Responsibilities: Project Timeline: <ul><li>Identify/align projects goals and scope with PJM and PM, breakdown tasks of tooling/process developments and qualification</li><li>Make/align tooling development and qualification timeline, assign tasks to Ops team include tooling development, materials purchase</li><li>Track and manage project team to execute project progress based on committed project schedule</li></ul> Project Cost: <ul><li>Lead Ops to simulate sample cost and production cost to achieve project landing zone target, lead Ops to optimize launch cost to the best</li><li>Budget and control scrap cost through leverage design and manufacturing process to meet project target during NPI phase</li></ul> Project Execution: Guide capacity planning, materials sourcing, and manpower to support all builds in the plant.<ul><li>Oversee the progression of tooling/process development, identify bottleneck and issues, organize Ops team to improve those bottleneck and issues.</li><li>Oversee risks assessment in project execution, stay interlock with PJM to make mitigation plan and conduct the planned activities in Ops.</li><li>Finalize the Safe Launch plan for the appropriate mix of product, tool capability and demand with the approval of the PjM, Quality, MDPE, and PjE. a.&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead Safe Launch team meetings to assure successful HVM startup and manufacturing process qualification for attainment of required metrics for successful&nbsp;G5 handoff.</li><li>Align the budget with Ops team with the tooling list provided by MPDE-A, control total capital spending against CER.</li><li>Lead and coordinate line setup to conduct LVM sample builds and coordinate HVM tool builds.</li><li>Lead Ops to make ramp up plan, include materials, operations and tool capacity ramp up, ensure manufacture team take over production control smoothly after G5.</li></ul> Product Sustaining: <ul><li>Product migration, as a receiving or sending leader to execute product move in or move out, including project timeline, investment, cost control, machine/material/manpower preparation, safety stock, safe launch, etc.</li><li>Lead product capacity analysis and expand it through re-investment per estimation.&nbsp;</li></ul> Policies and Procedures: <ul><li>Provide guidance to new coming engineers or junior engineers.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, engineering background is preferred</li><li>PMP certification preferred</li><li>At least 8 years related working experience in project management, 3~5 years’ experience&nbsp;in connector/cable/cable assembly is a plus</li><li>Fluent oral and written/reading in English.</li></ul>

Roles &amp; Responsibilities: <ul><li>Technical leader of process development for high-speed cable assembly products used in data center, AI, and supercomputing applications</li><li>Core responsibilities include Process Definition, Tooling Design/Cost Estimation, Process Qualification, and Exploration of Advanced Manufacturing.</li><li>Coordinate and/or Participate in the Design and DFM reviews</li><li>Initiate and document PFMEA, assessing and actively mitigating process risks</li><li>I lead and troubleshoot LVM process development, tooling, production, and issues and actions.</li><li>Launch project through FACA /QCPC at yield and rate.</li><li>Provide detailed process Definition and Requirements to the Automation Team for auto-machine development</li><li>Concept design for core assembly process and tooling, DOE Experiment Design</li><li>Challenge Product Design for Manufacturability and Cost Feasibility</li><li>Support process transfer and troubleshooting in global cable assembly manufacturing locations as needed</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor or above degree and engineering background</li><li>5+ years. In High-Speed Cable Assembly process development, automation development, or Cable product design/development experience</li><li>Good teamwork and communication skills</li><li>Skillful in using Auto-cad and Pro/e</li><li>Knowledgeable of quality control and quality issue analysis and improvement.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Support engineering of Solar + BESS projects in ANZ for large scale applications.</li><li>Complete system design for PV projects including: plant cabling layout, voltage drop calculation, cable size and dimensions, single-line electrical connection, specification of disconnect</li><li>boxes location, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Preparation of design documents such as SLDs for electrical networks and switchgear components, Bill of Materials, Functional Design Specifications, sizing calculations, General</li><li>Arrangement drawings, cable schedules, earthing drawings. Develop sizing, specifications and selection of BESS and Balance Of Plant (BoP) Equipment.</li><li>Engagement with customers to collect structural, electrical and related project information for use in the design of the PV system.</li><li>Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during construction, installation, testing and commission stages as required by customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Project ownership – support to sales, customer support, detailed bill of material, project presentation and delivery/execution support.</li><li>Developing supporting documentation required for PV solar systems: instruction manuals, procedures and other, as defined in company quality system.</li><li>Provide sales, project managers and other internal departments with engineering support needed for successful project execution.</li><li>Champion the solar application in the region and propose optimal design applications.</li><li>Support evaluation of alternative products and solutions for solar applications.</li><li>Support customer training and participation in external events and promotional presentations.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>University degree (Electrical engineering / Renewables Energy Engineering / Photovoltaics and Solar Energy Engineering preferred)</li><li>Excellent knowledge of PV and BESS systems in large scale applications and construction practices</li><li>Any additional experience in tendering or estimation is valued</li><li>Competence in AUTOCAD is mandatory. Fully capable of producing drawings for PV and BESS projects with PVsyst or similar.</li><li>Well versed in Microsoft office and other MS Project tools</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>English language skills</li><li>Culturally sensitive</li><li>Ability to work within a cross functional team to maintain schedule and financial goals throughout a project</li><li>Pro-activeness</li><li>Resilient</li><li>Self-confident</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead and manage multiple cost estimation projects simultaneously</li><li>Develop and contribute to global company cost standards by region for responsible commodity&nbsp;</li><li>Analyze part data to identify and prioritize future projects and opportunities</li><li>Benchmark internal, competitor and supplier parts to identify gaps and/or technology advancements for responsible commodity</li><li>Develop cost estimations (should-cost or clean sheet) and identify, summarize and present cost gaps to key stakeholders</li><li>Analyze manufacturing overhead including cycle times, components, assembly, inspection etc.</li><li>Collaborate across teams and build rapport to implement identified opportunities into savings</li><li>Supports the design and development of proposed process changes</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>BA/BS Degree required (extensive experience will be considered). Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain preferred.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience within Supply Chain</li></ul>
