Responsibilities: <ul><li>Act as the focal point of contact for technical resolutions while managing the incident, problem and knowledge management processes for the applications in scope.</li><li>Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issues.</li><li>Manage 3rd party product vendors and integration partners to ensure application code fix deliveries are timely and good quality.</li><li>Design appropriate metrics for reporting on key performance and quality indicators.</li><li>Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization.</li><li>Work with production support team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing.</li><li>Work with business stakeholders to manage and prioritize the overall book of work in terms of problem remediation.</li><li>Contribute to improvement initiatives relating to methods, tools, people, architecture, project management and governance.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar domain; Additional professional/technical qualifications will be advantageous.</li><li>At least 6 years’ experience in relevant Banking applications / Information Technology.</li><li>Proficient in IBM AS400 platform, RPG, COBOL, CL programming.</li><li>Good understanding and experience in of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or AGILE.</li><li>Well-versed in service management or production support’s process flow and cycle.</li><li>Experience leading a small team and providing guidance to junior developers.</li><li>Knowledge of Silverlake’s banking software suite is an added advantage.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead development teams through all phases of the Agile development life cycle.</li><li>Coach and mentor junior talent, including pair-programming and reviewing AIgenerated code with engineering judgment.</li><li>Influence and collaborate with software developers, UX designers, product managers, application architects, and customer application experts to create</li><li>amazing apps.</li><li>Champion responsible adoption of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) on the team—setting prompt patterns, distinguishing AI Skills</li><li>(deterministic capabilities) from Agents (autonomous, multi-step workflows), and following company guidance for data handling, PII protection, IP compliance, and code provenance in regulated financial services contexts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and technology standards set by company.</li><li>Participate in addressing root cause analyses, incident reports, and provide direction in problem resolution.</li><li>Ability to analyze production defects, troubleshoot systems, identify root cause, and implement fixes.</li><li>Provide 24x7 on-call support periodically throughout the year.</li><li>Identify ways to increase efficiency and improve system performance, including by piloting AI tools and agentic workflows for repetitive engineering tasks.</li><li>Work with third party vendors to develop software and/or integrate their software into company products.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years in full stack development with a strong focus on JavaScript (React JS in particular) OR, in lieu of degree, with 7 years of experience in the same.</li><li>Hands-on experience using at least one AI coding assistant (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent) as part of regular development workflow.</li><li>Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Redux, Styled-Components, and RTL or Cypress.</li><li>Familiarity with AI-native concepts—RAG patterns, vector databases, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and agent orchestration—and how they differ from</li><li>traditional architecture.</li><li>Awareness of the open-source AI tooling ecosystem (Continue.dev, Aider, Cline, Ollama). Responsibilities: Accounts Payable – Third-Party and Staff Claims Processing: <ul><li>Responsible for posting and processing payments for third-party AP invoices and staff claims for two Thailand entities.</li><li>Verify all third-party AP invoices and staff claims to ensure approvals and relevant supporting documents are in place according to the DOA before payment.</li></ul> Accounts Payable – Intercompany Processing and Group System (HFM) Biannual Reconciliation: <ul><li>Responsible for posting and processing payments for intercompany AP invoices for two Thailand entities.</li><li>Verify all intercompany AP invoices to ensure approvals and relevant supporting documents are in place according to the DOA before payment.</li><li>Obtain Statement of Accounts from inter-company suppliers and reconcile with AP Aging in SAP B1.</li><li>Resolve any disputes with intercompany suppliers.</li><li>HFM reconciliation: Upload and match HFM transactions.</li></ul> Cashflow &amp; Loan Management: <ul><li>Provide the monthly cash outflow and inflow forecast for review by Senior Accountant.</li><li>Contribute to maintaining adequate cash flow for operations and proactively alert the Senior Accountant of any foreseeable cash flow issues.</li><li>Ensure loan repayments and interest payments are promptly processed according to the due date/payment terms.</li></ul> Tax Related – VAT/WHT: <ul><li>Prepare VAT/WHT filing/certificates/payments for review by Senior Accountant.</li></ul> Accounts Receivable Tasks: <ul><li>Follow up on collections from customers before the due date or when overdue.</li><li>Record AR transactions in SAP.</li><li>Send AR Aging report to Sales and AR incoming report to Senior Accountant monthly.</li><li>Issue AR Credit Notes based on approved CN form.</li></ul> Other Accounting Tasks: <ul><li>Update exchange rates in SAP and perform month-end revaluations.</li><li>Creation/maintenance of customer and vendor records in SAP.</li><li>Prepare and manage bank guarantees.</li><li>Support audits by providing required documents to external and internal auditors.</li><li>Undertake any ad hoc finance assignments as required.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in Accounting</li><li>Ability to read and communicate in English would be preferred</li><li>Financial Accounting (AP/AR/Tax)</li><li>Administration of intercompany and third-party invoices, as well as staff expense claim payments</li><li>Microsoft Office including Excel and Word</li></ul>
