Responsibilities: 1. Credit Management <ul><li>Collaborate with the insurance company to ensure customer credit limits are validated and aligned with business needs.</li><li>Understand the business requirements and communicate them effectively to the insurance provider to secure necessary support.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate customer creditworthiness while balancing business growth objectives with prudent credit risk management</li></ul> 2. Insurance Management <ul><li>Manage credit insurance policies to protect the company against potential bad debts.</li><li>Liaise with insurance providers to ensure adequate coverage and timely claims processing.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of insured accounts and ensure compliance with insurance terms.</li></ul> 3. Cash Collection <ul><li>Oversee and ensure timely collection of receivables to maintain healthy cash flow</li><li>Manage service provider and oversea the daily operations. Ensure clear SOP for smooth operations.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to reduce overdue accounts and improve Days Sales Outstanding.</li><li>Collaborate with sales, customer service teams, and customers to resolve disputes, facilitate prompt payments, and maintain strong relationships for smooth credit and collection processes.</li></ul> 4. Credit Policy Enforcement <ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s credit policy to ensure consistent and fair credit practices as per the group norm.</li><li>Act as the gatekeeper to enforce credit policies and procedures, ensuring no undue risks are taken.</li><li>Provide training and guidance to internal teams on credit policies and best practices.</li></ul> 5. Risk Management <ul><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to credit and cash collection.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on credit performance, overdue accounts, and risk exposure for senior management.</li><li>Proactively recommend improvements to credit processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.</li></ul> 6. Engaging in FX topic <ul><li>Providing the details of customer payment&nbsp;</li><li>Providing the landing estimation of AR.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>3 years of experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or a similar role.</li><li>Experience in managing credit insurance policies is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with industry-specific credit practices and regulations in FMCGs.</li><li>Professional certification in credit management (e.g., CICM, NACM) is a plus.</li></ul>

A Masters degree is preferred.</li><li>Proven experience 5+ years in freight management, logistics, or supply chain planning, preferably in a manufacturing or freight carrier environment.</li><li>Experience leading projects to completion with proven results.</li><li>Strong inter-personal skills and demonstrated ability to work across cultures to achieve results.</li><li>Organized &amp; methodical approach to project management, with the ability to keep various projects on track simultaneously</li><li>Knowledge of freight optimization methods, including packaging &amp; palletization improvement, consolidation, incoterm strategy, mode and route optimization, premium freight management, and carrier negotiation.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain planning, logistics, inventory management, and financial forecasting</li><li>Proficiency in utilizing master data management tools and systems (e.g., SAP MDG, Informatica MDM, etc.).</li><li>Solid understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and data lifecycle management.</li></ul>

Job Description 
Technology Services (TS) is responsible for delivering all enterprise infrastructure, applications and related end user technology services across all Brookfield business groups, comprised of approximately 6,500 users. The Deskside Technician is the face of Technology Services, providing first-line support to end users. 
The Technical Support Specialist will report to the Team lead, Deskside.  In addition to incident logging, resolution, and ownership, the Deskside Technician will collaborate with team members and other Technology Services teams to maintain and improve the end user experience of all Brookfield users.

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for identification of value transformation/cost efficiency projects &amp; ensure successful implantation of the initiatives through due qualifications and cross functional collaboration.&nbsp;</li><li>Create technical drawings, Review and approve artwork changes for Enstek site for all Pringles SKU&nbsp;like canister, flexibles, cartons, cases &amp; all types of consumer promotions.</li><li>End to end&nbsp;packaging support for new plant vertical start up.&nbsp;</li><li>Supply chain support for Plant operational issues/Trouble shooting/PM quality rejections.&nbsp;</li><li>Review &amp; validation of all type of packaging master data’s, BOM in the system.</li><li>Review historical data, performance and quality issues in all packaging lines to assess the improvement opportunities. Provide recommendations/ implementation plan to improve Enstek pringles&nbsp;and other Snacks sites for improved $/kg packaging improvement.
