Role Description:&nbsp;&nbsp; <ul><li>The Distribution Resource Planner works alongside the Regional Distribution Planner in guaranteeing uninterrupted supply to customers and/or our client sites by balancing supply, demand and inventory.&nbsp;</li><li>The role serves in active partnership on all supply related questions from business partners (BO Management, Demand Manager, Product Quality, Sales, Logistics, Customers Service, Manufacturing and Supply Planner).&nbsp;</li><li>This person will work closely with Global planning and functionally reports to the Supply Chain Manager.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Inventory: Responsible for administration around inventory movements, manage inventory levels and replenishment orders,you manage aged &amp; blocked inventories, relabeling.&nbsp;</li><li>Furthermore, responsible for monthly reconciliations of inventory levels stored at 3rd party warehouses and consignment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> <ul><li>Planning: Monitor the 6-month rolling supply plan for imported products as assigned aligned with the regional planner,understand and execute the key analytics in line with the supply processes to ensure optimal demand &amp; supply balance.&nbsp;</li><li>This includes for example coordination on the drumming schedule and vessel arrangements.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> <ul><li>Projects &amp; Coordination: Initiate improvement opportunities (processes, tools and knowledge) and support implementation of these pro-actively, including optimization of shipment modes, loads and packaging based on costs and inventory.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Reporting: Assume responsibility for effective and timely Analysis and Reporting, analyze demand data and measure forecast accuracy, support in the evaluation and maintenance of Safety Stock and Target Inventory numbers for the region and ensures full compliance with Corporate Standard Operating Procedures and all Sarbanes Oxley required processes&nbsp;</li></ul> <ul><li>Safety - Comply with our client safety and wellness musts, complete required HSES trainings through TEDS.&nbsp;Actively engage and promote activities that will enhance safety culture&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> <ul><li>Short Term Planning - Develop and maintain the 6-12 month rolling supply plan for assigned product lines and be an active partner on all supply questions for business partners (BU Management, Demand Managers, Sales, Logistics, Customer Service and Supply Planners)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> <ul><li>Long Term Planning - Actively supports the Supply Manager in developing the 24 month supply plan for assigned product lines.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> <ul><li>Demand Verification - Analyze (6 month) demand data, measure forecast accuracy, take appropriate actions, engage with commercial team on forecast changes and document/report out on those&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> <ul><li>Analytics - Understand and execute the key analytics in line with the supply processes to achieve optimal demand &amp; supply balance (re-ordering strategy and execution, reacting to changes in demand)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> <ul><li>OPEX - Participate in regional (OpEx) meetings that are being held for the business planning for&nbsp;Metrics - Develop, maintain and review inventory measures and take appropriate actions (a.o. safety stock review, dead stock review, 60-100 day file, EEOA, DQO). Responsibilities: <ul><li>As a Regional Account Manager supporting Utilities, a typical day may include: Selling Wildlife &amp; Asset&nbsp;</li><li>protection covering LV, MV, and HV applications.&nbsp;</li><li>Managing sales to Investor-Owned Utilities (IOU) and Public Power&nbsp;</li><li>utilities through our distributor partners. Responsibilities: Pacific Region Specification Activity management <ul><li>Identify upcoming projects in the market</li><li>Reach and influence decision makers involved in those projects to specify the technical features of our products</li><li>Follow-up on the project in its different stages (specification, pricing &amp; budget, order, supply chain, etc).</li><li>Completion of specification sheets</li><li>Provide technical support and training during prescription seminars and fairs</li></ul> Business Development &amp; Specification for Project Business <ul><li>Create and/or update a regional map of stakeholders in the area (consultants, contractors, end users, distributors, etc) and their market focus (industry, IT, etc)</li><li>Work as a hunter, to generate and follow-up on leads, to boost the project pipeline and create interest</li><li>Be involved and supportive in the pre-sales phases (compliance, technical comparison, BOQ creation, counter objections, etc.)</li></ul> Support Specification Marketing actions &amp; tools <ul><li>Support product launches</li><li>Participate in marketing actions</li><li>Assist with market data pricing analysis</li><li>Platforming of accounts and account management planning</li></ul> Performance plan and KPI’s <ul><li>Identify spec-in action plans, target and flag corresponding accounts in SalesForce</li><li>Link opportunities to the selected action plans&nbsp;and the corresponding data</li><li>Update and follow KPI’s for specification effort</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp;<ul><li>Degree in Engineering and/or a strong electrical trade background in the commercial or industrial space</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in specifying in the electrical engineering industry</li><li>Good understanding of low voltage distribution &amp; applications</li><li>Demonstrates substantial experience within the electrical low voltage market, complemented by a well-established local network that includes panel builders, M&amp;E consultants, electrical contractors and end users.</li><li>Prioritises product offer specification, working closely with consultants and large end users, with a particular emphasis on the Data Centre (DTC) segment.</li><li>Acts as a highly strategic, commercially driven sales leader, with a proven knowledge and history of success in the Pacific DTC segment.</li><li>Possesses a robust technical background, especially in critical power systems, which is essential for the role.</li><li>Is capable of leveraging key contacts and decision makers to benefit the organization.</li><li>Effectively operates in a matrix environment, collaborating with local PCO and PSM sales and technical engineering leads, as well as the regional key account team, to strengthen the company’s presence and install base in the Pacific.</li><li>Additionally, works closely with our Pacific (PSM Partner) to develop a comprehensive offer strategy</li></ul>
