Role Description: <ul><li>This person will be responsible for Business development &amp; Technical Specifications for Fitout product categories (Tile adhesives, Waterproofing, Resilient flooring &amp; Resin flooring) by working with both Fitout companies, Contractors &amp; Sub-contractors.</li><li>The ideal candidate should have experience in handling larger projects with Fitout cos / contractors &amp; should have worked with consultants for specifications. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in construction chemicals industry with a strong technical background and business development. He/she should have effective communication and project management skills.</li><li>This role will report to VP-Sales &amp; Marketing (Fitout) in Dubai.</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; 1.Business Development <ul><li>Develop &amp; expand the fit-out and contractor customer base inline with the Business Plan.</li><li>Understand Industry standard &amp; methods and recommend appropriate products &amp; systems.</li><li>Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for product and service improvements.</li><li>Plan &amp; execute trainings &amp; product trials for customers as per their requirements.</li></ul> 2.Specification development: <ul><li>Collaborate with consultants to define clear and comprehensive technical product specification.</li><li>Review and refine consultant deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals for the fit-out companies and their sub-contractors.</li><li>Facilitate and undertake technical presentations with consultants.</li></ul> 3.Sales Management <ul><li>To deliver a profitable value &amp; volume growth across categories&nbsp;.</li><li>Ensure adherence to the commercial policy</li><li>Track &amp; manage multiple Projects through Project management tools with proper reviews and actions to improve.</li></ul> Requirements:	 Experience <ul><li>8–10+ years in construction chemicals/building materials.</li><li>Strong exposure to fit-out project sales and specification selling.</li><li>Experience handling large projects with fit-out contractors and consultants.</li><li>UAE market experience preferred.</li></ul> Technical Exposure (Must Have) <ul><li>Tile adhesives.</li><li>Waterproofing systems.</li><li>Flooring systems (resilient / resin / coatings).</li><li>Application methods and site troubleshooting.</li><li>Technical submittals and approvals.</li></ul> Skills &amp; Competencies <ul><li>Specification-led business development.</li><li>Project pipeline management.</li><li>Stakeholder management across consultants, contractors, applicators.</li><li>Technical presentation skills.</li><li>Commercial acumen.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul> Education <ul><li>Engineering degree (Civil / Chemical / Mechanical )</li></ul>
