Role Description: <ul><li>The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for elevating digital experience, improving website navigation &amp; content findability, and driving search performance (onsite search, SEO, GEO) for the DDN business.</li><li>This role focuses on continuous digital experience optimization—identifying customer journey insights, improving content discoverability, increasing engagement, and partnering across COE, product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure DDN delivers an excellent digital experience for target customers.</li><li>In addition, this analyst will also support execution of DDN’s Account-based Marketing and Account-based Experience strategies.</li><li>The ideal candidate brings experience in web experience management, SEO, website &amp; customer journey analytics, digital UX improvements (ABM experience is a plus)—with a strong bias for data driven decision making and cross functional collaboration</li></ul> Responsibilities: 1. Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding: <ul><li>Coordinate end-to-end technician hiring logistics, including assessment day scheduling, candidate communication, medical checks, and offer documentation.</li><li>Execute onboarding activities for new technicians by preparing onboarding packs, coordinating induction schedules, and tracking completion of documentation (EPF, SOCSO, tax forms, uniform issuance).</li><li>Maintain and update TA trackers and dashboards, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and onboarding completion.</li><li>Support salaried recruitment coordination as needed, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and documentation.</li></ul> Communication &amp; Engagement: <ul><li>Execute plant-wide communication and engagement activities, including town halls, floor walks, and recognition programs (certificates, gifts, and communications).</li><li>Support employee engagement survey administration by distributing surveys, tracking participation rates, consolidating feedback, and supporting action-planning sessions.</li><li>Maintain engagement trackers and ensure timely follow-up on action items.</li></ul> Employee Lifecycle Management: <ul><li>Manage HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including new hire documentation, probation tracking, contract renewals, transfers, promotions, and exit documentation.</li><li>Coordinate employee exit processes, including clearance forms, exit interviews, and final settlement coordination with HR Operations.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity, including updates in SuccessFactors.</li></ul> People Analytics &amp; Reporting: <ul><li>Maintain core HR dashboards covering attrition, time-to-fill, onboarding completion, and probation status.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly HR review decks for leadership.</li><li>Support ad hoc HR data requests and analysis.</li></ul> General HR: <ul><li>Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leave balances, and HR processes.</li><li>Maintain HR notice boards and plant HR communication materials, ensuring information accessibility and accuracy.</li><li>Support HR audits (ERSA and internal compliance checks) by preparing required documentation and tracking closure of audit findings.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or large-scale frontline environments.</li><li>Strong foundation in HR operations, talent acquisition coordination, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.</li><li>Hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong data management and reporting capabilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards) and Microsoft PowerPoint.</li><li>High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities.</li><li>Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and simplification.</li><li>Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.</li></ul>
