</li><li>Ensure scope, risk, and interfaces are captured; manage interfaces between internal and external parties and document them.</li><li>Manage scope development and its impact on cost and schedule.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably chemical Engineering.</li><li>At least 15 years of related experience, with a focus in the Refining and petrochemicals industry.</li><li>At least two years’ experience in linear programming and economics modeling.</li><li>Strong experience in chemical derivative process licensor selection and technology analysis.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>With a keen eye for customer success and loyalty, the individual in this position will lead our sales team in LAM.</li><li>The Senior Manager Sales in the Energy business unit plays a critical strategic role in driving revenue growth through LAM account management excellence and best in class thought leadership in select end markets (applications).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>This team partners extensively with customers across the LAM region as well as members of our Strategy and Business Development, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering and Regional sales leaders, to develop and execute the BU Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and tactics to drive growth, within a direct reporting and matrix managed structure.</li><li>We are flexible on the location within South America with a preference for candidates based in Brazil.</li><li>The Senior Manager Sales will bring a strategic growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mind-set, excellent commercial acumen, and leadership experience, “Go to Market” track record, deep customer relationships and a hands-on leadership style.</li><li>The person must have the ability to inspire, engage and motivate a large regional sales team to execute on the desired strategy in a broad portfolio of technical products whilst operating in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Success in the role requires extensive experience in the Utility Sales Market in each country of Latin America and major geographies of Central America and Caribbean region. Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Ensure mass production and quality during sample production to mass production, quality planning for early-stage projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with project engineers, product engineers, and process engineers for new project development.&nbsp;</li><li>Focus on internal quality and reliability analysis and control, early-stage quality planning, and sampling frequency.</li><li>Provides technical support in evaluating products from a quality and reliability standpoint.</li><li>Leads cross-functional problem-solving teams to investigate quality issues, minimize customer impact, PPM, and cost of poor quality, and drive timely resolution.</li><li>Responsible for coordinating and ensuring completion of customer quality requested activities across design and manufacturing.
