The RoleSupports the Operating Unit Leader in the tactical execution of the People Strategy across the operating company. Is responsible for the management of processes, teams and resources that perform Human Resources advisory services to line managers and employees. Advises line managers and employees on all human resources processes, policies and related services, contributing to operational effectiveness, client / customer satisfaction, reduced risk, profitability and compliance to relevant policies and regulatory requirements.&nbsp; Key Responsibilities• Implement the people strategy and plans within an operating company,&nbsp;focusing on areas such as performance and talent practices, employee&nbsp;engagement, attracting and retaining the right talent for the operating&nbsp;company&nbsp;• Implement and manage end-to-end human resources processes&nbsp;• Manage operational risk and risk mitigation initiatives&nbsp;• Monitor and report on progress against operational people plans and make&nbsp;adjustments where required&nbsp;• Formulate a plan which includes milestones and priorities to deliver on&nbsp;operational objectives.
