Responsibilities: <ul><li>Plan, execute and lead finance and performance management (F&amp;PM) analytical activities under the broad guidance of senior F&amp;PM staff and supervisors, particularly in resolving complex, cross-functional, non-routine and/or design issues.</li><li>Generate analytical findings and recommendations across the scope of objectives and deliverables of the organization, either independently or in collaboration with others&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and maintain close partnerships with business/operational counterparts in the F&amp;PM organizations within your assigned areas, and represent your organization in cross-functional, cross-organizational teams involved in F&amp;PM-related tasks.</li><li>Participate in and support the planning, reporting and forecasting activities and initiatives of your organization. in coordination with the business representatives and the commercial analysts</li><li>Create and maintain a financial model for reporting actual results in combination with the short- to mid-term planning processes.</li></ul> Prepare: <ul><li>The management reporting for the commercial and business management</li><li>financial advice and support to business projects</li><li>Process mapping of the new implemented structures</li><li>Business integration support for subsidiaries, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A Bachelor degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline, advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, and CPA) is preferred</li><li>Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in relevant planning and performance management experience in the Chemicals and Refining industries, including the use of business intelligence tools for the following:</li><li>Performance analysis, assessment and reporting</li><li>Financial (IFRS) reporting</li><li>Business planning/budgeting</li><li>Business case preparation</li><li>Project management</li><li>Financial modelling</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>You will be working for the Tax &amp; Accounting unit; the business unit provides Addison AKTE software product lines.</li><li>In this position you will be responsible for maintaining existing customers as well as for acquiring new customers in our target markets of tax consulting/medium-sized companies.</li><li>You will be specifically identifying customer needs, you ensure an increase in customer productivity and profitability.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>In close cooperation with our consulting team, you will motivate our customers to continuously develop their processes.</li><li>After the migration has been completed, you will take over the further support and advice of our customers.</li><li>Thanks to regular and close contact with customers, you will develop an understanding of their individual needs and be able to offer further suitable solutions in a targeted manner.</li><li>When our software is updated, you analyze the existing customer base and identify upsell potential.</li><li>You are responsible for meeting your sales targets and developing your sales territory.</li><li>You will present our company and our software portfolio at decision-making level.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp;<ul><li>After completing a degree in business administration or commercial training (e.g. as a tax clerk), you already have several years of experience in a comparable job in software or a related industry.</li><li>You enjoy working intensively and long-term with customers, are loyal and know how to build sustainable and reliable business relationships.</li><li>You are familiar with social media channels and know how to use the networks profitably.</li><li>You love to communicate and enjoy being on site with your customers and prospects.</li><li>As a good team player (m/f/d) with a high sense of responsibility, you still work independently and proceed methodically and pragmatically.</li></ul>
