Role Description: <ul><li>The Executive Director of Operations is responsible for the leadership, performance and operational excellence of Mount Kilimanjaro Safari Clubs portfolio of safari lodges, camps, safari businesses and future hospitality ventures.</li><li>Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer – Hospitality &amp; Conservation, the role has executive accountability for the day-to-day and long-term performance of the Companys operations, ensuring exceptional safari and hospitality experiences, consistently high accommodation and service standards, effective asset management, operational efficiency and sustainable profitability across the portfolio.</li><li>The Executive Director of Operations translates the Companys strategy and commercial commitments into operational execution. Safari Business, Hospitality &amp; Guest Experience – 20% <ul><li>Provide executive leadership for Mount Kilimanjaro Safari Clubs safari business and hospitality operations across the portfolio.</li><li>Ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional safari, accommodation and hospitality experiences across all lodges, camps and safari operations.</li><li>Take executive accountability for the operational delivery of the complete guest journey, from reservation handover and pre-arrival preparation through arrival, accommodation, safari activities and departure.</li><li>Provide executive oversight of accommodation, front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, guiding, game drives, guest activities, safari logistics, fleet operations, maintenance, engineering and operational support services.</li><li>Establish and maintain clear operating and service standards across the portfolio while allowing properties to retain appropriate authenticity and sense of place.</li></ul> 3. Commercial Delivery, On-Ground Sales &amp; Financial Stewardship – 15% <ul><li>Take accountability for the operational delivery of the Companys commercial strategy across safari operations, lodges and camps.</li><li>Build and maintain strong on-ground relationships with tour operators, travel agents, DMCs, trade partners, corporate clients and other relevant market stakeholders.</li><li>Drive upselling and on-property revenue opportunities across accommodation, food and beverage, safari activities, transfers, retail and ancillary services.</li><li>Ensure operational teams understand and effectively deliver commercial campaigns, packages, products and commitments developed by the Commercial function.</li></ul> 4. Product, Accommodation &amp; Asset Excellence – 15% <ul><li>Drive the continuous operational enhancement of the Companys safari products, accommodation experiences and hospitality offerings.</li><li>Ensure lodges, camps, guest accommodation, public spaces and operational facilities evolve in line with guest expectations, operational requirements and the Companys positioning.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications &amp; Experience <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years progressive executive leadership experience within Safari hospitality, tourism or related industries.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years leading multi-property or multi-business operations at an executive level.</li><li>Proven experience developing and executing business strategy and organizational transformation.</li><li>Strong commercial, financial and operational leadership experience.</li><li>Demonstrated success leading organizational growth, acquisitions, new business ventures or expansion projects.</li><li>Experience working with Boards and executive leadership teams.</li><li>Experience leading geographically dispersed operations across multiple locations.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Strong understanding of East African hospitality, safari and tourism markets</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Continuously monitor security consoles and dashboards (SIEM, EDR, etc.) for suspicious activity; triage alerts to identify valid security incidents versus false positives and prioritize response based on asset criticality and business risk.</li><li>Investigate suspicious activities and security events, determine the scope and severity of incidents, and gather relevant evidence. Perform root cause analysis to identify attack vectors and affected systems.</li><li>Execute incident response actions end-to-end – including timely containment of threats, eradication of malicious artifacts, and system recovery – following the organization’s incident response plan. Coordinate with IT infrastructure, application owners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective remediation of incidents.</li><li>Proactively hunt for indicators of compromise and hidden threats in logs, network traffic, and endpoint telemetry, even without specific alerts. Use hypothesis-driven techniques and knowledge of attacker TTPs to uncover stealthy or emerging threats that evaded initial detection.</li><li>Continuously tune SIEM/EDR detection rules, thresholds, and SOAR playbooks—automating repetitive response actions to reduce false positives and accelerate containment</li><li>Leverage internal and external threat intelligence sources to enrich analysis and response. Stay updated on new vulnerabilities and adversary tactics; incorporate this knowledge to adjust monitoring rules and incident response strategies. Map observed malicious activities to frameworks like MITRE ATT&amp;CK for reporting and analysis.</li><li>Work closely with global SOC team members and escalate complex incidents to senior analysts or incident response leads when necessary. Collaborate with colleagues in other regions to ensure seamless coverage and knowledge sharing across the security team.</li><li>Document investigation steps, findings, and actions taken for each incident in a clear and concise manner. Prepare incident reports and contribute to post-incident review meetings, highlighting what occurred, how it was resolved, and recommendations to prevent future occurrences.</li><li>Assist in developing and updating incident response playbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base documentation. