Role Description: <ul><li>The Strategic Sales Manager, Data Center is responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying and developing new opportunities across the data center value chain—including hyperscale owners, colocation operators, contractors, and integrators.</li><li>This role focuses on expanding presence in the market through targeted engagement, solution positioning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative connectivity solutions that meet the evolving demands of data center infrastructure.</li><li>This is a fully remote position.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (executive level relationships and key decision makers) in the customer, apply professional selling methodology and leverage these relationships to position as a preferred supplier.</li><li>Design knowledge of data center systems, grounding, and other related applications.</li><li>Engagement with developed network of hyperscale owners and colocation operators for content expansion.</li><li>Research and development in new technology for new product development and stay current on technological developments in the field.</li><li>Generates new ideas, goes beyond the status quo; recognizes the need for new or modified approaches</li><li>Actively monitor &amp; maintain KPIs of customer relative to supplier performance standards.</li><li>Proactively promote the value which brings to the customer (with data / results) and work to efficiently service the account.</li><li>Financial tracking and reporting of strategy and business development efforts, market performance, and business planning results.</li><li>Engage in national and local industry events for market awareness and trainings</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>B.S. technical/business degree and 8 years of technical sales experience with 2+ years data center experience.</li><li>Preference will be given to candidates that possess technical backgrounds and have experience with data centers.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience managing project teams, both directly and through matrix organizations</li><li>Ability to travel 60-75% of the time.</li><li>Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with an entrepreneurial mindset</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a focus on listening to the customer.</li><li>Strong public speaking and presentation skills</li><li>Working knowledge of engineering design, procurement, and construction practices and procedures.</li><li>Multi-project execution experience</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for Accounts Payable of SEA &amp; AU region</li><li>Support daily finance and administrative work under guidance of Manager/Senior Accountant</li><li>Follow the instruction from Manager/Senior Accountant to support daily finance &amp; clerical work</li><li>Assist in annual statutory audit</li><li>Perform ad hoc assignments when required</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Relevant qualification with at least 2-3 years working experience in similar capacity</li><li>Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounting Assistant</li><li>Knowledge in SAP will be highly advantageous</li><li>Proactive team player with good communication skills</li><li>Detail-minded and able to meet tight deadlines</li><li>Good PC skills in Microsoft Excel and Word&nbsp;</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Country Head is the most senior commercial executive and face of our petroleum business in Country.</li><li>This role serves as the primary growth driver and central leadership authority for business operations within the market.</li><li>This role is laser-focused on aggressively expanding market share, revenue, and profitability while providing inspirational leadership and strategic direction to all country-based teams.</li><li>The Country Head has direct line management responsibility for the sales organization and exercises influential leadership over all other functions to ensure cohesive execution of growth strategies and achievement of growth ambitions as articulated in Destination 2030 Strategy.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Growth Leadership and Market Expansion <ul><li>Develop and execute robust growth strategies to grow the Company’s market share and drive revenue growth.</li><li>Lead market penetration initiatives, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, customer segments, and geographic expansion possibilities.</li><li>Set the Country’s growth targets for the team, drive relentless execution and high team performance in country.</li><li>Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.</li><li>Champion innovative go-to-market strategies, pricing optimization, and value proposition development.</li><li>Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, focusing on high-value accounts and strategic partnerships.</li><li>Lead major deal negotiations and strategic customer relationships that positively impact business growth.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, government forums, and key customer and regulator engagements to enhance market position.</li><li>Develop comprehensive country business plans that align with Energy BU strategies.</li><li>Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisition opportunities.</li><li>Drive business development initiatives including new market entry strategies.</li><li>Conduct regular business reviews and adjust strategies based on market dynamics and performance.</li><li>Manage key stakeholder relationships including government officials, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.</li></ul> Sales Organization Leadership <ul><li>Directly manage and inspire the sales team to achieve exceptional performance and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier sales talent while building a high-performance sales culture.</li><li>Establish sales strategies, territory management, and account planning frameworks.</li><li>Implement sales processes, performance metrics, and incentive structures that drive results.</li><li>Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to sales team members to maximize their potential.</li><li>Lead sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance review processes.</li><li>Drive sales team accountability through regular performance monitoring and corrective action when needed.</li></ul> Performance Management and Results Delivery <ul><li>Take full accountability for country P&amp;L performance at gross margin level.</li><li>Partner with functional leaders to jointly set KPIS for all functions in country.</li><li>Ensure closure of receivables in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.</li><li>Implement risk management strategies and contingency planning for business continuity.</li><li>Report regularly to Petroleum leadership team on performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.</li></ul> Stakeholder Management &amp; External Relations <ul><li>Build and maintain strategic relationships with key government officials, regulatory authorities, and industry leaders.</li><li>Represent the companys interests in industry associations, chambers of commerce, and policy forums.</li><li>Ensure positive brand reputation and stakeholder confidence in the market.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Engineering, or business related field.</li><li>Masters degree (MBA) is a plus.</li><li>Industry-specific certifications or executive education programs advantageous.</li><li>Minimum 10-12 years of progressive leadership experience in petroleum, oil &amp; gas, or related energy industries.</li><li>At least 3 years’ experience in a leadership role.</li><li>Proven track record of driving significant business growth and market share expansion.</li><li>Experience managing sales organizations and achieving ambitious revenue targets.</li><li>Experience working in emerging markets or similar economic environments.</li></ul>