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve security monitoring tools, analytics content (detection rules), and workflow automation (SOAR playbooks) for greater efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Share insights from incidents and trending threats with the broader team to enhance overall awareness. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Conduct daily FM operations and monitoring activities for hard and soft services at the respective sites (including cleaning, waste management, civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing works, and all specialized works) to ensure FM services are being delivered as per agreed SLA and prepare non-compliance reports for the assigned areas.</li><li>Ensure service provider attends all re-active service requests from various stakeholders and accomplishes them as per agreed SLAs.</li><li>Assist business partners and their contractors with details on the requirements related to technical aspects, FM issues, fit-out process and issue the necessary permits.</li><li>On-time escalation of incidents/complaints to relevant stakeholders such as Security, Business entities (D3 and DI), DHAM, DCM etc.</li><li>Periodic site walk/drive-through for the infrastructure and built-up areas to identify any major facility-related non-compliances.</li><li>Collect records of utilities expenditure and support in the implementation of sustainability and utilities cost saving projects and initiatives.</li><li>Conduct necessary inspection, witness testing &amp; commissioning and manage rectification of defects and snags during the DLP in coordination with Asset Development and contractor.</li><li>Assist in meeting FM requirements of the business units during design, planning, construction, and handover stages of the newly developed assets.</li><li>Provide weekly reports on FM operations to manager.</li><li>Work closely with HSE team to identify all risks and develop and implement a closure plan. .</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management.</li><li>A professional qualification in real estate and / or facilities management (IWFM) or equivalent is desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of facilities management functions, including hard and soft services, contract management, tendering etc.</li><li>Maintain a calm demeanour with the ability to remain unfustered and maintain a cool head in different situations.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of maintenance and operations management.</li><li>Knowledge of Health and Safety standards is advantageous.</li><li>Understanding of statutory legislation as it relates to the built environment.</li><li>Ability to find pragmatic solutions and adapt to changing situations.</li><li>Good communication skills. Arabic is advantageous.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Administrative Support: <ul><li>Support Business Development Managers and Away from Home Team on administrative data on sales.</li><li>Support Team in updating Team’s Budgets, D&amp;A, A&amp;P spending, and other optimization.</li><li>Lead in AR/AP collection with all Distributors in monitoring, managing and clearing out claims.</li><li>Liaison with Distributors in any request for samples, products, and leg-work.</li><li>Support in key events and activations in the region.</li><li>Conducts Market Visits – to check deployment and execution.</li></ul> Pricing and Claims Maintenance: <ul><li>Check prices being invoiced to customers match internal pricing files. Upload new prices into the system.</li><li>Complete and submit internal forms for price approvals.</li><li>Data entry of promotional activities by price level and date.</li><li>Customer contact point for damaged goods claims. Ensure internal departments complete investigations and provide updates to the customer.</li><li>Ensure all claims are processed per contractual requirements, run tracking process for all outstanding commercial and operational claims.</li><li>Review all A&amp;P claims/invoices to make sure they match what was approved in dollars spent and the promotional activities were completed.</li><li>Clean, sanitize, and process claims of distributors for KHC payments.</li></ul> Reports Generation: <ul><li>Prepare the demand planning file in preparation for the monthly demand cadence.</li><li>Weekly sales reports and out of stock report.</li><li>Distribution and KPI reports from datasets received from customers in monthly basis.</li><li>Lead in acquiring and creating market relevant data: Price Index, Market Scan, SKU Pricing, etc.</li><li>Markets Relevant – Thailand, Vietnam &amp; Other Market</li></ul> Orders Execution &amp; Accounts: <ul><li>Check orders received match values from the demand planning cycle. Follow up with the customer on variances and missing purchase orders.</li><li>Provide updates on order statuses to the customer. Develop a routine in which the updates are provided to increase customer satisfaction.</li><li>Liaise with other affiliates internationally to receive documents or information necessary to fulfill orders or new product scoping. Ensure all documents are received before orders arrive at port.</li><li>Advise third party re-labelers of incoming orders, their quantity and timing to ensure a smooth stickering process so the products can be released to the trade as efficiently as possible.</li><li>Support the accounts receivables team on overdue invoices from the customer. Find out the reason for late payment and agree with the customer on when payment will be made.</li><li>Work closely with the customer and accounts payable team to ensure all ‘proof of performance’ documents have been provided so can make timely payments.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education &amp; Experience: 2 years working at medium to large FMCG company. If not, then must have a bachelor’s degree.</li><li>Required Skills and Competencies: English at professional standard, organised mindset, effective and efficient communication both in-person and on email, Microsoft Excel,</li><li>Personality / Attitude: Takes ownership, self-determination, always looking to improve, friendly and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>
